Subjects of the research: orthopterans of natural and anthropogenic landscapes in southcmAral Sea region.
Purpose of work: the study of fauna, ecology, landscape distributions of orthopterans in southern Aral Sea region and development of environmentally friendly methods of pest control.
Methods of research: entomological, ecological, plant protection and statistical methods.
The results achieved and their novelty: the dissertation studies the fauna of orthopterans in southern Aral Sea region. Seventy-five species of 50 genera and 7 families were revealed.
One species of locusts was for the first time revealed for the fauna of Central Asia, one subspecies for the fauna of Uzbekistan, as well as four genera and 17 species and subspecies for the fauna of the southern Aral Sea region. The distribution of orthopterans through landscapes and agroccosystcms was studied. Besides, the effect of the microbiological preparation “Green guard sc premium” on the Locusta migratoria L. and Calliptamus italicus italicus L.locusts was studied and the biological effect was identified.
Practical value:thc obtained results of the study of distribution of orthopterans throughout landscapes arc of ecological and economic importance in the improvement of control measures taken against pests.
Degree of embed and economic effectivity: the results of the study of orthoptcran species composition and their distribution throughout agroecosystems arc used for the improvement of control measures of pest species. The microbiological preparation “Green guard sc premium” is recommended for inclusion into the "List of pesticides and agrochemicals allowed for application in agriculture" of the State Chemistry Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Subjects of research: is the process of training future teacher of professional education in higher education.
Purpose of work: is to substantiate the theoretical and practical training of future teachers of vocational education to the projective activity.
Methods of research: theoretical methods, empirical methods, the method of peer review in determining the level of formation of the design skills of the students; experimental work.
The results obtained and their novelty: the model system has developed for training future teacher of vocational education to the competence of the projective features and content features of pedagogical sciences of each period of training students in the university. Developed and experimentally demonstrated initiation system of the future teacher of vocational education to the projective activity consisting of: a focused set of lessons, realizing the problem and problem-solving approaches, models of research students to design their own educational projects.
Practical value: has developed and implemented a process of training teacher of vocational education state standards, manuals, established methodological provision of implementation of the technology readiness for the formation of projective future teacher of professional education; developed and approved curriculum for the special course "Fundamentals of design and construction of educational technologies."
Degree of embed and economic effectivitiy: main out puts and conditions, results arc reflected in publications and discussed at the international, national and inter-university conferences, which have found their confirmation in the acts of adaptions.
Field of application: The system of higher and secondary special vocational education

Subject of research: the process of teaching the English language at professional colleges.
Purpose of work: theoretical and experimental grounding the quality of future young specialists’ professional training by developing their skills while reading supplementary English texts.
Methods of research: observation of education process; studying and analyzing the special literature; questioning; experiment; mathematical-statistic analysis.
The results obtained and their novelty: supplementary reading texts for students was investigated as a linguodidactic, scientific problem on theoretical and experimental way; real conditions and content of teaching supplementary reading texts by the professional college students were studied and analyzed, required content revealed; methodic text book “Supplementary reader” were created for students of professional colleges; technology of teaching English supplementary authentic and adapted text were worked out.
Practical value: achieved results can be used in developing methods of teaching English at professional colleges, in making educational syllabus, teaching supplies and foreign language textbooks, and can be used as theoretical basis in the process of carrying out scientific research.
Degree of embed and economic effectivity: adapted to the process of teaching English at pedagogical college named after Yunus Rajabi in Tashkent, Tashkent college of culture and Republican college of music named after Khamza, Termiz and Gulistan colleges of art. The content of research has been discussed at the international, republican and institutional scientific conferences. Research results have been published as 19 scientific works.
Field of application: research material can be applied at professional colleges, academic lyceums, secondary schools, linguistic and non-linguistic higher education institutions.

