  • The search for new conservative approaches in the treatment of exudative sinusitis is one of the urgent problems of modern rhinology. One of the existing methods of treating exudative sinusitis is at present a ra-tional combination of general measures of influence on the body with local treatment. In this regard, we pro-pose the use of medical ozone in the treatment of exudative haymarites as an independent agent and in combi-nation with ampicillin. A comparative analysis of the efficacy level of ampicillin in combination with O3 shows the advantages of this technique and its mechanism. The results of treatment of 100 patients are suggested. All patients underwent puncture, catheterization of VPC with subsequent washing and administration of drugs. Despite this, in patients 1 - group 15% of patients, 2 - group 6.66% of patients, 3 - group of 40% of patients had a short-term effect with subsequent relapse of the disease.

  • According to WHO about 250 million people worldwide suffer from chronic obstructive pulmonary dis-ease (COPD) which has the second highest prevalence of non-communicable diseases according to global sta-tistics. The prevalence of COPD according to WHO is 9.3 per l thousand population among men and 7.3 per 1 thousand population of women older than 40 years. The incidence of COPD is increasing progressively and it is only cause of death with increasing number of reported cases. WHO predicts COPD will become the third most common cause of death after stroke and myocardial infarction in 2030. The most common comorbidities in COPD is hypertension (28%) which is caused by common risk factors. COPD combination with hyperten-sion increases the risk of hospitalization and mortality compared with patients with COPD without comorbidi-ty. In connection with the above stated study of respiratory function and functional changes in the heart in pa-tients with COPD combined with hypertension is very important

  • The development is due to the use of large doses of antibiotics, as this causes the death of a large number of pathogens and abundant entry into the blood of endotoxins, in which the severe condition of the body is ag- gravated by a sharp violation of hemodynamics, circulation and perfusion of tissues. In the pathogenesis of shock, the leading place is occupied by the violation of micro- and macrocirculation

  • This work will be based on the results of a comprehensive standard survey of 80 children. Various mani- festations of the pathology of the cardiovascular system, as well as changes in the data of laboratory and func- tional research methods in children of the main group with pneumonia, were accompanied by pronounced gen- eral clinical and local symptoms, which were stopped as the inflammatory process subsided. It should be noted that the functional changes were electrographically expressed in children mainly in the form of sinus tachycar- dia. Complex echographic diagnosis of heart lesions in pneumonia in children is a promising non-invasive method of research, which makes it possible to obtain information about the state of the heart in patients with pneumonia

  • The effectiveness of local treatment in inflammatory processes can be significantly improved through the use of scientifically grounded multi-component compositions, taking into account the etiology, pathogenesis, and the difference in the course of the process, where each component directly affects one or another inflammatory factor. Such a drug is FarGALS. Under our supervision were 62 HIV-infected children aged 6 to 16 years who were treated in the children's ENT clinic for acute purulent sinusitis. The use of FarGALS solution in complex treatment and rehabilitation of ENT-organs in HIV-infected children improves the hygienic index by 43%, reduces, up to complete reduction, inflammatory phenomena, enhances the nonspecific protective functions of the mucous membranes of the ENT organs and it is a pronounced positive effect on mucociliary transport of the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity and sinuses.

  • Most of the deaths in botulism are due to acute respiratory insufficiency (ODN) before the resuscitation stage. By the severity of the main process the patients were distributed as follows: the patients with severe forms were 7 (23%), medium heavy - 13 (42%) and light-11 (35%). The duration of stay of patients in the hospital amounted to 12,93 ± 0,62 ward-days. The patient is observed in outpatient conditions for 2-3 months after discharge from the stator, if they have acute respirator)' diseases, the patients arc hospitalized because their lung survival is not fully restored.

  • X-ray examination of 100 newborns was carried out, 50 of them were newborns and 50 were premature infants with grade I and II prematurity. Newborn children born with syndrome of respiratory disorders (SRD) require special attention from the first days of illness and professionally competent medical tactics. At X-ray examination of premature newborns with pneumonia, the predominance of SDR characteristic features was observed. Refinement of the degree of severity of the SDR of the newborn with pneumonia allows the most ac-curate and objective assessment of the severity of the sick child. The results of X-ray studies of pneumonia in newborns allow us to conclude that they need to be carried out in the neonatal period. The X-ray method for assessing the degree of severity of SDS in pneumonia of newborn infants, especially premature infants, and with intrauterine growth retardation syndrome is convenient for its non-invasiveness, minimal radiation expo-sure to the subject, a wide range of indicators and information rich in morphology, which contributes to the timely correction of complex treatment, especially at the risk of SDR, reducing the development of posthypoxic complications of the adaptation period.

