This article is devoted to the study of the role of pedagogical technologies in the formation of language competence of students. The author analyzes various methods and approaches used in the educational process to develop language skills. Particular attention is paid to modern information and communication technologies, such as interactive whiteboards, web resources, online learning and others, their role in the development of language competence and possible benefits for students. The article also presents research results that confirm the effectiveness of the use of pedagogical technologies for the formation of language competence. The study allows us to conclude that correctly selected and used pedagogical technologies contribute to the activation of students’ language skills and increase their overall language competence.
Learning another dialect can offer knowledge into new societies. Alongside investigating jargon, linguistic structure and syntax, language students can more readily grasp different networks by learning the indicative implications of words and their social utilization. By learning another language, you can more readily involve yourself in different societies while voyaging. As an additional goal, learning languages can likewise get familiar with different practices and networks.
This scientific article explores the role of the sociocultural component of education in enhancing motivation for learning foreign languages, with a particular focus on learners for whom English is a second language. Drawing upon Vygotsky’s sociocultural theory and various empirical studies, this article demonstrates how the integration of sociocultural elements into language instruction can significantly increase students’ motivation, engagement, and proficiency in second language acquisition. Several examples and practical recommendations are provided to illustrate the potential of this approach in real educational settings.

The article deals with the main objectives of linguoculturology, the development of folklore, linguistic and cultural science, emotional-color elements of military vocabulary, the factors influencing the development of military vocabulary, the task of choosing vocabulary for vocabulary, the most difficult tasks facing linguists and the role of linguoculturology in the making of military terms.
The article describes the notions of integration and differentiation as the basic processes of language development, describes historical examples of integration and differentiation and the development of these processes at the present stage of language existence. The process of language integration which globalization explains has provoked opposition in the national languages, which manifests itself by strengthening the processes of differentiation.

At present time due to COVID-19 pandemic the most part of Uzbekistan high schools started distance form of teaching, in particularly a foreign language (mostly English) in the first courses with great using of self-study principles. The article is
focused on the first experience of the distance learning based on self-study principles discipline "Medical English" of the 1st course students of Pediatrics faculty in the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute under the quarantine conditions due to COVID-19 pandemic. The aim of the present study is to check the assumption that in teaching the Medical English language, in particular in distance learning conditions, such pedagogical strategies as tests and situation tasks contribute to learner self-study skills development and help work out techniques for assessing learner self-study. In this context, the article foregrounds self-study as a part of distance learning and highlights the importance of developing self-study skills via innovative pedagogical technologies . This is followed by an experimental study. The findings of this study can be used as a reference when reflecting on teaching practices that develop learner self-study skills. Finally, the authors conclude with pedagogical methods relevant for teaching self-study skills