Subject of research: The system of legal relations connected with the place and the role of institution of presidency in the system of state power, existing legal approaches, principles and categories, legislative acts.
Purpose of work: Comparative-legal research the place and the role of institution of presidency in the system of state power and work out well developed suggestions and recommendations.
Methods of research: Systemic, historical and system-structural methods, analysis and synthesis; logic-legal, formal-legal, comparative-legal, statistic and other methods of scientific cognition.
The results obtained and their novelty: The place and the role of the institution of presidency in the system of state power in national legal science in conditions of democratization of the state system and governance have been researched for the first time in monographic form from the point of view of the constitutional law.
Practical value: The conclusions and recommendations of the dissertation can be used in improving the national legislation on the institution of presidency, in improving the mechanisms of realization of laws passed in recent years in the sphere of democratization of the state system and governance, as well as in expanding knowledge about the place and role of the institution of presidency in the democratic state with the rule of law and in increasing consciousness and legal culture of citizens.
Degree of embed and economic effectivity: The results of the dissertation are widely used in the activity of the Legislative Chamber and Senate of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Commission on preparation of drafts of legislative acts pursuant to execution of Conception of further deepening of democratic reforms and formation of civil society in the country in sphere of democratization of state system and governance, the Institute of Monitoring of Acting Legislation under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Field of application: lawmaking process, law enforcement activity, research and educational spheres.

Subjects of research: the organisation of savings of money resources, financial-legal relations, arising in the course of their distribution and use and connected with the state financial activity.
Purpose of work: the complex scientific-practical analysis of institute of the state financial activity in the Republic of Uzbekistan, studying of its place and the role in social and economic development of the country, and also by the analysis of rules of law of the state financial activity and practice of their application revealing of lacks of the current legislation and working out of offers and recommendations about their elimination.
Methods of research: comparative, comparative-legal, system logic analysis, creation of scientific theory, sociological interrogation, generalisation.
The results obtained and their novelty: theoretical, legal and practical problems of state financial activity were investigated for the first time at monographic level from the point of view of financial right and new concepts, scientific-theoretical conclusions, practical offers and recommendations about the decision of financial-legal problems in the field of the state financial activity were developed.
Practical value: research results can be used in legislative activity on perfection of legal regulation of the financial legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and in activity of state controls.
Degree of embed and economic effictivity: research results can used in the course of teaching to students of bachelor degree and master degree of such disciplines, as “Financial right”, “Tax and bank right”, and also in scientific researches on studying of problems of the financial legislation.

The object of the research: the toponyms in Southern Karakalpakistan
The aims of the work: to analyze historical-etymologic the conclusions and constitute them all.
The methods of the research: to use the ways of comparative, historical, and etymologic analysis.
Received results and the news in them: in the research the toponyms in Southern Karakalpakistan historical-etymologically have been learnt for the first time; the books which were devoted to the historical etymologic research on the names of places in Uzbek topography; toponyms which consist Turkish areal appellatives, ethnotoponym, anthrotoponym, fitotoponym, zootoponym and other toponyms which related to natural-geographic feautures have been classified and investigated; toponyms which related to appellatives in Iranian languages have been researched as the toponyms in ancient Iranian features and the elements in Khorezmian language ; the elements in Karakalpakistan which appellatively related to different languages have been classified as in the elements of Arabian, Russian and Mongol languages and hybrid featured toponyms.
The practical importance of the work: final results and analysis of the work can be an excellent example in solving the problems in Uzbek and Karakalpakistan lexicology, semasiology, topographic lexicography, making a dictionary which involves the toponyms in Karakalpakistan and Uzbek slangs in Southern Karakalpakistan, giving special talks. This work can be very handful in giving lectures on the degrees of educational system of bachelorship and mastership.
The degree of researching and economic progress: the results of this work can be used in making text books on Uzbek and Karakalpak onomastic, making toponymic dictionaries, special courses and lectures.
The sphere of the usage: onomastic, topography, lexicology, dialectology and the history of languages.

Subjects of research: the system of legal regulation of family-law and civil-law relations that arise in marriage contracts.
Purpose of the work (objective): To study and identify key issues, both theoretical and practical, consideration of the legal nature of the marriage contract, as well as identification of tendency in the development and improvement of family law in this sphere.
Method of the research: Retrospective, logical, historical - legal, problem-targeted, comparative-legal, systemic and structural, and other methods of scientific knowledge.
The results achieved and their novelty: the first time in domestic jurisprudence conducted a comprehensive and detailed analysis of the theoretical and legal foundations of the marriage contract on the basis of the modern approach to property relations of spouses in terms of market reforms and economic liberalization. Proposed understanding of the legal nature of marriage contract as well as civil - law instrument of the family-law regulation of property relations between spouses.
Practical value: A result of a study is determined by its relevance, scientific novelty and findings, both theoretical and practical nature. Regulations and findings in the study can be used in lawmaking activities to improve the legal rules concerning the regulation of family relations, judicial practice, as well as in law enforcement of notary agencies and advocatory formations.
Degree of embed and economic efficiency: some results of a study on improving the family and civil law are directed to the Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan and the Institute for Monitoring Current Legislation under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The material of the dissertation is used in academic subjects like as "Family Law" and "Civil Law".

