This article explores the path of formation and development of Japanese journalism of the Edo, Meiji and Showa periods based on historical, social, political, cultural and educational factors. The tendency of formation and development of Japanese journalism in the context of Japanese literature is shown, and scientific and theoretical conclusions are drawn. Besides, the features of cultural, educational and recreational activities in Japanese journalism are analyzed. The observations and studies presented in the article show that the artistic and aesthetic diversity that arose as a result of the connection between the formation of Japanese journalism and Japanese literature was transferred to the media. It also analyzes the leadership of Japanese journalism in promoting national values and providing information related to knowledge.

To date, the study of primary sources is an urgent problem for researchers, allowing them to reveal new pages from the history of the Jochi Ulus, namely the state's political, economic, and cultural development. The study was conducted on the basis of historical, consistent principles, statistical, comparative, and problem-chronological analysis, and systematic and objective approaches. The study's main results made it possible to reveal the ethnopolitical history of the Ulus, allowing, on the basis of the study of written sources, to determine the significant stages of the ethnogenesis of the Jochi Ulus.

Current status and development prospects of mobile payment systems

The article is devoted to the study of the development of mobile payment systems. It is clarified that mobile payment systems are combined under the leadership of a new functional area related to the use of contactless payment technologies, the use of payments and transfers via QR codes, and provide extensive benefits for both users and businesses. The possibilities, advantages, and risks of using mobile payment systems are described, and it is emphasized that all previously identified problems of their use are somehow resolved as a result of the active development of financial technologies. In the example of the Russian market of mobile payment systems, some development trends are identified, among which are: withdrawal from the market of foreign services and applications, their import substitution with domestic services and infrastructure; entering the market of new services and start-up projects for the preparation of complex and more advanced mobile payment systems; a decrease in the number of transactions carried out through contactless payment with a parallel increase in the interest of citizens in such systems. Based on the results of the study, technical, economic, and user prospects for the development of mobile payment systems are identified.

The article is devoted to the study of the global problem of money laundering obtained by criminal means. It is specified that the annual damage from money laundering is about 2-5% of GDP negatively affects the state of the economic and socio-political components of states. It has been determined that KYC and AML are at the heart of the modern system for combating illegal transactions and money laundering. Each of the systems is focused on its own characteristic operations. We have found that AML includes a wider range of operations, including the “know your customer” (KYC) procedure. Modern problems of the KYC and AML system are described, including the need for human participation, focus on dynamically changing search queries (issuance), and limited regulations and legislation of individual countries. As a result, some practical approaches to solving the described problems are given. We assume that the main task in improving existing systems is to collect data only from verified specialized sources, build a chronological framework of criminal events and connections, identify patterns, as well as clarify the scheme of interaction of criminals, and record data. All these operations are reflected in the algorithm of the kycbase.io system developed by the author of the study.

This article is devoted to the characteristics of theoretical and legal issues of child rights protection in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The study reflects comprehensively the international legal regulation of the rights of the child.


The research is related to the state programs on the reforms carried out in the Republic of Uzbekistan, which are aimed at implementing the main provisions of the "Strategy of Actions of Uzbekistan for 2022-2026", aimed at improving the system of public administration and full implementation of international legal norms regarding the rights of the child in the national legal practice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.


The study is distinguished by its uniqueness. It also provides extensive foreign experience in the regulation by States of the main issues on the rights of the child at the international and national legal level, and current problems of working with these issues in practice.


Some conclusions and suggestions formulated in the work can be used in further scientific developments, to improve national legislation on the rights of the child, and serve as a textbook for subsequent researchers of the topic on the rights of the child in jurisprudence.


In general, the idea of the work is that the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan regarding the rights of the child and the practice of its implementation in life should be systematized both at the normative and at the scientific and applied level. The results of this scientific generalization should be developed and substantiated proposals for improving the situation of children's rights in Uzbekistan, the effective application of international norms in the national legal practice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The article examines the key prerequisites for the constitutional consolidation of the institutional status of the bar as an institution of civil society. The issues of the need to ensure the independence of the bar are analyzed. The article also comments in detail on the new articles of the Constitution concerning the principles of institutional and organizational independence of the bar, the procedural inviolability of lawyers, the inadmissibility of interference in the professional activities of lawyers, as well as guarantees of unhindered and confidential meetings with the client. In conclusion, the author summarizes the conclusion that independent advocacy is an essential condition for ensuring effective justice. The real adversarial nature of the parties in the administration of justice is achieved only through equal procedural capabilities of a lawyer and a prosecutor, in conditions of a healthy confrontation of strong positions.

Political parties are a separate institution of civil society and are voluntary associations of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan formed on the basis of common views, interests, and goals, striving to realize the political will of a certain part of society in the formation of state authorities, and participating in the management of state and public affairs through their representatives. Religious organizations are voluntary associations of citizens registered in accordance with the established procedure, organized for the purpose of religious belief, worship, and performing religious rituals and ceremonies, which do not make a profit as the main goal of their activities and do not distribute the received income among their participants. The charters of political parties state the following goals of their activities: preservation and enrichment of spiritual values, customs, and traditions, rich historical heritage, increasing the sense of national identity among citizens, creating favorable conditions for the formation and strengthening of national pride, loyalty and love for the Motherland, inter-ethnic strengthening of relations, development of friendship and solidarity, fighting against all aspects of nationalism, religious extremism, terrorism, promoting inter-religious tolerance, peace, and stability, inter-ethnic harmony. The charter of mosques under the jurisdiction of the Muslim Board of Uzbekistan stipulates that the following objectives and tasks should be fulfilled: following the principles of mutual respect and harmony between all Muslims, those who believe in other religions or those who do not believe in any religion, and all nationalities, while explaining religious rules to citizens, patriotism, nationalism, faith-believing, spiritual and moral purity, education in the spirit of respect for national-spiritual values. The article discusses the possibilities of cooperation in social issues of public associations with mutually compatible goals and tasks.

Jargons in English and Russian

This article discusses the use of jargon (obscene language) by people in communication, as a result of which the so-called euphemism develops and functions in the language (for example, in modern English and Russian). Lexicographic studies of different systemic languages are currently distinguished by particular efficiency, the scientific and methodological goal of which was the methods of transmitting information encoded by the lexical system of one language by means of another. These studies are a direct continuation of comparative studies of the vocabulary of English and Russian languages on the material of youth slang and pursue scientific and theoretical goals - the comparison of individual lexical units of the compared languages to identify their lexico-semantic commonalities and differences. A comparison of the vocabulary of different languages shows that the same lexical meaning is determined by a number of factors, the most important of which are the extralinguistic reality reflected in the language, thinking and the system of languages.
