ON THE ISSUE OF SURGICAL METHODS FOR THE TREATMENT OF DISLOCATION SYNDROME IN SUPRATENTORIAL BRAIN TUMORSIn this work, we present the results of our own retrospective studies, the material for which was the case histories and the results of surgical treatment of 43 patients with supratentorial brain tumors with dislocation syndrome. The surgical approach varied depending on the location, volume of formation, general condition of the patient and the degree of dislocation of the brain.

ANATOMICAL EFFICIENCY OF DIFFERENT VARIANTS OF VITREAL SURGERY OF LARGE MACULA RUPTURESThe aim of our study was to evaluate the anatomical effect of vitreous surgery of large macular tears using various defect closure techniques. Materials and methods: the present study included 200 eyes (188 patients), in which, upon initial examination, a large macular rupture was diagnosed. All patients underwent surgical intervention - vitrectomy with macular rupture plasty. Two variants of plastic surgery were used - subrctinal implantation of the amniotic membrane (group-A) and reversal of the flap of the internal bordering membrane (group-B). Results: The anatomical efficiency of vitreous surgery for large macular ruptures is minimal in the case of traumatic niptures (82.50%) and maximum in the case of ruptures due to vitreomacular traction (96.40%, p <0.05) and does not depend on the size of the rupture (less and more than 691,5 microns. Predictors of an unfavorable prognosis for vitreal surgery of large macular ruptures are ruptures of more than 691.5 microns, myopic etiology of rupture, and plastic surgery by reversal of the flap of the internal borderline membrane.

The article presents the results of reproductive age 126 women survey with genital prolapse receiving treatment in the 3rd maternity complex of the Samarkand city for the period from 2012 to 2016. It has been established that the developed method of surgical correction of genital prolapse with simultaneous transvaginal ligation of the fallopian tubes in women of reproductive age will not only eliminate the main pathology, but also choose the most effective and safe contraception method for women with genital prolapse, reduce treatment time, improve the quality of life, reduce economic costs. -

Inflammatory processes of the nose and its sinuses belong to the category of common typcs of pathology of the upper respiratory tract and firmly occupy a leading place from the entire structure of ENT pathologies. One of the common clinical productive forms of chronic sinusitis is cystic sinus disease. The aim of our study was to evaluate the effectiveness of endonasal access through the lower nasal passage in the surgical treatment of patients with chronic cystic sinusitis. Our study involved patients who had an autopsy of the maxillary sinuses through the lower nasal passage with the incision we proposed. According to objective and subjective studies, the use of our proposed incision for minimally invasive access minimized the risk of local complications in the early and late postoperative periods, as well as reduced the time of inpatient treatment. -

Causes of culture distribution after amputation at the level of the crus and the way of their prevention in patients with diabetes mellitus in critical ischemia of the lower limbsThe data of transcutaneous oximetry (tpcO2) and microflora from biomaterial taken from muscle tissue m were studied. Surgical approach to the treatment for patients with traumatic intracranial hematomas in the acute period of severe craniocerebral trauma342 patients operated on for severe traumatic brain injury in Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Neurosurgery from 2008 to 2017 were examined and treated.Decompressive cra-nioectomy was performed by 222 patients out of 342 (64,9%), Craniotomy - 120 (35,1%). Decompressive cra-niectomy was the main method of surgical treatment of patients with acute traumatic intracranial hematomas, accompanied by edema and prolapse of the brain. The effect of laser radiation on the interaction of vicryl and prolene threads with wound tissuesThe effect of low-intensity laser radiation - LILR on the healing of skin wounds and the interaction of monofilament and polyfilament vicril and monofilament threads of prolene with tissues - has been investigated. Linear wounds reproduced in the back of white rats. Methods of morphology were used to assess changes in wounds and the interaction of biotissues with threads. On the establishment of prescription of nasal bone fracturesThe cases (144) of the forensic examination of the injured were analyzed using a picture of radiographs, computed tomography and multispiral computed tomography in order to clarify the criteria for establishing the limitation of nasal bone fractures. It was revealed that the presence and dynamics of soft tissue swelling of the nose tissues are the criteria for establishing the limitation of nasal bone fractures in the early post-traumatic period. In the remote period of injury - X-ray picture, CT, MSCT can be used as methods of exhaustive doubt in forensic practice. Changing the state of the edges and angles of fragments, the nature of the line of enlighten- ment between fragments can be used as a criterion for establishing the prescription of fractures of the bones of the nose.

