In this article the author analyzed the history
of tax audits, concepts related to tax audits, the development of legislation on tax audits and forms and methods of tax audits.
O’zbekistondan suv tanqisligi global iqlim o’zgarishi oqibatida tobora dolzarblashib bormoqda. Markaziy Osiyo davlatlari aholisining suvga bo’lgan talabi asosan transchegaraviy daryolar hisobiga qondiriladi. Tadqiqotlarga ko’ra, 2025 yilga borib iqlim o’zgarishi, global haroratning oshishi tufayli Amudaryo va Sirdaryo daryolarini suv bilan ta’minlayotgan muzliklar zaxirasining 15–20 foizga kamayishi kutilmoqda. Tog’ muzliklari hajmi yiliga 0,2–1 foiz atrofida kamayib borayotgani, tog’ daryolari havzalarida qor zaxiralari tobora qisqarayotgani aniqlangan. Ushbu maqolada keltirilgan muammolarni bartaraf etishda avvalom bor qishloq xo’jaligi ekinlarini sug’orishda suv tejamkor texnologiyalarni qo’llashni takomillashtirish va suv sarfini hisoblash, kanalni masofadan boshqarish, kanaldagi suv yo’qotishlarini qayd etish va uning oldini olish usullarini to’liq avtomatlashtirishga bag’ishlangan takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.

Objects of research: technologies of computer teaching, automated training-teaching systems, technological objects of complicated technological processes and productivity controlling.
Purpose of the work: principle, methods and ways of cognitive automated training teaching systems construction development with extended test control, analysis and information classification functions for training operating controlling staff of manufacturing enterprises with continuous technological processes, which help increase the efficiency of adaptation to students’ individual features and education standard requirements.
Methods of research: device of mathematic modeling processes and devices of chemical technological type, modern theory of automated controlling, principles and methods of cognitive engineering and statistic data processing.
The results obtained and their novelty: scientific novelty of the thesis results is that theoretical generalization and solution of important economic task development of scientific methodical training platform realizing typical ATLS with extended functions of test control on the subject “Automatization of manufacturing process”, and operators training technological processes and production is carried out.
Practical value: is that solution of considered task in the thesis allows develop and fulfill practical integration of ATLS meeting standard requirements for the wide types of processes in chemical, oil-processing, petrochemical spheres, mineral fertilizer production, construction materials industry and others.

The author of the article, in order to achieve the effectiveness of state financial control of budgetary resources in the field of education, put forward a number of independent proposals that have theoretical and practical significance.
To study the quantitative and qualitative composition of microflora, as well as indicators of local protective factors in the oral fluid in children with viral hepatitis C. Material and methods: Microbiological and immunological studies in 61 children with viral hepatitis C (HCV), which were divided into 3 groups: 1st (control) – 10 healthy children, 2nd – 30 children with viral hepatitis C (traditional treatment), 3rd – 21 children with HCV (traditional therapy+eubiotics). Results: When conducting microbiological studies in the oral fluid of children with viral hepatitis C, the most pronounced quantitative changes were found in the facultative flora. With HCV, microbes appeared in the oral cavity that was not sown in healthy children (Staph. aureus, Str. pyogenes and lactose-negative strains of Escherichia). Conclusions: It is necessary to take into account when providing medical care to such children.

The results of the treatment in the main group of patients with GC were found to be satisfactory in 6 patients (6 eyes), in 10 patients (10 eyes) with keratitis, good treatment results were achieved in comparison with the control group, the use of Polyoxidonium in the complex treatment allowed to improve the treatment results by 14.3% (p> 0.05)