Subjects of research: paleogene sedimentary formations of Kyzyl Kum.
Purpose of work: comprehensive study of the conditions of deposition and composition of sedimentary formations of Paleogene of Kyzyl Kum with definition of key stages in the evolution of a sedimentary basin, establishing patterns of facies changes in units of time and space and the identification of a genetic connection with the formation of mineral deposits.
Methods of research: stage dynamic principle of facial analysis of sedimentary formations and the complex layering and biorhythmostratigraphical differentiation and correlation of the sections, facial analysis of differentiation of sediment on a range of hydrochemical conditions defining the hydrochemical composition of the water basin, reductive-oxidative and acid-base indicators.
The results obtained and their novelty: identified five stages of evolution of the Paleogene sedimentary basin. It is established that the change of transgressions and regressions of Paleogene marine basin is related to global causes - of eustatic changes in sea level. Clarified biorhythmostratigraphical definition and correlation of Paleogene sections of the region. Selected dynamic facial units. For the first time identified: sulfate-dolomite chemical, calcareous biochemical and bentonite physical-chemical facies, reflecting the specific environmental conditions of sedimentation.
Practical value: opened deposits of alkaline bentonite and carbonate palygorskite clays of Navbahor, white mealy dolomites of Vaush, manifestations opoka clays Kokcha, pelitomorphic dolomites of Amantaytau.
Degree of embed and economic effectivity: on the basis of Navbakhor deposit built a plant of mud powder with capacity of 40 tons per year. Products manufactured by the enterprise are the import- and export-oriented.
Field of application: regional forecast on the basis of stratigraphic, facies, mineral and geochemical criteria, the search and evaluation of deposits of non-metallic materials.

Subject of the research: the process of spiritual and aesthetic education of the pupils of technical and professional colleges.
Objectives of the research: to create theoritical basis of spiritual and aesthetic education of the students of technical and professional colleges work out methodological recommendations according to it’s implication in practise.
Methods of inquiry: scientific and theoretical analysis, comparative pedagogical observation, experiment interview (conversations), questionnaires, tests, mathematical statistics, generalisation of the research results.
The results achieved and their novelty:
1 .Theoritical basis of spiritual and aesthetic education of the pupils of technical and professional colleges were worked out.
2. .The conception, codes and sections of spiritual and aesthetic education of the pupils of technical and professional colleges were precised.
3. Thc conception of “spiritual and aesthetic education” was put into pedagogical usage and its essentials were inlightcned.
4. Thc ways of spiritual and aesthetic education of the pupils of technical and professional colleges in the basis of idcalogy of national independens was set up.
5. The entire system and mechanism of spiritual and aesthetic education of the pupils of technical and professional colleges were created.
6. Thc conceptions, forms and methods and means of spiritual and aesthetic education of the pupils of technical and professional colleges were worked out.
Practical value: pedagogical and methodological rccommcnda- tions worked out in the results of the research arc widely used in all fields of the technical and professional and secondary specialized systems, in the process of teaching humanitarian sciences and their development, in carrying out spiritual and aesthetic affairs in the technical and professional colleges.
The materials of the research can widely be used in the special seminars and courses at the high educational schools, professional colleges and at teacher’s training courses, also it can be used by teachers, historians, phylosophers, psychologists, specialists of national educational organisations.
Degree of embed and economical effectivity: The main ideas and scientific conclusions of the research results were manifested in the lectures (reports) made in the scientific and scicntific-thcoritical conferences held in the republic, in the articles published in the magazines “National Education”, “Technical and Professional Education “, ’’Elementary Education”,’’Pcdogogical Skill”, “Intermediate
Education”, in the published monography, methodological outputs and recommendations. Also, it was put into practice by the departures in the mass media.

