This article explores the path of formation and development of Japanese journalism of the Edo, Meiji and Showa periods based on historical, social, political, cultural and educational factors. The tendency of formation and development of Japanese journalism in the context of Japanese literature is shown, and scientific and theoretical conclusions are drawn. Besides, the features of cultural, educational and recreational activities in Japanese journalism are analyzed. The observations and studies presented in the article show that the artistic and aesthetic diversity that arose as a result of the connection between the formation of Japanese journalism and Japanese literature was transferred to the media. It also analyzes the leadership of Japanese journalism in promoting national values and providing information related to knowledge.

This article describes the author's opinion about the historical roots of national-spiritual education in the Uzbek family. In particular, it mentions that certain methods of national-spiritual education, the example of adults and parents in the spiritual-moral education of children in the family are of great educational value as a national value.

Large-scale constitutional reforms implemented in Uzbekistan require studying the constitutional experience of advanced countries along with the long history of national statehood. The experience of France as a country with a long history of constitutionalism, which created one of the first examples of modern bourgeois statehood is of great importance.

In this article, the author, on the basis of written sources, analyzed the historiographical review of the study of the history of the formation and development of the Jochi Ulus. To date, the study of primary sources is an urgent problem for researchers, allowing them to reveal new pages from the history of the Jochi Ulus, namely the state's political, economic, and cultural development. The study was conducted on the basis of historical, consistent principles, statistical, comparative, and problem-chronological analysis, and systematic and objective approaches. The study's main results made it possible to reveal the ethnopolitical history of the Ulus, allowing, on the basis of the study of written sources, to determine the significant stages of the ethnogenesis of the Jochi Ulus.

The article is devoted to the study of the development of mobile payment systems. It is clarified that mobile payment systems are combined under the leadership of a new functional area related to the use of contactless payment technologies, the use of payments and transfers via QR codes, and provide extensive benefits for both users and businesses. The possibilities, advantages, and risks of using mobile payment systems are described, and it is emphasized that all previously identified problems of their use are somehow resolved as a result of the active development of financial technologies. In the example of the Russian market of mobile payment systems, some development trends are identified, among which are: withdrawal from the market of foreign services and applications, their import substitution with domestic services and infrastructure; entering the market of new services and start-up projects for the preparation of complex and more advanced mobile payment systems; a decrease in the number of transactions carried out through contactless payment with a parallel increase in the interest of citizens in such systems. Based on the results of the study, technical, economic, and user prospects for the development of mobile payment systems are identified.

Currently, the research work in the courts and law enforcement agencies is being carried out effectively. Based on it, this article reveals the legal status of the preliminary investigation bodies that have a special status in the system of law enforcement agencies, the directions of their activities, as well as the functional tasks of state bodies engaged in this activity are analyzed in detail on the basis of current legislation and scientific sources. The topic also describes judicial reforms aimed at further improving the investigative field of recent years on the basis of national legislative documents. The article also scientifically analyzes the issue of the legal status of the "investigator". This article also presents statistical and analytical data on the topic.

The article is devoted to the study of the global problem of money laundering obtained by criminal means. It is specified that the annual damage from money laundering is about 2-5% of GDP negatively affects the state of the economic and socio-political components of states. It has been determined that KYC and AML are at the heart of the modern system for combating illegal transactions and money laundering. Each of the systems is focused on its own characteristic operations. We have found that AML includes a wider range of operations, including the “know your customer” (KYC) procedure. Modern problems of the KYC and AML system are described, including the need for human participation, focus on dynamically changing search queries (issuance), and limited regulations and legislation of individual countries. As a result, some practical approaches to solving the described problems are given. We assume that the main task in improving existing systems is to collect data only from verified specialized sources, build a chronological framework of criminal events and connections, identify patterns, as well as clarify the scheme of interaction of criminals, and record data. All these operations are reflected in the algorithm of the kycbase.io system developed by the author of the study.

This article notes the fact that the ongoing constitutional reforms in Uzbekistan are proof that the Basic Law is being improved step by step in accordance with the requirements of the time, at the same time, based on the most urgent tasks facing society and the state, new prospects for further modernization of the Constitution. The forthcoming legislative innovations will serve the steady strengthening of political stability and peace in our country, the coordinated functioning of state authorities, the consistent development of the foundations of civil society, the strengthening of law and order, the development of society, and the well-being of the people.

This article is devoted to the characteristics of theoretical and legal issues of child rights protection in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The study reflects comprehensively the international legal regulation of the rights of the child.

The research is related to the state programs on the reforms carried out in the Republic of Uzbekistan, which are aimed at implementing the main provisions of the "Strategy of Actions of Uzbekistan for 2022-2026", aimed at improving the system of public administration and full implementation of international legal norms regarding the rights of the child in the national legal practice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The study is distinguished by its uniqueness. It also provides extensive foreign experience in the regulation by States of the main issues on the rights of the child at the international and national legal level, and current problems of working with these issues in practice.

