Objects of research: educational process in the Institute of Pedagogy in the conditions of innovation changes in teaching based on the person-oriented paradigm.
Subject of research: pedagogical monitorinr of the students’ training as a complex of knowledge, conditions, and methods for realization of technology of the person-oriented education in the Pedagogical Institution.
Objective of the work: comprehensive theoretical and practical study of the pedagogical monitoring as a scientific event and development of the system for its implementation in the paradigm of the person-oriented education in the Pedagogical Institution.
Methods of research: study and analysis of the literature on the problem; questionnaire design and ranking, testing, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics.
Obtained results and their novelty: has been developed and introduced: pedagogical monitorinr of the students’ training in the Pedagogical Institution; designed organizational model of the pedagogical monitorinr system; phenomenon of the pedagogical monitorinr has been considered in the context of the person-oriented educational process paradigm.
Practical significance: have been developed methodical guidelines for pedagogical monitorinr; individual curriculums, diagnostic methodic, and lesson scenarios; have been demonstrated ways, forms and methods of introduction of the pedagogical monitoring during person-oriented educational process in the Pedagogical Institution.
Degree of introduction: research findings have been reflected in 12 publications; basic conclusions and provisions have been discussed at the International, Republican and Inter institutional conferences.
Sphere of application: secondary school of general education, secondary specialized school, vocational schools (colleges and academic lyceums), and higher school.
In this article, the author, based on an analysis of a number of sources, tried to reveal the features of the education system of the Iranian state, which has its own history of development in the region, its historical stages and features. The author tried to objectively analyze the reforms and modernization work carried out at different periods in the education system of Iran, mainly using foreign sources. The 1979 revolution plays a very important role in the life of the Iranian state. Therefore, the article compares the education system for two periods: pre-revolutionary and post-revolutionary periods. An attempt was made to identify and show the results obtained using various tables. The education system was divided into preschool, secondary, vocational and postgraduate degrees. The reforms carried out at each stage were briefly, but substantively covered. Conclusions were made by analyzing the results of the reforms. The features of the education system in Iran were identified and the prospects for their use in the context of Uzbekistan were examined. With an emphasis on gender processes in the education system, the strengths and weaknesses of the two-tier school system were identified. Efforts were made to explain the post-revolutionary changes in the country, the Islamization of the education system and its impact on the quality of education. In conclusion, the results obtained as a result of the analysis were systematized and sorted. Suggestions were made about what aspects of the Iranian education system can be implemented in practice and in the education system of Uzbekistan. When writing an article, the author sought to develop and substantiate his conclusions using methods such as comparative analysis and the use of statistical data.
In this article, the author, based on an analysis of a number of sources, tried to reveal the education system of Turkey and Iran, its historical stages of development and features based on a comparative analysis of various sources. The author tried to objectively analyze the reforms and modernization of the education system in Turkey and Iran in the twentieth century, mainly using foreign sources. While the main changes in Turkey were associated with the advent of Mustafa Kemal after the 1920s, the emergence of such a European educational system in the life of the Iranian state was associated with the ascension of the Pahlavi dynasty to the throne in 1925. The article mainly compares two periods: 1920–30 and 1960–70. The reason is that it was during this period that great changes took place in the political, social, economic life and educational process of these two countries. An attempt was made to identify and show the results obtained using comparative tables. It also analyzes the education system, its reforms, the relationship between religion and the state, the alphabet, exact sciences and the implementation of the European educational process. Conclusions were made by analyzing the results of the reforms. The features of the education system in Turkey and Iran were identified and compared. In both countries, efforts were made to explain the changes after the Second World War, the Islamization of the education system and its impact on the quality of education. The aim of the research work is determination of the prospects for the use of a domestic agent for the prevention of adhesion formation in thoraco-abdominal surgery on the basis of experimental and morphological studies.
Research objectives were white outbred rats in the amount of 62 individuals, in two experimental studies on the abdominal and pleural cavities, in each series of experiments the studies were carried out in 2 comparative groups, control and main. Experiments on the formation of adhesions in the abdominal and pleural cavities were carried out on the basis of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Surgery named after acad. V.Vakhidov in the Department of Experimental Surgery for the period from 2019 to 2020.
The scientific novelty of the research consists of the followings: it is proved according to the data of experimental research that when modeling the adhesion process in the abdominal cavity, the local application of an anti-adhesion coating made of cellulose derivatives reduces the processes of adhesiogenesis and the development of changes in architectonics, bends and narrowings of the intestinal lumen; it was found in an experimental study that when modeling the adhesion process in the chest cavity, the local use of an anti-adhesion implant provides a significant decrease in the risk of adhesiogenesis in the form of the formation of coarse adhesions or planar adhesions; it was determined that when blood serum was applied over a powder implant, the quality of adhesion and the uniformity of its distribution on the surface of the experimental defect of the peritoneum or lung did not change, but, in contrast to activation by blood (to ensure a hemostatic effect), it was not accompanied by the development of cellular inflammation due to the resorption of thrombotic masses; it was found that the formation of a gel film over the area of damage to the peritoneum in the absence of cellular elements of blood makes it possible to achieve biodegradation of the coating without a pronounced cellular-inflammatory reaction, providing cicatricial replacement of defects with a significant reduction in the risk of developing a massive adhesive process; the morphostructural features of the formation of the adhesive process when using an anti-adhesive coating, characterized by regression in the dynamics of the number of connective tissue cells of the inflammatory infiltrate with scarring of the defect zone without the development of adhesive conglomerates with the surrounding tissues, have been determined.
Introduction of the research results. According to the results of a scientific study on a comparative analysis of the use of a domestic agent for the prevention of adhesion formation in thoraco-abdominal surgery: methodological recommendations were developed: "New technologies for the prevention of adhesions in thoraco-abdominal surgery" (certificate of the Ministry of Health No. 08-09/10055 of August 12, 2021). The proposed recommendations for performing surgical interventions on the organs of the abdominal and thoracic cavities will allow for sparing local hemostasis, as well as prevent the formation of a coarse adhesive process in the abdominal cavity.
The obtained scientific results on a comparative analysis of the use of the domestic remedy for the prevention of adhesion formation in thoraco-abdominal surgery have been introduced into the practical activities of health care, including in the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center for Surgery named after V.I. Academician V. Vakhidov, surgical departments of the clinics of the Andijan and Samarkand State Medical Institutes (certificate of the Ministry of Health No. 08-09/10055 of August 12, 2021). Based on the proposed results of experimental studies, it was shown that the use of an anti-adhesive coating made of cellulose derivatives made it possible to reduce the risk of adhesion formation from 60% to 20%, bowel deformation without manifestations of obstruction from 33.3% to 13.3% and the possibility of acute adhesive intestinal obstruction from 6.7% to 0%.
Structure and scope of the dissertation. The dissertation consists of an introduction, four chapters, conclusions, practical recommendations and a list of cited literature. The volume of work is 113 pages.