Subjects of research: legal persons - taxpayers carrying out its activities in Uzbekistan.
Purpose of work: to work of research proposals and practical recommendations for the development of corporate tax management in terms of economic modernization in Uzbekistan.
Methods of research: production chain, the statistical analysis, comparison, grouping, analysis and synthesis, factor analysis.
The received results and their novelty: revealed and given to the author's definition of economic substance of corporate tax management, developed research proposals and practical recommendations to address weaknesses in the organization of corporate tax management in the country, revealed the essence of the concept of tax risks and consequences of identified tax risks; revealed the organization of internal fiscal controls in the financial-economic activity of enterprises and situations that need attention in their conduct, including the types of tax are errors; practical recommendations on the economic value of the tax, and the development of these services offered ways to improve the financial stability of businesses based on the effective organization of corporate tax management accordance with the features of the tax legislation of the country.
Practical value: developed research proposals and practical advice in the thesis can be used to ensure the solvency of enterprises and improving the legal framework.
Degree of embed and economic effectivity: research results were implemented in the practice of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan (act number ЁТ/20-01-31-16-313/1784, July 23, 2010), JSC “Uzdonmahsulot” (the act of January 30, 2012). The research materials used in improving the curricula of the courses “Corporate Tax Management”, “Corporate Financial Strategy”, “Strategy of Financial Management”, “Tax Advice”, “Cash flow management company”, “Financial management” and in teaching at the Tashkent Financial Institute (report number 8, September 8, 2010).
Field of application: taxpayers, tax consulting organization, higher education institutions.

Object of the research: object of research arc the computer systems of support of acceptance of the administrative decisions for medical - preventive establishments.
The purpose of work: development of algorithms of the forecast and computer system of support of acceptance of the administrative decisions for organization of functioning of medical establishments allowing to raise efficiency of the forecast of quality of day on card - vascular to diseases.
Methods of the research. During process of the execution work were used the methods of mathematical modeling, statistics and computing experiment, theories of recognition of images, device of the fuzzy logic.
The received results and their novelty: arc received robust of models of the forecast for an estimation arrival patients with card - vascular by diseases; arc developed methodology of construction and algorithm of functioning of system of collective acceptance of the decision according to quality of day, and also program complex of support of acceptance of the administrative decisions for medical -preventive establishments.
The practical importance: the complex of algorithms and software for the decision of a wide spectrum of tasks of statistical processing of the information, forecasting and acceptance of the decisions is developed according to quality of day for card - vascular to diseases. The results of development have wide access for the users of the world net INTERNET.
Degree of introduction and economic efficiency: the developed algorithms and the software have found practical application at the Republican specialized scientific practical medical centre of therapy and medical rehabilitation; at the Republican Centre of Emergency Medical aid. The economic benefit on the first object of introduction for 2011 has made 6142540 sum.
Area of application: the developed algorithms and system of collective acceptance of the decision, and also the software according to quality of day for card - vascular can find wide application in medical - preventive establishments, service of rendering of emergency medical aid.

Subjects of the research: economic activity and managerial system of the stock company “Uzstroymaterialy”
Purpose of work: to develop theoretical and practical features of effective implementation of ways of strategic management in the system of corporate management, to make the research of their conformity with the market demands, to work out the stylistic recommendation and proposals on the improvement of management.
Methods of research: indirect and economic analysis, economic, mathematic and statistic grouping, monographic review, comparison, sociological inquiry, sampling review and prognostication.
The results obtained and their novelty: having indirectly analyzed scientific description, given by scientists economists to the concepts of “corporate management” and “strategic management”, by means of systematic grouping of these concepts, applicant gave the scientific description of the concepts of “system of corporate management” and proved the theoretical and practical features. The technologies and methods of strategic management were systemized in the system of corporate management. The trends of structural changes of the production of building materials were brought to light and the scientific and practical proposals on the improvement of its' economic situation were given. By means of identification of main trends of the development of strategic management in corporate management, the scientific and practical recommendations on economic development and improvement of structural formation in the company were proved.
Practical value: the outcomes of the research will make the significant contribution to the improvement of theoretical features of the implementation of strategic management methods in the system of corporate management in the republic.
Degree of embed and economic effectivity: The main results and outcomes of the research work are implemented in the practical activity of the stock company “Uzstroymaterialy”, and of the Center on economical reformation and price orientation in capital construction of the committee Gosarhitektstroy of the RUz, and of the Department on monitoring the activity of the project institutions of the committee Gosarhitektstroy as well as in the teaching process of Tashkent Institute of Architecture and Construction.