  • The peculiareties of the tiotriasolinum influence on the exudate fibrinolytic activity of maxillary sinuses with local and general application in a multimodality therapy of patients with chronic purulent maxillary sinus-itis have been studied. A standard couse of treatment without tiotriasolinum application (control group) has been carried out in 20 patients with chronic purulent maxillary sinuses and in 43 patients the treatment has been combined with a local and general application of tiotriasolinum. It has been established that the total fi-brinolytic activity was significantly reduced in the process of treatment. Tiotriasolinum application probably decreased non-enzymatic fibrinolysis in total exudate fibrinolytic activity of maxillary sinuses and shortened the term of treatment

  • Were studied the state of the initial autonomic tone in children perennial allergic rhinitis. Among 42 patients (68,9 per cent) were persistent, and 19 (31,1 per cent) – intermittent form CT. According to the analysis of clinical signs IWT in 28 (54.9 per cent) of children identified CT status, the prevalence of parasympathicotonia (vagotonia), 28(54,9per cent) - eatonii (balanced state of the ANS alone) – 9 (17,6%) of sympathicotonia. In General, CT is not dependent on clinical course, characterized by increased tension of the parasympathetic mechanisms of the ANS. the results indicate about the relationship between IWT and clinical course CT. You can assume the existence of a similar connection with the treatment CT

  • The development of generalized emphysema is possible with allergic bronchial asthma of pccilomycotic etiology. The aim of the study was to evaluate the lung hyperventilation radiographically as a manifestation of the emphysematous-interstitial X-ray symptomatic complex in pecilomycosis. Based on the data of long-term observations, we studied the radiographs of 74 patients with bronchial asthma aged 19 to 70 years. The radiological picture and types of emphysema depended on the degree and localization of valvular blockage of the bronchi. In the early period of bronchial asthma, the radiologic picture of the lungs does not differ from the usual background or is manifested by an increase in the transparency of the pulmonary fields, the expansion of the lung area and the impoverishment of the pulmonary pattern. Radiographic changes in the lungs arc observed in patients with a prolonged course of the disease and manifest as an enhancement of the pulmonary pattern due to the interstitial componentwith a mesh-cellular deformation in the middle-lower regions of one or both lungs, the presence of small-focal shadows located along the vessels of the bronchi. When the broncho-pulmonary system is affected by fungi of the genus Paccilomyccs, various forms of emphysema develop, which radiographically manifest in the form of an emphysematous-interstitial X-ray symptomatic complex and are most nonspecific in X-ray diagnostics. Changes indicate different manifestations of symptoms of bronchial obstruction and are combined with a clinic characteristic of obstructive syndrome.

  • The descriptive-evaluative method of epidemiological research was used in the course of the research, a retrospective analysis of 12869 case histories of children, who were hospitalized in the period from 2015 to 2017 years due to recurrence of obstructive bronchitis was carried out. We obtained data on the frequency of occurrence of children with recurrent obstructive bronchitis. By periods of the year, the incidence of recur-rence of the disease in children is in the form of a “wave-like” curve, the severity of which largely depends on climatic conditions. Recurrence of obstructive bronchitis is more common in children at the aged 6 months to 2 years, and the peak rise in incidence occurs between the 2nd and 8th month of life. Basically 1 episode of bron-chial obstruction was observed.

  • According to WHO, the birth rate of children with congenital cleft palate in the world averages 0.5-1.5 per 1000 newborns. Despite the mandatory set of measures taken at an early age, adult patients with congenital cleft palate have severe morphological and functional disorders that grossly impair aesthetics, phonetics, chewing and swallowing functions [8]. Congenital cleft palate is a common multifactorial malformation and occupies a leading place among all congenital malformations of a person. According to experts, congenital pathology of the maxillofacial region ranks 3rd-5th among all congenital malformations in humans and, on average, one child is born with a cleft palate for 600-1000 newborns [5].