The aim of investigation in the perfection of the methodical system of the development of the technical style of thinking at the pupils of academic lyccums of the technical directions by means of profile differentiation of the mathematic training.
The object of investigation is the process of differential mathematic training in academic lyccums of technical direction.
The methods of investigation. This is critical analysis of the native and foreign pedagogical experiments, working out teaching and methodic materials for teachers- experimenters and the model- practical controf of their efficiency, and also mathematic- static treatment of receiving results.
The receiving results and their novelty arc contained to the carrying out of the criteria of selection of the content of the mathematic education, of the variant of content and methods of mathematic training in the academic lyceums taking into consideration methodic peculiarities, connected with technical directions of the education.
The practical significance is contained in the possibility of using the formulated criteria of selection of the content of mathematic education for the preparation of the training programmers and training- methodical appliances by mathematic.
The degree of introduction and economic significance. Not only in the technical but also in the natural- scientific directions can be guidebook in the working out of training - methodic complex by educational profiles.

The scientific article describes the role of marketing in the higher education system, the development of marketing strategies and ways to implement them in improving the competitiveness of higher education. Factors influencing the competitiveness of higher education institutions are classified based on the study of sources of scientific research. A mathematical model for determining the level of competitiveness of an educational institution is proposed. Activities of Tashkent State University of Economics and factors of competitiveness are statistically analyzed. Based on the results of the analysis, a marketing model of quality management that allows to ensure the competitiveness of higher education institutions is proposed.

Subject of the inquiry: the problem of a computerization of teaching the Bases of informatics and computer engineering techniques (BICET) in the system of secondary education.
Aim of the inquiry: to create effective means of pedagogical programmes (PPM) on BICET, aimed at computerization of teaching and to work out the methods of using it.
Methods of inquiry: studying and analysing the literature on the topic of the investigation; observing the teaching process; talks with teachers and schoolchildren; generalizing school teacher’s experience; internet forum; pedagogical experiment.
Novelty and theoretical importance of research: the concept of computer education of secondary education was worked out; the structure of process of computerizing teaching was analysed; the principles of computer education were worked out and means of computer education of teaching were systematized the ways of modelling the teacher’s and schoolchildem’s activities in the PPM, the process of accomplishing all types of exercises with the help of computer; the mechanism of working out the PPM of the BICET.
Practical value: PPM worked out by us were effectively used in BICET; the concept, principles and means of computer education of teaching may be used while computerization of other subjects, improving teachers’ training, compiling textbooks and educational supplies of computerization; the ideas in the thesis may serve as a theoretical basis to computerize all stages of education.
Degree of embed and economical effectivity: 80 works of the author concerning the theme of the dissertation were published, including monograph, textbooks and teaching supplies; the content of the investigation was discussed at a number of conferences.
Sphere of usage: while computerization of all stages of education; while compiling syllabi, textbooks and teaching supplies.
To improve the quality of education, the management process distance learning has been built systematically. The concept of a quality assessment system for distance learning presupposes the presence of diagnostic and evaluative procedures implemented by various subjects of state administration entity. It has been delegated separate powers to assess quality of education, as well as a set of organizational structures and normative legal materials ensuring the quality of education. As a rule, assessing tasks with the level of knowledge set quality control helps. It is designed and intended to provide feedback and collect basic information that will allow teachers to judge on the effectiveness of the distance learning process, as well as a system control needs to be developed. Taking into account the basic requirements in this system is imperative. Individuality, consistency, variety of forms and methods, comprehensiveness is considered as key factors. In addition, summative assessment should cover all passed material, objectivity, reliability, trustworthiness and validity.
The article studies the features of higher educational institutions as an object of economic diagnostics. The place of economic diagnostics in ensuring the effective operation of higher educational institutions and the importance of the principles of diagnostics in management are highlighted. The approaches to assessing the quality of higher education from the point of view of expected results in accordance with the interests of the participants in the educational process are substantiated. There are scientific conclusions and practical recommendations on the economic assessment of the quality of higher education.

The article reveals the role of the higher education system in the national economy. At the same time, a comparative analysis of traditional and modern views on the education system is carried out. A complex of factors affecting the quality of education was identified. The level of coverage of the higher education system in Uzbekistan and the existing imbalances in it were determined. The scientific conclusions and practical recommendations for improving the system of higher education are given.