Subjects of research: Process of spiritually-moral education of the future teacher of vocational training.
Purpose of work: The theoretical substantiation and creation of methodical manuals about spiritually-moral education of the future teacher of vocational training.
Methods of research: political, philosohycal, historical, ethnographic, pedagogical, psycological, comparative and etieal research of the scientific methodical literature on spirituality, analyze, pedagogical observing, interview, questionnaires, tests, monytoring, the mathematical-statistical analysis, generalization of the results of research.
The results obtained and their novelty: The level of scrutiny of the question of spiritually-moral education of the future teacher of vocational training from the scientific and pedagogical point of view, the pedagogical analysis of the person of the teacher of vocational training and necessity of spiritually-moral education, the manuals for teachers of theoretical bases and sense, forms and methods of spiritually-moral education of the future teacher of vocational training, working out of a technique of spiritually-moral education, carrying out of tests arc based on creation of the scientific conclusion and manuals about practical application.
Practical value: General pedagogical and scicntifically-mcthodical manuals made in the course of research can be used in all links of education system, in the course of training and perfection of pedagogical sciences, in realisation of spiritually-moral activity in educational institutions.
Degree of embed and economic effectivity: Results of research were reflected in 15 published scientific works of the author and the scientifically-mcthodical manuals, created on their basis arc widely used.
Field of application: Results of research arc applied in high schools of vocational training, institutes of retraining and improvement of professional skill of teachers of vocational training, students of higher educational institutions.

Subjects of the research: Operation of free economic zones as a tool for foreign investment attraction into Uzbekistan economy.
Purpose of work: developing scientific proposals and practical recommendations aimed at the activation of investments into FEZ in terms of economic modernization.
Methods of research: systematic approach, grouping, the relative economic analysis and comparisons.
The results obtained and their novelty: developed author’s advanced definition exposing economic essence of «free economic zones»; exposed, described and classified peculiarities of FEZ in developed and developing countries; substantiated reasonability of granting differentiated privileges for activation of investments depending on goals of FEZ; explored reserves for decreasing the cost of production by effective utilization of favorable investment climate created in FIEZ «Navoiy» including utilization of local raw materials for manufacturing of some products; give practical recommendations for adoption of affirmative world practice on attraction of foreign investments into FEZ.
Practical value: developed in the research scientific proposals and practical recommendations to be implemented in programs of organization and development of FEZ in our country and in creation of certain regions development projects. Dissertation’s materials can be used for advancing curriculums and lecturing in higher education institutions on such subjects as «Foreign investment» and «Investment Policy».
Degree of embed and economic effectivity: scientific proposals and practical recommendations of research were accepted for use in Navoi Province Department of Foreign Economic Relations, Investment and Trade, the Directorate of State Unitary Enterprise Free Industrial Economic Zone «Navoi» Republic of Uzbekistan, The State Joint-Stock Foreign Trade Company «Uzprommashimpeks». Dissertation materials are being used by Tashkent Financial Institute in advancing curriculums and lecture courses like «Foreign Investment» and «Investment Policy».

Subjects of research: the formation of the Western Turkic qaghanate; the specifics, peculiarities for state system, the governance of the Qaghanate by vassal landowners; tcrritorial-adminstrativc apparatus.
Purpose of work: To study the characteristics of the statehood, administrative and vassal system and methods, took of governance used in the Western Turkic Qaghanate at the period of VI -VIII Centuries of Central As ia.
Methods of research: systemized and evolutionary analysts, evolutionary, objectiveness, historical-comparative, chronological-problem based and retrospective analysis.
The results obtained and their novelty: In this research here was shown specific features of the state system of the Western Turkic Qaghanate and given the genesis of military-administrative system of “On Oq”. Especially, it’s noted that the Western Turkic Qaghanate had a it’s own “State Ulus/Udel’ and analysed the factors lying on ruling by distribution of power into the right and left wings as in the Eastern Turkic qaghanate. Here identified that the Qaghanate had its specific fiscal system, where the qaghans minted their own coins (with the titles of “Jabghu”, “Jabghu-qaghan” and “Qaghan”, the ethnopolitical name of “Tiirk-Qaghan” and with the names of‘Tardu qaghan”, “Tun Jabghu-qaghan”) in Chach region and gamed state symbok relatively to Qaghanate. On the base of written and numkmatic sources, it’s shown that the qaghanc passed three steps as Yabghu, Yabghu-Qaghanate and Qaghanate. Here ako enlightened that in tins research used specific methods and took in studying the vassalitate of Qaghanate which included more than 20 oask states (petty kingdoms).
Practical value: The ideas, conclusions and views that have found its reflection in thk dissertation work might be used in researches of young scholars, by partic ipants of scholarships, specialkts for preparing educational guides and books, by the people who work in the sphere of enlightenment and high educational institutions.
Degree of embed and economic effectivity: On the theme of research it was published 3 monographies, 3 brochures and 26 scientific magazine articles, 54 articles and thesis in collections of materials of republican and international conferences and 2 articles in the web portal of “Ziyonet”
Field of application: The results of these researches might be served as a practical guide for reading special and general courses in high educational institutions of the republic for preparing educational guides and books.

