Subjects of research: associative switching system structure, associative switching system networks, associative switching and routing, their models and design methods
Purpose of work: research and design of switching node models and designing methods of the broadband multilevel N-dimension associative switching networks.
Methods of research: researches based on algebraic system of associative switching, probability theory, queueing theory, group theory, z-transform methods, matrix algorithms, parametric analysis of time-probabilistic characteristics and network stricture optimization.
The results obtained and their novelty: associative switching fabric model based on group theory with alphabet A and substitution system F; switching task solution in the network modules of the associative switching system is represented as multiplication operation of multiplicative algebraic substitution group of matrix elements in RAM and program memory (function domain of Neighbourhood Single Radius NSR); analytical models of associative switching system of the ring and star structures.
Practical value: Formulas for practical design of associative switching system arc obtained. Formulas allow to choosing associative switching system parameters according specified requirements and initial data. It’s defined associative switching fabric application in switching systems have more higher performance in comparison with traditional switching systems.
Degree of embed and economic cffcctivity: results have been implemented to JSC “Uzbektelecom” and into educational program of Tashkent university of information technologies TU1T.
Field of application: dimension, design, realization of associative routing and switching mechanism for access and transport telecommunication networks.
In the scientific article is considered formation of methodological base and philosophical categories within the Chinese cultural tradition. The importance of a subject of a research is determined by dynamics of development of the modern global world, integration processes, growth of interaction and cooperation of the different countries and regions, strengthening of the principles of the open world, expansion of dialogue – communicative space. Special value in this situation is got by revival of such methodological approaches as a holism, the hologram, synergetic which ideological sources were put in Ancient Chinese philosophy. Research objective and degree of study of a problem. The purpose consist in system justification of features of formation and development of methodological base, a categorical conceptual framework of the Chinese philosophy, its theoretical and practical importance for formation of outlook and a way of life of society. Correlative and associative thinking found the reflection in works M. Grana, D. Bode, J. Nidem, U.L. Crolles; classification schemes of a methodological fundamentals of the Chinese philosophy are investigated in A.M. Kara-petyants, A.I. Kobzev; fundamental onto-methodological aspects of categories are analyzed in E.N. Torchinov, A.I. Kobzev's scientific works. For achievement of the goal the following tasks were set: in the context of the principles of historicism and continuity to consider formation and development of methodological base of the Chinese philosophy; to carry out the comparative analysis of methodological, world outlook fundamentals of antique and Chinese philosophies; to open a role of correlative thinking and numerology in informative process; to prove commitment of the European culture causal, and China correlation to thinking types to thinking; to disclose the cosmological and ontological nature of categories Wen, Tsi and to show their role in the Chinese culture; to determine anthropological, pan-ethical and esthetic parameters of understanding of Space, to reveal influence reanimated holistic, synergetic, the idea on development of a modern philosophical and methodological thought. For achievement of the scientific purpose and the solution of objectives the analysis, synthesis, the historical and theoretical analysis, comparative-historical, philosophical and hermeneutical and ideographic methods were used. As a result of the conducted research within socio-historical approach evolution of methodological norms, categories and concepts of the Chinese philosophy was tracked. Characteristic of causal, holistic, hologram and correlative approaches is given. Basic categories of the Chinese philosophy in the context of formation of methodology are considered: the numerology, Wen, Qi, Dao, space, influence response is also shown their role in development of modern philosophy and methodology of science. In the context of traditional Chinese representations elements of a synergetic paradigm are revealed, and their importance for formation of new outlook is also shown.
This article is devoted to the question of the formation and transmission of ethnocultural meanings in an artistic text. The object of the article is culturally significant dominant senses, revealed on the basis of the analysis of a literary text. The subject of the article are ethnocultural meanings. And although the word in its totality conveys only a part of the concept or ethnocultural sense, it helps to restore or reconstruct the latter. The material for the article was the concepts in the novel Kawabata Yasunari “Thousand-winged Crane”. The purpose of the article is to present the identification of ethnocultural meanings based on the analysis of Kawabata Yasunari’s novel “The thousand-winged crane”. The main method of analysis of the material is an integrative method of analysis, as well as the methodology of conceptual analysis. This article discusses the traditions and innovations of the cultural life of the Japanese people on the material of the thousand-winged crane Kawabata Yasunari's novel. The problems associated with the tea ceremony in the system of Japanese national culture are investigated. Traces the values of Japanese society, its linguocultural conceptual sphere. The most striking in this case is the linguocultural concept “tea ceremony”, which implies the life ideals of the bearers of Japanese culture, both in the material and in the spiritual sense. It should be emphasized that every Japanese puts his meaning in this concept. “Ethnoconcept” - tea ceremony, kimono, symbolic rituals for Japanese culture are implemented in the Qawabata Yasunari novel “Thousand-winged Crane” as a composite basis, landscape background, national aesthetics in the novel. It is observed as a concept of "kimono" is a segment of the interpretational field of the concept of "tea ceremony" and incorporates the signs of the national seasonal culture. Kawabata Yasunari uses the tea ceremony not only to create national space and ritual, but as an opportunity to reveal the national character. Psychological, aesthetic and cultural traditions are analyzed, the basic principles of “tjado” are harmony, reverence, purity and tranquility, especially the organization of artistic time and space in the novel. On the background of the tea ceremony, images of Kikuzhi and Yukiko are revealed. Traced the art of detail in the novel. The thing, the interior is their independent compositional and semantic meaning.
This article provides a comprehensive theoretical analysis of aspects of speech culture, modern speech culture, which are always in the focus of the linguists. It is impossible to imagine the unity of the people living in a developed country without three important concepts: homeland, language and culture. World linguistics has shown that the study of language should be studied not as a closed system, but as a system in motion that is, in relation to such areas as society, thought, culture, politics, ideology, religion and etc. The connection of the science of language with various fields opens up a wide range of possibilities in the discovery of its new features, since the doctrine of speech culture is developed in connection with the creation of views on literary and non-literary forms of language, static and dynamic state and its functional types. The modern concept in speech culture - normative, communicative, moral principle and rhetorical canon are the main features of cultural speech, all of which play a very important role development. In order to present speech in a cultural way, it is necessary to develop the skills of choosing and using the necessary language tools, to form a conscious attitude towards them and to follow the established norms.

