Instruction in vocabulary involves far more than looking up words in a dictionary and using the words in a sentence. Vocabulary is acquired incidentally through indirect exposure to words and intentionally through explicit instruction in specific words and word-learning strategies. This article presents several instructional vocabulary strategies and explains how to design and adapt those strategies in order to reach desired learning outcomes. Emphasis is placed on research-based principles that guide effective vocabulary instruction and on the importance of incorporating vocabulary instruction language learning lesson.
Teaching languages to students, particularly non native speakers, requires proper strategies and methods. By doing this, each teacher has his/her difficulties. This study intends to reveal the problems faced by teachers from non-native Englishspeaking countries. This study answers the following questions: 1. What are the difficulties of teaching English in non-native English -speaking countries. 2.Is there any effort to overcome the difficulties? How do they overcome it? The result of study indicates some main problems: learning materials which don’t cover students’ need, low motivation and classroom condition is boring.

Анализируются подходы различных политических школ к категориям «силы» и «мягкой силы» во внешней политике и международных отношениях, рассмотрены новейшие подходы к оценке ресурсов «мягкой силы» и ее конверсии во влияние, дана оценка современных тенденций международной и региональной политики, предложена классификация инструментов и механизмов «мягкой силы» через призму национальных интересов Республики Узбекистан.
Изложен авторский подход к проблемам генезиса «мягкой силы» Республики Узбекистан с начала обретения ею независимости. Подробно анализируются вопросы формирования и использования потенциала и ресурсов «мягкой силы» страны. Особое внимание уделено диалектической взаимосвязи укрепления национальной идентичности и развития «мягкой силы», а также факторам, способствующим и препятствующим реализации этой концепции во внешней политике Узбекистана.
Проанализирован опыт десяти ведущих государств мира и стран региона Центральной Азии по применению «мягкой силы» при реализации внешнеполитических и внешнеэкономи-ческих стратегий. Представлена концептуальная модель реализации политики «мягкой силы» Республики Узбекистан.

The article entitled “Colour symbolism in idioms and methods of their teaching to B1 level learners” considers color idioms as an important object for study in science and raises the problem of teaching idioms for students at school. As a result of the analysis and all the literature, that has been studied on such a topic as color symbolism, methods for solving this problem have been identified. Moreover, the article is based on the works and assumptions of several linguists, polyglots, as well as my life experience. This article is suitable for teachers and all students of any level who are learning a foreign language.

There are few facts about “Modern methods and techniques in teaching vocabulary for A2 level learners”. Many students find it difficult to learn vocabulary in an English-language classroom, despite the fact that it is an important aspect of foreign language learning. Words have meaning, and expanding one's vocabulary can help to prevent communication misunderstandings. The influence of introducing innovative vocabulary teaching tactics, such as context drills, word-on board games, flash-card games, mini presentations and role-playing, dictionary use, and blended learning, on ESL learners' vocabulary acquisition is investigated in this study. The typical didactic teaching method was used to teach vocabulary to the control group. Students who were taught using the new techniques of education scored higher on vocabulary tests than those who were taught using the traditional way, according to the data. These techniques have been shown to improve pupils' vocabulary acquisition.