Subject of research: legal relationship in the process of arising, execution, amending and termination of credit contracts
Purpose of work: comprehensive, conceptual, scientific and theoretical analysis of credit relations and their legal regulation; study of the practice of application of the norms governing credit liabilities; identification of problems of legal regulation of credit relations; drafting of proposals for improving legislation and enforcement of lending institution in a market economy.
Methods of the research: comparative law, systematic legal, structural, logical analysis and etc.
The results achieved and their novelty: the scientific novelty of the dissertation is that comprehensive and conceptual monographic analysis of legal regulation of credit relations has been conducted. Credit system of banks has been systematically studied for the first time in the thesis taking into account of the laws, civil and banking law, namely, an in-depth study of the essence, the legal nature of bank credit, comparative analysis of the concept of "credit" from the economic and legal point of view has been made, main types of bank loans has been reviewed, the concept of "credit transaction" is disclosed, its differences from the "credit transaction" has been identified, components of a credit transaction has been also identified.
Practical value: this research is determined by its relevance, scientific novelty, and the findings of both theoretical and practical nature. Provisions and findings contained in the research can be used in legislative activities to improve the legal rules governing the credit relationships, to eliminate identified deficiencies, inconsistencies and gaps in legal regulation, for further scientific study of redit relations, in law enforcement activities and for the unification of law enforcement practice.
Degree of embed and economic affectivity: the research materials can also be used in studies of civil and banking law and in the process of teaching Civil Law, Banking Law, special courses of Contract Law and etc.
Field of application: improving banking legislation, legal relationship between citizens and banks. Research materials can be used in writing of scientific and practical works and in educational process.

Subjects of research: technological gases, atmospheric air, ecological systems and hydrogen fluoride(HF) being an toxical component of different gas mixtures.
Purpose of work: optimization of conditions ot elaboration of semi-conductor methods with improved metrological characteristics, elaboration on their base selective sensors for gasoanalyzators wish aim of continuous automatical determination of HF in it’s wide interval concentrations, their testing and introduction in production.
Methods of research: semi-conductor method which is - one of verieties of electroanalytical methods of analysis.
The results obtained and their novelty: construction of semi-conductor sensor of high sensitivity on hydrogen fluoride control determination in different gas mixtures was elaborated. Sensitivity and selectivity of HF determination were provided on the base of using of sensible elements-sensors, containing semi-conductoral layers having nonadequate sorbtion ability to components of gas mixture.
With using of elaborated sensible sensors and optimized conditions the high sensitivity and selectivity of hydrogen fluoride determination in the presence of hydrogen, carbon monoxide, methane and hydrocarbons steams were provided.
Practical value: selectivity semi-conductor sensors were elaborated and on their base gasoanalyzators were constructed which have provided of hydrogen fluoride determination in wide interval of it’s concentration. Constructed sensors have differed by high sensitivity, selectivity and also reliability at hard and extremely conditions of operation.
Degree of embed and economic effectivity: experimental samples of sensors were used at production of experimental samples of stationary and transference portable devices for hydrogen fluoride control in different gas mixtures and other objects. Gas analyzator "MAG-HF" at hard conditions of exploitation has worked enough stability and can be used for value of degree of ecological safety of atmospheric air and composition of technological gases.