Relevance. Today, operations with a wide surgical approach prevail in the traditional surgical treatment of varicose veins. The recurrence rate of the disease reaches 50% within 5 years after surgery and can increase to 80% in the longer period. The aim of the study: optimization of surgical treatment of patients with CVI of the lower extremities by using methods of minimally invasive correction of venous hypertension. Materials and research methods. In the period from 2010 to 2019, 867 patients with varicose veins of the lower extremities were operated in the surgical department of the 1st clinic of SamMl. of which 71 (8.2%) had CVI type C-4 (34), C - 5 (17) and C - 6 (20). Research results. In the long-term period, 49 patients were observed. When examining patients, attention was paid to local clinical symptoms. Conclusions. The severity and duration of trophic disorders of the lower extremities have a direct correlation with the severity of horizontal reflux. Dissection of perforating veins and elimination of pathological reflux along the saphenous veins should be considered a pathogcnctically important component of the surgical treatment of decompensated CVI forms. -
Increasing the efficiency of treatment in patients with chronic dacryocystitis in the postoperative periodThe evaluation of the effectiveness of treatment in the postoperative period in 50 patients with chronic dacryocystitis was determined as the goal of our study. All processes in the wound occur due to the activation of complex enzyme-catalytic systems and the effective healing of the wound strictly depends on the prescribed differential treatment depending on the stage of the wound process. The process of wound healing in a short time is possible if the prescribed measures and prescribed drugs correspond to the physiological stages of the wound process. After endonasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy, a gel-type anti-adhesin drug was injected into the lacrimal duct every 2 hours and the cytological composition of smears of the nasal mucosa was examined to evaluate the course of reparative processes in surgical wounds. The study showed that the effectiveness of postoperative treatment of patients with chronic dacryocystitis increased in the main group of patients using antiadhesin, which led to better healing of wounds and epithelization by the 7th day. whereas in the comparative group this process occurred only on the 14-17th day.

Evaluation of phagocytosis neutrophilic link indicators in patients with Chronic forms of rhinosinusitis after endoscopic operationsIn recent years, there has been a significant increase in chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) tn the structure ot diseases of the ENT organs. Chronic forms of rhinosinusitis arc one of the most common and often recurrent diseases of the nose and paranasal sinuses, the nature and mechanism of which have not been fully understood. The aim of this work is to study the main indicators of the neutrophilic link in phagocytosis in patients with chronic forms of rhinosinusitis. After the operative period, all patients underwent endonasal low-intensity laser therapy and recovery was observed in all patients. In conclusion, it should be noted that the use of endonasal low-intensity laser therapy after surgical treatment has shown some effective results compared with traditional treatment.

Comparative estimation of changes in lympatig vessels of small intestinal walls after different stomach (gastric) resectionThe morphology of the intestinal lymphatic bed was studied in 16 experimental dogs after resection of 2/3 of the stomach. The study was carried out on 3,7,15.30,45.60.90.180 and 360 days after gastric resection. Experimental examination showed that the diameter of the lymphatic capillaries and blood vessels expanded, the formation of various shapes and sizes of outgrowths was observed on the wall of the capillaries, as well as new anastomoses. Thus, changes in the intestinal lymphatic system, their recovery and the reaction of compensatory adaptation depend on the methods of gastric resection, which follows an acute trauma of the main neurovascular systems of the stomach.

The results of surgical treatment of acute cholangitis and its ConsequencesFrom 2014 to 2017 at the surgical Department of the Samarkand city medical Association was on in- spection and treatment of 236 patients with acute cholangitis. In our work, patients given the causal factors of acute cholangitis were divided into 4 groups: 1-gallstone disease and its complications 75,8% (179); 2-tumors of the pancreatobiliary zone of 10.2% (24); 3-cicatricial strictures of the bile ducts of 5.1% (12); 4-parasitic liver lesions were 8.9% (21). As shown by the results of our study, the vast majority (92,8%) were patients of cholelithiasis and its complications. In this group operation was cholecystectomy with different types of drain- age ductal system. As acute cholangitis and its consequences are a distinctive couple, biliary obstruction withpolyetiological character, individual approach to the selection of a program optimized diagnosis and treatment is mandatory.