Some conclusions and suggestions formulated in the work can be used in further scientific developments, to improve national legislation on the rights of the child, and serve as a textbook for subsequent researchers of the topic on the rights of the child in jurisprudence.

In general, the idea of the work is that the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan regarding the rights of the child and the practice of its implementation in life should be systematized both at the normative and at the scientific and applied level. The results of this scientific generalization should be developed and substantiated proposals for improving the situation of children's rights in Uzbekistan, the effective application of international norms in the national legal practice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The article examines the key prerequisites for the constitutional consolidation of the institutional status of the bar as an institution of civil society. The issues of the need to ensure the independence of the bar are analyzed. The article also comments in detail on the new articles of the Constitution concerning the principles of institutional and organizational independence of the bar, the procedural inviolability of lawyers, the inadmissibility of interference in the professional activities of lawyers, as well as guarantees of unhindered and confidential meetings with the client. In conclusion, the author summarizes the conclusion that independent advocacy is an essential condition for ensuring effective justice. The real adversarial nature of the parties in the administration of justice is achieved only through equal procedural capabilities of a lawyer and a prosecutor, in conditions of a healthy confrontation of strong positions.

This article studied the judicial power in the United States of America, its structure, the Supreme Court of the United States, federal courts, the legislation regulating their activities, and the issues of appointment of judges. The article also describes the procedure for consideration of cases by the courts, the powers of the courts, the judicial process, and the procedure for the consideration of cases by the courts of the first instance in the higher instances.

In the Republic of Uzbekistan, institutions of civil society, including public associations and other non-governmental non-profit organizations, self-government bodies of citizens, and mass media form a basis of civil society.

Political parties are a separate institution of civil society and are voluntary associations of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan formed on the basis of common views, interests, and goals, striving to realize the political will of a certain part of society in the formation of state authorities, and participating in the management of state and public affairs through their representatives. Religious organizations are voluntary associations of citizens registered in accordance with the established procedure, organized for the purpose of religious belief, worship, and performing religious rituals and ceremonies, which do not make a profit as the main goal of their activities and do not distribute the received income among their participants. The charters of political parties state the following goals of their activities: preservation and enrichment of spiritual values, customs, and traditions, rich historical heritage, increasing the sense of national identity among citizens, creating favorable conditions for the formation and strengthening of national pride, loyalty and love for the Motherland, inter-ethnic strengthening of relations, development of friendship and solidarity, fighting against all aspects of nationalism, religious extremism, terrorism, promoting inter-religious tolerance, peace, and stability, inter-ethnic harmony. The charter of mosques under the jurisdiction of the Muslim Board of Uzbekistan stipulates that the following objectives and tasks should be fulfilled: following the principles of mutual respect and harmony between all Muslims, those who believe in other religions or those who do not believe in any religion, and all nationalities, while explaining religious rules to citizens, patriotism, nationalism, faith-believing, spiritual and moral purity, education in the spirit of respect for national-spiritual values. The article discusses the possibilities of cooperation in social issues of public associations with mutually compatible goals and tasks.

The article considers the personnel management system from the point of view of aspects of professional activity, which requires a special approach since its results affect the further well-being of the organization. Currently, the approach to personnel management is changing qualitatively where the concepts of personnel management are created on the basis of confirming the importance of the employee's personality, considering his motivations, and the ability to form correctly and adjust them to achieve certain strategic goals facing the organization.

This article discusses the features of the legislative regulation of the selection of candidates for service in the prosecutor's office. The author analyzed the relevant norms of the legislation of the CIS countries. Based on the analysis, the author came to the conclusion that admission to the prosecutor's office in different CIS countries may have its own characteristics, but in general, the process is similar. The general requirements for admission to the prosecutor's office in the CIS are often the presence of citizenship of the country, reaching a certain age, higher legal education, no criminal record, and high professional, business, and moral qualities.

In the Republic of Uzbekistan, the constitutional and legal bases of interaction between state bodies and non-governmental non-profit organizations are considered in the article. The system of constitutional and legal bases of the interaction of state bodies with non-governmental non-profit organizations in the Republic of Uzbekistan is analyzed on the basis of the current Constitution and Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, by-laws, and on the basis of scientific views of scientists in this field as well. In our country, the need for systematization of regulatory legal acts regulating the interaction of state bodies with non-governmental non-profit organizations has been currently determined. Proposals have been put forward to systematize laws and by-laws regulating the interaction of state bodies with non-governmental non-profit organizations.

The article considers foreign experience in organizing advocate activity on the example of such countries as Romania, Russia, and Kazakhstan. Also, when studying foreign legislation in the legal profession, an analytical comparison with the legal documents of Uzbekistan is made with the identification of possible ways to improve them in order to enhance the role of the advocate in a democratic state of law.