Subject of the research: mazhabs and religious fanatistic groups, international extremist and terrorist organisations.
Aim of the work: research into the historical sources of religious fanaticism, its modern manifestations as well as the moral bases of fighting it.
Method of research: The methodology of ideas of universal, national and moral values, ideas of national development and independence are accepted as the basis. The methods of generalization, statistics, historical section, study of religions, etc. are used in the work.
The result achieved and their novelty: Development and spread of forms of religious fanaticism, their threat to public welfare and study of fundamentals of fighting them.
Practical value: the research can be used for study of the history of emergence of extremist trends and groups, the ideological implications of their activities as well as for development of effective methods of fighting them.
Degree of embed and economic effectiveness: 15 articles, 2 methodical textbooks, 4 theses were published and 1 article posted to ZiyoNet Internet portal.
Field of application: development of effective methods of fighting against the activities of the researched trends and groups as well as use by the broad public, for instance by the employees of law-enforcement bodies. Purpose of work: Developing of offers and recommendations on theoretical basis of improvement innovative investment efficiency increasing in conditions of economy modernization.
Methods of research: Scientific knowledge, analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis, economic and statistical analysis, expert’s estimation, abstraction, system approach, monographic supervision, forecasting.
The results obtained and their novelty: Scientifically proved recommendations on the basis of the theoretical base of innovative investment correlated to peculiars of innovative relations, the stages of innovative process development and its factor’s systematization; the offers on improvement of innovative investment efficiency assessment taking into consideration its social-economic, scientific-technological, ecological features; the resources of innovative investment in the conditions of economy’s modernization and diversification-state budget, foreign investments, non budget and sinking means, the proposals on untraditional resources as syndicated credit, venture fund, population’s fund have been determined; positive and negative sides of innovative investments attracting from foreign countries have been discovered, the perspectives of innovative investment on the basis of monographic research till 2015 have been determined, the recommendations on the application in national economy the developed foreign countries experience regarded to joint-stock companies, using the standards of advanced amortization, presenting the financial opportunities to investors, the methods of direct and indirect use of government’s innovative activity.

Objects of research: 18b-H glycyrrhizin acid and its salts, В SA, PSA, ASA, salicylic acid and benzoic acids, benzyl alcohol, phenol, and their supramolecular complexes.
Purpose of work: Creating a water-soluble, low-toxic of NSAIDs on the basis of supramolecular complexes of MASGA with ASA, with a wide therapeutic effect and non-ulccrogcnic action.
Methods of research: Bioorganic, supramolecular chemistry, chromatographic, physical and chemical (viscosimctry) and physical (optical spectroscopy).
The results obtained and their novelty: For the first time were obtained on the base of mono ammonium, monosodium, mono potassium derivatives of the glycyrrhizic acid with ASA, and supramolecular complexes of MASGA with PSA, BSA, SA, benzoic acid, benzyl alcohol and phenol at different ratios.
Hydrodynamic properties of water solutions of the MASGA and some its supramolecular complexes were studied. During obtaining of supramolecular complexes of MASGA with ASA (GLAS) in watcr-alcohol solution it is observed partial hydrolysis of ASA until to the SA.
Supramolecular complex of GLAS has high а-and y-intcrfcron activities, and its maximal titer during 12-48 hours reached to 2000-8000 units. It is shown that GLAS has anti-inflammatory activity and has not ulcerogenic action.
Practical value Created new preparate on the base of local row material could be highly effective medicinal drug.
The degree of implementation and economic effectivity: According to the developed experimental production regulations a 1.0 kg of GLAS substance is obtained. Pilot industrial regulations for medicinal forms of GLAS drugs arc developed (0.05 g tablets № 10, 20, and 0.5% 10-20 ml nasal drops). Normative and technical documents arc transferred to the Pharmaceutical Committee of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Purpose of work: presentation of scientific conclusions and recommendations concerning increasing of population employment and reducing of unemployment level on the base of working out and using of theoretical and methodological bases and methodic of analysis, forecast and creation of conception of effective development of agricultural labor market.
Method of research: economical and statistical analysis, comparison, research of personnel marketing, sociological survey and so on.
The results obtained and their novelty: theoretical foundations of effective development of agricultural labor market are created, its sociological economical significance, conditions, principles and factors are found out methods of marketing researches of studying employers demands in labor force and causes of unemployment are recommended, author methodic of program and conception of effective development agricultural labor market are created, practical recommendations and advice about working out mechanisms of achievement of natural unemployment level are given.
Practical value: Advice and recommendations given in this work can be used in regulation of the development of agricultural labor market, working out of the programs of employment.

