  • Iron is an irreplaceable element, the cathode in the body is folded in biochemical processes. It haemoglobin, mioglobin, tsitoxromlar (including R450), peroksidaza, katalaza, other gems enzymes as well as enzymes like gems nikotinamidade-nin-dinuklsotiddsgidrogsnaza (NAD-dsgidrogsnaza), suktsinat-digsdrogsnaza, atsetil degidrogenaza koenzim A (atsetil-KoA degidrogenaza). A part of the iron is contained in the tukima-liquid, where the irreplaceable part of the catalytic RSA is formed. (For example: free radical processes, lipid peroxides, and PC.) The source of iron for the organism Kil serving bulib ovkat. Absorption is mainly due to the fact that flour is contained in the intestine of two fingers (in all parts of the intestine in anemia). Iron prsparats consist of various two or three bases of iron-containing salts. They are smeared in two according to the sending: for weight loss and for injections with a spout. These drugs increase the entry of iron into the orga-NISM. So they were laughing at the Iron Tank of the inner seal-Di. Farm

  • Strategies of multiscale computational modeling, extending from the cellular to the organ level, are the primary tools for studying the dynamic interaction of factors involved in the development of placental dysfunction. Recent years have been marked by significant evolutionary achievements in understanding the physiology and pathophysiology of pregnancy using computational methods for assessing the vascular system not only of the uterus and placenta, but also of the mother and fetus as a whole. So. new approaches in the field of in vivo and ex vivo imaging have given scientists access to the creation of new multiscale models of the uterus and placenta. The multiscale of the models provides a new clinically significant understanding of the pathology of pregnancy and defines the facets on which various scientific disciplines, from cell biology to in vivo imaging, can be combined using computational approaches.

  • Quality of life is an important metric for health performance, health and well-being. Kidney disease is one of the major health problems affecting quality of life. This study aimed to assess the quality of life in dialysis (CKD-D) and non-dialysis (CKD-ND) patients with chronic renal failure (CKD) using the short form Kidney Quality of Life (KDQOL-SF™) and to identify differences in the symptoms of the disease between the two groups. The study included 200 patients with CKD. Our results showed that the burden of some symptoms was higher in the non-dialysis group compared to the dialysis group, but most symptoms did not reach statistical significance. Likewise, our results show no difference in quality of life and symptoms between dialysis and non-dialysis CKD patients.

  • The studied material of scanning and transmission electron microscopy were bone fragments of 40 patients obtained during surgery from various pathologically altered sections of the affected tubular bones. Morphological studies revealed microscopic foci of necrosis, leukocyte infiltrates and microabscesses both in the main focus and in other parts of the bone marrow canal. Microabscesses detected by microscopy represent the morphological basis of chronic hematogenous osteomyelitis, can be located at a considerable distance from the main necrotic purulent focus and, under appropriate conditions, cause a relapse of the disease. Morphological studies have shown that surgical debridement of the lesion with ultrasonic cavitation of the lesion and the medullar)' canal contributes to a significant reduction in the degree of microbial contamination, followed by a decrease in pathological changes in bone tissue.

  • Chronic atrophic rhinitis among all diseases of the ENT organs occurs in 10% of cases. This process is very rarely diffuse and mainly from an ailment, the nasal cavity and nasopharynx are sometimes tracheal membranes. The aim of the study was to study the indicators of a general analysis of blood, iron and ferritin in the blood. A study was conducted of 20 people with a diagnosis of atrophic rhinitis. After the initial reaction, expressed in the form of increased bone marrow production, a significant predominance of lymphocytes sets in again. Based on this, it can be concluded that a degenerative shift with an increase in the number of lymphocytes should apparently indicate a chronic infectious irritant.