The article deals with the issues of bringing to criminal responsibility the subjects of natural resource cadastral activity for violation of the norms of criminal law related to the use of cadastral information on natural resources on the basis of the relevant articles of the Criminal Code. The author proposes the development of the scientific concept of "crimes in the field of cadastres of natural resources" in the form of providing unreliable cadastral information about natural resources by officials of the cadastral authorities after applying an administrative penalty

The article sets out new mechanisms, types of classification of procedural coercive measures, and investigative actions related to the limitation of the constitutional rights of existing persons in criminal-procedural legislation. Also, specific proposals for contradictions, legal loopholes, and elimination of certain existing ones in criminal-procedural legislation regarding coercive measures and investigative actions related to restrictions on individual rights are described.

The article discusses the issues of citation as primary skill for writing a scientific paper. A study of the legislative base of Uzbekistan and interstate standards on informatization, library and publishing, to which Uzbekistan has joined, has been conducted. The article describes in detail the rules of the design of individual words of authors for the Russian language as an example.

The list of crypto-currencies available today is very extensive, and in order to strengthen legally them, it is necessary to classify the whole set of crypto-currencies. The author believes that most of the problems related to public regulation of cryptocurrencies are revealed in the scope and nature of government regulation, issues of taxation of transactions, criminal and administrative liability for illegal activities, etc. On the basis of national and foreign experience, he put forward proposals for the development of mechanisms of international legal regulation of cryptocurrency and the determination of its jurisdiction. This article discusses the use of jargon (obscene language) by people in communication, as a result of which the so-called euphemism develops and functions in the language (for example, in modern English and Russian). Lexicographic studies of different systemic languages are currently distinguished by particular efficiency, the scientific and methodological goal of which was the methods of transmitting information encoded by the lexical system of one language by means of another. These studies are a direct continuation of comparative studies of the vocabulary of English and Russian languages on the material of youth slang and pursue scientific and theoretical goals - the comparison of individual lexical units of the compared languages to identify their lexico-semantic commonalities and differences. A comparison of the vocabulary of different languages shows that the same lexical meaning is determined by a number of factors, the most important of which are the extralinguistic reality reflected in the language, thinking and the system of languages.

This article discusses the motivational and strategic aspects of a personality-oriented approach to learning the Russian language in the first year and the creation on this basis of a learning technology that solves its fundamental tasks. The essential and meaningful characteristic of communicative competence formed in students in a bilingual environment when studying the Russian language and speech culture is revealed. The criteria and indicators of the formation of communicative competence among bilingual students by means of the Russian language and speech culture are clarified; according to the degree of compliance with these criteria and indicators, the levels of formation of future subject teachers of communicative competence are characterized. The influence of the model of formation of communicative competence among students of non-philological specialties of the pedagogical university in the study of the Russian language and speech culture is evaluated. A set of pedagogical conditions for the formation of communicative competence among students in a bilingual environment by means of this discipline has been theoretically identified and experimentally substantiated.

This article is devoted to the issue of students' interest in learning mathematical materials and improving the quality of lessons, finding solutions to the problems that students face every day constantly, and describing it in the form of mathematical formulas.

The article deals with the system of studying the verb as a part of speech in primary school with the Uzbek language of education. The subject of the analysis is the textbook “Russian as a foreign language” for grades 2-4, as well as the curriculum of general secondary education of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Russian as a foreign language. In the process of analysis, the sequence of studying the topic “Verb” in these classes was revealed, the main difficulties in studying this topic by younger students were predicted, and the methodology for working with individual exercises from this set of textbooks was revealed. Separately, the requirements of the curriculum for a primary school graduate in terms of minimum knowledge in the section “Morphology” are considered. Exemplary types of tasks aimed at improving the quality of students' knowledge on this topic are given.

This article talks about effective methods of language teaching.

   This article describes the integration method of teaching the subject "Definite Integrals" in the economic areas of higher educational institutions, sets the task of calculating cash flows coming into any sector of the economy with a certain integral, and also explains mathematical concepts using economic terms. The problem gives and consolidates the mathematical and economic definition of the flows of money coming into various sectors of the economy.

This article presents features of the prefix formation of verbs in Russian. The morphological method is the most effective in Russian. It includes affixation - the formation of words with the help of prefixes, new words are formed as a result of obtaining the root and abbreviation of prefixes and suffixes. They are affixes. One of the affixes is the prefix. Formation of words using prefixes; this method is the most active method of forming verbs and their grammatical forms. One of the independent parts of speech in Russian is the verb. The verb indicates the action, the state of the subject. This part of speech has many morphological features that depend on its place in speech and syntactic role in the sentence.

It is obvious that in the last few decades, there has been sharply high interest and need for learning foreign languages in order to achieve personal and professional development. For this reason, modern pedagogy of the 21st century faces the difficult task of teaching a foreign language with original and more effective methods and approaches. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to explore some useful ways of teaching Russian and Uzbek as foreign languages (RFL and USL).