Purpose of work: to establish reflexion degree in modern researches of problems of the state sovereignty, and also the analysis of development of political-legal institute in the conditions of new information tehnologies development.
Methods of research: as a methodological basis of research l.A.Karimov works, the Republic of Uzbekistan Constitution, laws, standart-legal documents, philosophical categories,scientific, logic methods applied in socially-legal fesearches have served. With the account of complexity of investigated problem the special attention was given to application of methods of dialectics, functional-compound, rather-legal methods also are used.
The results obtained and their novelty: in the dissertation formation of political-legal sights in century of information technologies has been investigated and studied. Theoretical and legal sides of the state sovereignty in century of development of information technologies are analyzed; also questions of development of the legal doctrine of the Republic of Uzbekistan have been investigated.
Practical value: research gives representation about organic laws of the state sovereignty where the special attention is necessary turning on problems of the state sovereignty into the century of information technologies. Research will give the chance to pay attention to problems of the state sovereignty from the point of view of new methodology, supplements and promotes strengthening of knowledge on development of various branches of a science on preservation and strengthening of the state sovereignty.

Subject of research: belt drive with a VGR, laboratory device, a section of cleaning raw cotton from small litter 1XK. (УХК).
Purposes of the work: To create a new efficient construction of a belt transmission with VGR; the development of methods for kinematic and dynamic analysis, the definition of ratio between parameters and the rational justification for their values. Methods of research: In the thesis work used theoretical and experimental methods. Theoretical studies were done based on methods of the theory of mechanisms and machines, theoretical mechanics, higher mathematics, dynamics of machine aggregates, theories of belt drives, etc. In experimental studies used methods of strain measurement, tcchnogcncrator, magnctoclcctric sensor and experimental dynamics of technological machines. The experimental results arc processed by methods of mathematical statistics with extensive use of computer technologies.
The results obtained and their novelty: A new of a belt transmission with VGR designed and recommended a new analytical method for kinematic analysis. Based on theoretical and experimental studies identified patterns of mass movement of machine assembly, loading of the driven unit. Developed a new belt drive with the VGR and recommended for use in machines 1XK. (УХК) cotton cleaner from a small litter.
Practical value: This study can be used in cotton factories and in the educational process in teaching the course "Theory of Mechanisms and Machines" and the inclusion in the curriculum of the MS.
Degree of embed and economic effectivity: The annual economic effect from using a belt drive with the VGR in the cotton factory «Pop paxta tolasi» is 41959.19 thousand sum.

Purpose of work: Immunological and immunomorphological assessment of action on the immune system of some hcpatoprotectors protopin, gepatin and BBC, on the base of plant and saline nature in conditions of acute and chronic hepatitis during the experiment.
Methods of research: Experimental immunologic and common morphological methods.
The results achieved and their novelty: It is established that hcpatoprotectors protopin, gepatin and Bosorov bileexpclling collection (BBC) have the ability to significantly increase the immunorcactivity of the in body normal mice. Studied hcpatoprotectors correct disorders in the immune status in acute and chronic toxic hepatitis.
Protopin, gepatin and BBC restore the morphological changes in liver, central (thymus) and peripheral (spleen, lymph nodes) organs of immunity during acute and chronic toxic hepatitis. Hcpatoprotectors stimulate the metabolic function of liver in acute toxic hepatitis.
Under the influence of protopin, gepatin and BBC the increasing of namber and strength of correlating relationships in the immune and hematopoietic systems both in normal and in acute and chronic hepatitis.
Practical value: Obtained results may be experimental basis for the use of some hcpatoprotectors as immunomodulatory agents for the disorders correction in immune system during liver pathology of various etiologies and secondary immunodeficiencies.
Degree of embed and economic effectivity: The results of study have been included in the scientific and practical activity of the Department of Pharmacology and Clinical Pharmacy of Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute.

Purpose of work: development of scientific proposals and practical recommendations directed for rising of investment attractiveness of the Fergana region.
Methods of research: economic-statistical methods, methods of system and comparative analysis, statistical groupings, monographic observation, micro and macro analysis, abstract-logical.
The results obtained and their novelty: the notions “investment”, “investment processes”, “investment activity” and “investment attractiveness” were discovered in the conditions of the market relations; objective necessity evaluation and features of investment attractiveness regions in the conditions of market relations were identified scientifically; conceptual basis of evaluation investment attractiveness regions on the complex approach taking into account main factors of investment development was proposed; main principles evaluation of investment attractiveness regions were defined and formed it criteria; main directions and mechanisms rising investment attractiveness of the Fergana region were proposed; purpose indicators investment processes for Fergana region were proposed and scientifically identified.
Practical value: the developed scientific offers and practical recommendations of the research can be used sustainable development of the Fergana region in the conditions of modernization of economy taking into account rising investment attractiveness region.
