The effectiveness of the ultrasonic system "vector" in the elimination of periodontopathogenic microorganisms in patients with endodonto-periodontal lesions
We carried out treatment of 75 patients with endo-periodontal lesions at age from 25 to 42 years old. who received complex (endodontic and periodontal) treatment. All patients in the discharge of periodontal pockets in 66.676% - 72.0% of the cases DNA of parodontopathogenic bacteria was found, which, on the one hand, reflects the close anatomical and functional relationship of periodontal and endodontic, and on the other - indicates a pathogenic role in the development of endodontic pathology . Inclusion of ultrasonic device "Vector" in the complex treatment of endo-periodontal lesions leads to the elimination of foci of inflammation of periodontal pockets, the maximum elimination of them parodontopathogenic microorganisms and. as a result, rehabilitation of the root canal.

Coagulation activity of saliva and the concentration of magnesium in it as a criterion for the diagnosis and prognosis of the development of periodontal diseases
The reliable reduction level salivation magnesium will revealled on background normal factors in periferics shelters is indicative of hidden deficit of the ion magnesium beside sick chronic generalization parodontitis. The functional condition hematosalivators barrier was charaterized by the significant reduction to permeability in respect of magnesium for ed sick in contrast with sound persons. Considering that functional condition hematosalivators barrier reflects permeability membrans magnesium channel, follows to note the eduction a level magnesium in saliva under sufficient level magnesium in shelters points to breach of permeability hematosalivators barrier beside sick chronic generalization parodontitis, as well as on hidden intracellular deficit given kations in consequence of blocade magnesium channel.

Digital method of radiation diagnostics in the assessment of bone structure during dental implantation in patients with diabetes mellitus
Results digital method of radiodiagnosis in assessment of bone structure at the dental implantation at patients with diabetes and of intrabone dental miplants osteointegration after restoration of an atrophy of an alveolar bone and dental implantation are shown on a material of 220 patients. Patients with the second type of diabetes at a stage of compensation are in comparative group. For the analysis of results of osteointegration and stability miplants we were used the device «Osstell ISQ». it was manufactured by firm Integration Diagnostics (Sweden), it defining frequency-resonant analysis and stability factor of implants by method RFA (Resonance Frequency Analysis), which registries of resonant electromagnetic fluctuations of implants and a surrounding bone influences on them with electromagnetic field. ISQ (Implant stability Quotient) is expressed on a scale from one to hundred. The obtained data allows assuming influence of objective methods of research of osteointegration dental implants with the subsequent reduction of terms of orthopedic treatment and choice of optimum term of prosthetics. The general average value of implants stability is about 70 units ISQ.

Development of treatment tactics in cases of rare congenital oligodentia
Early revealing and complex treatment measures with consideration of pathology in children with congenital oligodentia allow qualitatively rehabilitate patients health and face esthetics. Evaluation of soft tissue facial profile is a mandatory' part of cephalometric analysis. Due to the structural features of the facial skeleton in men and women should have a clear idea of the aesthetic problems in the correction of dentofacial anomalies [2]. For us, this was the reason to search with the greatest aesthetic value of the facial features of men and women [5,6]. The aim of the study was to examine gender differences profile of soft tissues with orthognathic occlusion. Material and methods To solve this problem have been studied 73 cephalograms of persons with orthognathic occlusion. Cephalogramms produced by the machine J.MORITA 3D MFG with cephalostat. Identification of anthropometric points and reference cephalometric planes produced by the method of SS Steiner (1960). V.A. Sassouni (1964). W.V. Downs (1948). R.A. Reidel (1957). Ch. Tweed (1946). R.M. Ricketts (1970). R.A. Holdaway (1983). In order to determine the features of the soft tissue profile of the procedures used Y.Ch. Park and Ch.J. Burstone (1986). Ch.G. Zylinski. R.S. Nanda. S. Kapila (1992). G.W. Arnett (2004). We consider a set of profile parameters of soft tissues of the face and facial bones of the skull, which includes 78 parameters, including 67 for profile. Standard statistical analysis was carried out in Word Excel, and includes the determination of the average values of the parameters; variance and standard deviation; confidence interval for the specified probability; correlation coefficient, showing, in particular, the connection parameters of the skeletal profile and the profile of the soft tissues. Results and discussions According to the results of statistical processing of the parameters of the soft tissue profile of the person, a table showing the differences by gender profile of the studied parameters of the soft tissues of the face is presented. Determmation of sex differences parameters such as the facial skeleton and soft tissue facial profile is essential when planning orthodontic treatment [3.4]. The results of evaluation of gender differences in the structure of soft tissue profile in patients with orthognathic occlusion shown in table. The length of the upper hp in men and women were significantly different and thus should be considered as important diagnostic criteria, especially when planning an orthodontic treatment. So. in men it is approximately 2,5 mm longer than that of women, as noted in the works of other authors. Thus, W. Arnett (2004) shows the difference of 3,4 mm. The same applies to the thickness of the upper lip. In our study, a difference of about 3,1 mm. whereas in W. Arnett - 2,2 mm. The thickness of the base of the upper hp m men more than an average of 2,7 mm. which was confirmed by Y.A. Gioeva and L.V. Polma [1]. The length of the lower hp in women with less occlusion for ortho gnathic 4.6 nun while for W. Arnett - about 7.4 mm. Chin women less than men, 6,5 mm. The height of the lower face of men more than 9,2 mm Bridge of the nose is longer in men than in women. 4,2 mm.
