The article examines the prospects for the development of material resource management in construction using modern information technologies and digital tools. The analysis showed that existing methods of managing material resources have their advantages and disadvantages, but their effectiveness can be improved by using modern information technologies and digital tools for project and resource management. However, for this it is necessary to develop and implement appropriate regulatory documents and train construction company personnel to use new tools for managing material resources.

В статье рассматривается эмоциональный интеллект как фактор результативности выступления спортсмена на соревновании, показан сравнительный анализ влияния эмоционального интеллекта на спортсменов командных и индивидуальных видов спорта. Выявлено значение эмоционального интеллекта, так как он оказывает влияние на способность спортсменов справляться со стрессом. Это связано с тем, что понимание эмоций других людей, умение сопереживать текущему эмоциональному состоянию другого человека, управление своими эмоциями и эмоциями других, контроль эмоциональных проявления влияет на моделирование спортивной деятельности, адекватному оцениванию факторов, которые способствовали бы выполнению деятельности или преодолению препятствия в соревновательной деятельности.

ineffective use of the economic potential of sports organizations are identified, the resource
provision of sports organizations is also assessed and a solution to the problem is proposed by
innovative management of the economic potential of a sports organization by sports managers.
In the introductory part of the article the author characterizes concepts "management", "government" and "government in economic sphere". In the basic part of the article specificity of the government in international economic sphere is considered. In the conclusion the author comes to opinion, that it is necessary to study specificity of the government in international economic sphere to improve it in interests of development of economy as a whole.
In the article, management theories are analyzed in detail and the impact of management theories on educational management and its development trends have been studied in detail. Foreign experience in this area has been analyzed, the possible directions of application to the educational system of Uzbekistan have been studied and the relevant conclusion has been reached.

The economy is the one and only system by which money, industry, and trade are organized, nevertheless, the economy is the part of our life. When someone asks from us to image what is the economy, we simply think about money or how money works, but when they ask about money, we think about notes, coins, bills, or credit cards. So when and why money was created? What is the economy, is it money or the system? Why do we need аn economy? Although, we know the answer for these questions, we always misunderstand the actual meaning of these statements.
