Infectious and inflammatory diseases of the female reproductive system occupy an important place in the structure of infectious inflammatory diseases in general. According to the authors, inflammatory diseases of the female genitourinary system account for about 60-65% of all gynecological diagnoses in general. Almost every woman has applied at least once in her life for inflammatory diseases of the female reproductive system [II], and the time and other costs of their treatment cannot be underestimated. However, the therapy of this category of diseases is not always successful, it can not always be considered successful. Both relapses and complications are possible, often leading to multiple repeated referrals [9, 46]. One of the most widespread diseases of the female genital area can be considered vulvovaginitis - an inflammatory disease of the vulva and vagina, typical symptoms of which can be considered irritation of the vulva, which may include burning, itching with vaginal discharge. With atypical or
