Parameters of nervous conductivity associated with chronic pain syndrome in patients with interstitial cystitis and lumbalgia
47 patients with chronic pain syndrome were examined on the outpatient setting: 17 with bladder pain syndrome / interstitial cystitis (BPS/IC), 30 with lumbalgia. Control group was made up of 15 healthy volun-teers. Pain syndrome was evaluated with the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). Electroneurography of nerve su-ralis evaluated latency, amplitude and conductivity speed. Nociceptive flexor reflex (NFR) test evaluated pain threshold (PT), reflex threshold (RT) and PT/RT index. The obtained electroneurography data indicated ab-sence of any nerve suralis neuropathy in both groups. Significantly lower pain threshold rates in both BPS/IC and lumbalgia patients comparing to the control – testified presence of neuropathic pain component. No signif-icant difference of neurophysiological parameters found in both patient groups could specify similarity in path- ogenesis of chronic pain syndrome of different localization

Possibilities of ultrasound examination of the thyroid gland in children of adolescents in Tashkent
In order to study the possibility of early detection of thyroid disease in children using ultrasound, a pre-ventive examination was conducted of 169 schoolchildren, students in grades 5 and 9 of four schools in the Mirzo-Ulugbek district of Tashkent. The results of a survey of adolescents showed that in 153 children, the echographic picture of the thyroid gland corresponded to the age characteristics. The volume of thyroid in children was within the normal range. However, 4 (2.4%) children had colloidal nodes, and colloidal cysts - 12 (7.1%) children. No child had clinical manifestations of dysfunction of the gland. The high frequency of detec-tion of these formations in the older group of children seems to be associated with the acceleration of growth processes. The highest percentage of thyroid gland colloid formations in boys 15–16 years of age corresponds to the active stage of sexual development. Adolescent children are recommended to conduct an ultrasound ex-amination of the thyroid gland for the early detection and prevention of diseases

Radiative diagnostics of exogenous allergic alveolitis
The data of clinical, laboratory and X-ray studies of patients with exogenous-allergic alveolitis (EAA) induced by fungi of the genus Paecilomyces were analyzed. Radiographic changes were distinguished by poly-morphism and had a diffuse spread, changes in the transparency of the lung tissue, deformation of the pulmo-nary pattern of a mesh-cellular nature, formation of focal shadow-like shadows were determined. Three vari-ants of structural changes were observed: emphysematous – interstitial, parenchymal – interstitial, and pneu-monic (granulomatous). Changes in lung tissue density of the parenchyma, detected by CT, serve as an addi-tional diagnostic test in the early stages of EAA, when the information content of the conventional X-ray meth-od is limited, and densitometrically calculated changes in optical densities of lungs on CT can not be assessed visually by standard radiographs. Dedicated symptom complexes of radiology studies are pathognomotic for EAA of any etiology. Final verification of the diagnosis requires mycological examination and culture of the fungus in nutrient media.

Comparative evaluation of the pre-stroke forms of cerebrovascular pathology in young persons
This article presents the data of a comparative analysis of the clinical symptoms of the pre-stroke forms of cerebrovascular pathology on the background of hypertensive disease. It was found that a significant pro- portion of young patients have a clinical manifestation of the CVP on the background of HD. The development of CVP on the background of HD does not depend on the duration of the disease, but largely depends on the severity of the etiological vascular disease and the level of blood pressure. Patients with hypertension fall into the field of the view of neurologists later, and therefore, the available cardiovascular manifestations underes- timated, causing the performance of treatment of CVP with some delay and the risk of stroke is also increased

Comprehensive assessment of postural control in stabilometric study
The paper presents data on the features of the manifestation of the syndrome of falls in patients 65-74 years. Since it is known that from 50 to 70 % of all falls in the elderly and senile age occur during walking, we conducted a comparative analysis of the parameters of walking in patients with and without falling syndrome. Estimation of parameters of the walk was carried out with the help of computerized stabilometric complex "Smart Equitest Balance Manager". The decrease in adaptive abilities to complex motor acts in elderly women with fall syndrome was revealed. In addition, a significant change in the indicators "reversal time" and "fluctu- ation in the reversal" of the test "Rapid reversal" in women 65-74 years of fall syndrome, which indicates a decrease in visual and vestibular information in balance control, deterioration of neurophysiological mecha- nisms and dysfunction of the musculoskeletal system

Autotransplantation of sounds
12 patients without somatic diseases were examined: 8 women and 4 men, aged 23 to 30, residents of Ternopil town. Using clinical and radiological methods of examination, they had found by ones periodontitis tooth that was not subject to therapeutic treatment, the presence of intact third molars. Autotransplantation and clinical observations were performed on 6 patients. According to clinical and radiological examination data, autotransplantation in patients, as a surgical method of treatment, is sufficiently effective. Clinical observations have proven that one way to restore the integrity of the tooth range can be autotransplantation. For its conduct, indications for surgical treatment with the use of modern diagnostic methods should be determined, patients' consent is required. To conduct autotransplantation should begin with indications for its implementation: the presence of intact third molars; presence of the first molars not subject to conservative treatment; age of the patient; health status; good hygiene of the oral cavity; preliminary careful X-ray examination. Autotransplan- tation of the third molar as a surgical method of treatment is a sufficiently effective, accessible, cost-effective operation for patients in the absence of the first molar

Determination of reserves to reduce the frequency of cesarean section in the perinatal center using the Robson classification
This study was performed in Republican Perinatal Center in Uzbekistan, from January 1, 2017 to De-cember 31, 2017. All women delivered during this period were classified according to the Robson classification consisting of 10 groups using their maternal characteristics and obstetric history. There were 5551 births, of which 1966 - from cesarean section. Robson's classification made it possible to determine the dynamics and reserves to reduce the caesarean section in the perinatal center: to increase vaginal birth after cesarean, vaginal birth at breech presentations, use a partograph to make a decision for the diagnosis of obstructive labor, suggest external cephalic version at breech presentation, develop a guideline on obstetric tactics in pregnant women with cardiac arrhythmias.
