The article considers the health capital as one of the components of human capital, revealing its main features, substantiates and discloses the main factors affecting its formation. Based on these findings, arguments are made in favor of the need to form the health capital, the feasibility of improving the health care system, financing of measures aimed at the prevention and treatment of diseases, as well as their risk factors, which is a growing problem in the development of public health in Uzbekistan, is substantiated. -
