Cure mud-dat far from the effectiveness of kilib in kiska run and slow exposure to the landscape of the disease.attention was paid to the group of prsparats and their characteristics. Treatment is effective-maximizing the effectiveness of treatment with ointment Lori, creams, gels, which affect the gums, as well as physiotherapy-rapsvtik procedures, it is possible to obtain better results from the use of sleeping pills.

  • Assessment of sarcopenia (SP) and osteoporosis (OP) in patients with RA. In 117 patients (102 (87.2%) women and 15 (12.8%) men) who received RA, in whom RA was diagnosed, the functional state and strength of muscles were determined, and a special questionnaire was also conducted. The SARC-F study showed that 84 (71.7%) patients had sarcopenia. According to the results, sarcopenia was detected in 64 (54.7%) patients and in 95 (81.1%) patients with a dominant manual compression force of less than 16 kg. In our study, the frequency of SP was 44.7% with an increase in SP with the age of the patients and the duration of the disease. No correlation was found between SP and disease activity level (DAS28, ECT, SRO). When OP and SP were combined, the patients’ quality of life showed low HAQ scores. SP are common in RA and increase the risk of falls and fractures. When diagnosing SP and OP. the SARC-F questionnaire can be used in accordance with the EWGSOP2 criteria, the chair walking test and arm dynamometry. Among these methods, hand dynamometry has shown higher reliability than other methods.

  • Blood circulation in the vertebrobasilar region can often be impaired, and this is mainly due to the spondylogenic factor. The consequence of such changes can be from a slight decrease in cerebral circulation to ischemic complications in the vascular bed. The patients underwent complex radiation diagnostics of the craniovertebral region of patients with verified Kimmerle’s anomaly (N=62). All study participants underwent multispiral computed tomography (MSCT), Doppler ultrasound and transcranial Doppler (TCD) of the vertebral arteries (VA). Studies of the variantof the development of the first cervical vertebra with the presence of a bony bridge have shown that Kimmerle's anomaly can occur in all age groups. The frequency of detection of Ponticulus posticus was within 16.3% of cases, that is, it occurs in every 5-6 people and is common in all age groups with a prevalence in young and middle age. Most often, bilateral Kimmerle's anomaly was detected, which, according to TCD, affects the blood flow. In the unilateral variant, the anomaly was noted only on the left side. It was found that the main structural change in the cerebral vascular bed. according to ultrasound diagnostics, is a change in the straightness of the vertebral arteries in the transverse processes of the cervical spine, including the atlas. It should also be borne in mind that due to the complexity and mobility of the stnicture. patients with dysfunction of the craniovertebral zone receive therapy from doctors of various profiles, which requires a comprehensive diagnosis of this problem.

  • The article emphasizes the relevance of studying the features of the formation of damage by pedestrians in their collision with moving modem cars produced in Uzbekistan. The examples from practical observations on this type of motor vehicle injury show the distinctive features of injuries by their nature and localization on the body of the victims. Despite the fact that in the past cases there was a classic type of collision of cars with pedestrians, the dead bodies did not reveal the so-called “characteristic injuries" for this car accident.

  • The undoubted and justified interest of researchers in comorbid conditions in rheumatic diseases has not faded away in the last decade, but the concept of multimorbidity has not yet been integrated either into clinical practice or into scientific research in the field of rheumatology. Renal comorbidity is common in patients with rheumatic disease on the basis of regular examination of serum and urine renal function tests. When patients have both arthritis and kidney disease, the following questions should be addressed. Is kidney disease a complication of rheumatic disease or its treatment, or arc they both manifestations of the same systemic autoimmune disease? This article is intended to clarify the above issues and to be used by rheumatologists and nephrologists in the treatment and monitoring of these diseases.

  • Examination of 80 patients (28.8% of men. 71.2% of women, average age 58.5±0.8 years) with osteoarthritis (OA) of the knee joints. In 27,5% patients, body mass index (BMI) corresponded to a normal indicator, in 28.8% overweight, in 25.0% obesity I, in 12.2% II degrees. Increased body weight of patients contributed to the increase in the severity of OA. In patients with OA. the quality of life is deteriorating in all respects to the EQ-5D (Euro Qol) questionnaire, indicators of the WOMAC, Lckcna indices and expert evidence.

  • The experience of operative treatment in 116 children with incomplete fractures and pseudoarthrosis of the condyle of the humeral head is presented. The reasons for nonunion are errors of diagnosis and treatment of patients. Also important is the intraarticular nature of the fracture, the condition of the broken fragment from cartilage tissue and bone tissue, the contact of heterogeneous tissues in the presence of a lateral proximal small (4-5mm) displacement of the bone fragment, which is the cause of the extended period of bone-cartilage callus beyond the redistribution the accepted period of immobilization of the joint. A method for fixing a bone fragment, proposed by the authors, and a method of operation for treating pseudoarthrosis of the humeral condyle of the humerus by bone grafting, taken from the diaphysis of the fibula of the patient himself, is described. Excellent results were obtained in 43.3%. good results were observed in 46.2%, satisfactory - in 5.3%, and unsatisfactory - in 5.3% of patients.

  • The aim was to give a comparative description of the landscape of pathogens sown in patients of differ-ent ages with osteomyelitis. It was found that the leading microorganisms in children as monoculture were S. aureus and P. aeruginosa, and in adults this sequence was somewhat different: S. aureus, S.epidermidis, E. coli, P. aeruginosa. In children, S. aureus and S. epidermidis were the leading associations, and in adults E. coli and P. aeruginosa. Identified 7 differences related to sowing pathogens depending on age and microbio-logical prognostic criteria are important for the formation and prognosis of the disease

  • The analysis of surgical treatment of 41 patients operated on with acute subdural hematomas was carried out. In group 1 (27 observations), hematomas were removed by traditional craniotomy. In group 2(14 observations), hematomas were removed using a new minimally invasive method. The results of surgical treatment depended on signs characterizing the severity of the patients’ condition: the degree of impaired consciousness, the volume of the hematoma, the degree of the brain median structures displacement. The use of open craniotomy is necessary in all cases when the level of the victims’ consciousness was lower than the sopor and the hematoma volume exceeded 60 cm3. In the case of violation of patients’ consciousness level not lower than deep torpor, the volume of the hematoma is not higher than 40-60 cm3 and the minimum severity of symptoms of lateral dislocation, when the displacement of the brain middle structures docs not exceed 5 mm, a minimally invasive method of removing the subdural hematoma can be used.

Polietiology and monopathogenesis of shock in general and traumatic disease in particular, mean flexibility of mechanisms of alterative components development. Morphologically stressful, immunopathological and circulatory changes are expressed in the development of acute esophagogastroduodenopathy in form of acute erosions and ulcers with severe hemorrhagic component. Clinically it is manifested in the form of dynamic ileus, dyskinesia of the stomach and duodenum, pyloric insufficiency of duodenal bile reflux
