  Реабилитация больных с генерализованными тревожными расстройствами при последствиях черепно-мозговой травмы Глобализация экономических процессов, захватившая цивилизованный мир, не прошла мимо такого отрицательного фактора развития человечества, каким является травматизм. По данным различных авторов 30-60 % от общего травматизма приходится на особо тяжелые формы травм – черепно-мозговые травмы. Щедеркин Р.И. с соавт. (2007) отмечает, что практическое выздоровление или стойкая компенсация наблюдается приблизительно у 30 % лиц, перенесших ЧМТ. Сложный патогенез травматической болезни головного мозга определяется тем, что отдаленный период ЧМТ является периодом «покоя», и представляет динамический процесс, приводящий при неблагоприятных условиях к наступлению декомпенсации состояния больных (1, 3, 5).

  Modern principles of treatment of allergic rhinitis 20 patients a ged 15-50 years with allergic rhinitis have been studied. A complex study included collektion of allergological anamnesis, objective data, endoscopik examination of the nasal cavity, cytological examination of smears-imprints from its surface and nasopharynx. A complex treatment of allergik rhinitis wiith employment of eliminative, hyposensibilizing, immune, antimycotic, local therapy and performing operation for submucous resection of nasal septum with incision of vessels of inferior nasal conchae has been carried out. Marked favourable effect has been received in 72,6 %, insignificant effect in 23,7 % and 3,7 % of patients have not received any effect from treatment.

  Surgical treatment of children with septicopyemic form of acute hematogenous osteomyelitis The results of treatment of 177 children with septicopyemic form of acute hematogenic osteomyelitis have been presented in the article.   Perinatal aspects of pregnancy in women with hypothyroidism complicated by anemia Prospective study of the levels of TTH, Т3, Т4, blood indexes, also, treatment results at 100 women with irondeficiency anemia and endemic goiter was performed in the Maternity complex of SamMI clinics. Treatment was performed with levothyroxin, iodium and ferrum preparations.   Tactics of surgical treatment in acute hematogenous osteomyelitis of the hip bones in children 86 children with acute hematogenic osteomyelitis of bones of coxofemoral joint have been studied. According to the form of performed surgical interferences three clinical groups have been selected/ In the follow-up period good results have been received in 15 (57.7%) patient of the 3d group that is considerably more in comparison with the 1st group 7(33.3%) and the 2nd group 9(45%). The method of draining osteoperforations of acetabular tegmen (DOAT) made it possible to improve the outcome of the disease to decrease the number of complications twice less and exclude transfer to a chronic form.

  Morphofunctional characteristics of the vascular system of Viessen - taebezia in humans All the three systems turn out to belinked with one another with the help of anastomisis, which fast provides reservation and interchangeability. The number of anastomosis is greater in the wall of the right ventricle of heart. Vessels of all the system are characterized by some specific age and individual changes detectable at the electronnomicroscopic level. Unlike in Wiessens-Thebesius vessels, there are no “Fenestrae” in capillary vessels. Both Extracardiac vessels and Wiessens-Thebesius vessels have collateral, compensatory significance.   Development of a model of the residual cavity in an experiment in rats The Purpose given work was a development to experimental model to remaining cavity liver in experiment, the most close on clinical current and morphological feature to remaining cavity after echinococus. The Experiment is organized on 25 laboratory white rat male by mass 250-270 g. The Result of the experiment has shown that using the metallic ball with talc causes formation capsules, which already on 20 day has a thickness required for framework and warns wall formed to cavities that in accuracy prototypes the remaining cavity after but final shaping OPP occurs on 25-30 day.