  • Systemic scleroderma (TSD) is an autoimmune disease based on the activity of fibrosis processes in the skin and internal organs, as well as general microangiopathy. In the initial bandages, the disease is manifested by uzini edema of the chest in the fingers and skin changes in the course of the rhinitis syndrome, but the patient may not have any manifestations of deterioration of the general condition or signs of damage to internal organs (dysphagia, iaphasic stenosis, etc.), so the patient can get an early referral to a doctor in In this regard, systemic scleroderma is diagnosed with a delayed diagnosis, after the appearance of irreversible pathological changes in the organs and finding the treatment ineffective in the body. According to Canadian researchers, a diagnosis of systemic sclerodermia in 408 bsmor was made after 6.0 years of uttering and 2.7 years of uttering of primary "skin manifestations" had appeared [21J. In Russia, systemic scleroderma is diagnosed when the disease is 2,0-2,7 years old from the syndrome of the Rhine, and in diffuse and limited forms of the disease 4,8-6,5 years old when the diagnosis is found burn, which is associated with a variety of degree of damage to internal organs, as well as with the speed of At the same time, the results of a large study show that the incidence of bsmor with this disease is 68 out of 1000 patients per year [36]. So the diagnosis of weight loss and systemic sclerodermia in uz vaccine is a complex, but very sparing task for the doctor.

  • In the progression of diabetic nephropathy, considerable attention is paid to the development of anemia. Л significant reason for the development of anemia in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) with diabetic nephropathy is a decrease in the production of erythropoietin in the peritubular cells of the proximal nephron. Anemia predominates in patients with diabetic nephropathy, it is associated with cardiovascular disease, retinopathy. Anemia begins to develop long before the violation of the filtration function of the kidneys.

  • The article focuses on the main issues relating to the state of the structure of the circulating blood vol-ume and coagulation system in 95 patients with deep burns from 10 to 35% of the body surface in the period of burn shock. It was revealed that with the deep burns in the overwhelming majority of patients a moderate de-gree of blood loss is observed, which is manifested with a BCC deficit of up to 30%, a violation of the volume of circulating plasma protein, a decrease in globular blood volume. When plasma losses in patients with extensive deep burns, there is a violation of blood coagulation and suppression of fibrinolytic activity, which correlates with the degree of burn shock

  • Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is the most common acute leukemia in adults. The pathophysiology of this disease is only beginning to be understood at the cellular and molecular level, and cytogenetic markers are currently the most important for risk stratification and treatment of AML patients. However, with the advent of new technologies, the discovery of other molecular markers, such as point mutations, indicates that the disease is approaching. Recent data show that the identification of new biomarkers for AML contributes to a better understanding of the molecular basis of the disease, is significantly useful in screening, diagnosis, prognosis and monitoring of AML. as well as the ability to predict the response of each person to treatment. This review summarizes the most important molecular (genetic, epigenetic, and proteinaceous) biomarkers associated with acute myeloid leukemia and discusses their clinical relevance in terms of risk prediction, diagnosis, and prognosis.

  • Relevance. Today, operations with a wide surgical approach prevail in the traditional surgical treatment of varicose veins. The recurrence rate of the disease reaches 50% within 5 years after surgery and can increase to 80% in the longer period. The aim of the study: optimization of surgical treatment of patients with CVI of the lower extremities by using methods of minimally invasive correction of venous hypertension. Materials and research methods. In the period from 2010 to 2019, 867 patients with varicose veins of the lower extremities were operated in the surgical department of the 1st clinic of SamMl. of which 71 (8.2%) had CVI type C-4 (34), C - 5 (17) and C - 6 (20). Research results. In the long-term period, 49 patients were observed. When examining patients, attention was paid to local clinical symptoms. Conclusions. The severity and duration of trophic disorders of the lower extremities have a direct correlation with the severity of horizontal reflux. Dissection of perforating veins and elimination of pathological reflux along the saphenous veins should be considered a pathogcnctically important component of the surgical treatment of decompensated CVI forms.

  • In most cases, sepsis is caused by gram-positive flora. However, in patients without hematogenous dissemination, gram-negative microorganisms were microbiologically confirmed. Diagnosis of sepsis is a very difficult question. About 30% of sepsis cases remain without bacteriological confirmation. About 40-45% of sepsis cases are caused by staphylococci. However. 80% of cases of surgical infection is combined with an anaerobic infection. Surgical treatment of sepsis is considered to be the most relevant. Especially sepsis due to inflammatory diseases of soft tissues, treatment should begin with an urgent surgical intervention.