The great Azerbaijani poet Sheikh Nizami Ganjavi started a unique poetic phenomenon in world literature - khamsalik. Although it was written in Persian, it is known that the great poet's "Panj Ganj" reflects the Turkish thought and the Turkish spirit. The great Uzbek thinker Hazrat Alisher Navoi brought the poetic tradition started by Nizami Ganjavi to a high stage of development with his "Khamsa". According to Professor Almaz Ulviy, the author of remarkable scientific studies on Azerbaijani-Uzbek literary relations, Alisher Navoi did not limit himself to the consistent continuation of Nizami's traditions, but also raised the level of development of Turkish literature. After all, the respect for his great predecessor, the recognition of his unique services in the development of poetic thinking is clearly felt in every epic of Hazrat Alisher Navoi's "Khamsa". This is also confirmed by the fact that separate chapters of "Khamsa" epics are dedicated to him.

The spiritual heritage of Sufism - the heritage of all the peoples of the Islamic world. And this spiritual heritage belongs to all mankind. In today's era of globalization, when small national cultures remain under the strong influence of powerful cultures, the scientific study of Sufism, which made a huge contribution to the development of world civilization for 1200 years. Sufism is the historical essence of the peoples of the region, appreciated as the highest way of philosophical and artistic thinking of man. It's no secret that today's person suffers from a spiritual poverty and the mental crisis. Spiritual and philosophical teachings, such as Sufism, are a unique vaccine from such crises. The work done by global scientists by history and the philosophy of Sufism, like a drop of the sea. This is only the beginning. There is still a lot of work in this regard, and there is still valuable research in this area. Therefore, it is natural that the joint study, study and presentation of this religious, philosophical, moral and aesthetic teaching as the general heritage of our peoples to the world scientific community will give positive results.

The socio-political activity of youth is an indicator of the processes taking place in modern society. Since the young generation is the main mobilization resource of society, which determines the future of the state. This article is devoted to youth policy, international legal documents developed by the UN, the growing relevance of this issue in connection with the deepening of globalization processes and the ensuing dangers and challenges covering all countries, the solutions of which are impossible without the active participation of young people, a question that is always one of the priority tasks of the international community and in particular the UN. The international legal documents regulating the youth sphere are considered, since this issue has been an object of state policy in more than 130 countries of the world since the middle of the 20th century. In the way in which the state organizes its youth policy, two models stand out - European and Anglo-Saxon. The European model is based on the leading role of the state in the field of youth policy. This model also clearly defines priorities, goals, objectives and expected results. The Anglo-Saxon model is characterized by an approach to support exclusively voluntary activity and youth organizations without the systematic participation of government bodies in the implementation of youth policy. The article analyzes the experience of youth policy in Japan and Uzbekistan, notes the similarities and features of approaches to solving problems and problems of this topic. It is noted that the socio-political system of Japan, unlike most developed countries of the world, for decades allows the government of this country to avoid major social upheavals and crises of social institutions. This, in turn, proves the effectiveness of government measures aimed at solving youth problems in Japanese society. Japan’s policy in this area has its own specifics, based on a combination of traditional preventive measures with innovative ones, which allows us to consider about its universality. The article comprehensively surveys the new course taken by Uzbekistan to increase the role of youth in the socio-political life of society. In this regard, emphasis is placed on the comprehensive support of youth initiatives, both from the state and from youth organizations. Based on this, it can be argued that an open dialogue with youth has become a strategic direction at a new stage in the development of Uzbekistan. In this strategy, a key place is given to increasing the social activity of youth, their involvement in the processes of formation of a modern, democratic state.
