  • Blood pressure studied on 250 school children. It was found that clearly insufficient attention is paid to the early detection of hypertension and the identification of risk factors. It was found that for the correct diagnosis of arterial hypertension on an outpatient basis, it is necessary to clearly determine the correspondence of actual blood pressure with a value of 95%o for the corresponding sex, age and height. While daily monitoring of blood pressure is the most informative method for the diagnosis of arterial hypertension in pediatrics.

  • 61 adolescents with obesity and hypertension were examined. It was revealed that the development of myocardial hypertrophy is affected by body mass, blood pressure level, vasoconstriction processes, as well as insulin resistance and atherogenic dyslipidemia. These parameters can serve as early markers of myocardial hypertrophy. Also, in children with obesity and hypertension, in 1/5 of cases a complete metabolic syndrome was found and in 1/3 of cases an incomplete metabolic syndrome, which requires immediate treatment of this condition, to prevent early complications and disability of adolescents in the adult period

  • According to WHO about 250 million people worldwide suffer from chronic obstructive pulmonary dis-ease (COPD) which has the second highest prevalence of non-communicable diseases according to global sta-tistics. The prevalence of COPD according to WHO is 9.3 per l thousand population among men and 7.3 per 1 thousand population of women older than 40 years. The incidence of COPD is increasing progressively and it is only cause of death with increasing number of reported cases. WHO predicts COPD will become the third most common cause of death after stroke and myocardial infarction in 2030. The most common comorbidities in COPD is hypertension (28%) which is caused by common risk factors. COPD combination with hyperten-sion increases the risk of hospitalization and mortality compared with patients with COPD without comorbidi-ty. In connection with the above stated study of respiratory function and functional changes in the heart in pa-tients with COPD combined with hypertension is very important

  • 95 patients with arterial hypertension (AH) were examined: 24 patients were in the age range of 35 to 45 years (the first group), 71 patients were in the age range of 50 to 75 years (the second group). It was found that premorbid background of young patients burdened with coronary artery disease, stroke and hypertension. Very often, hereditary transmission is carried out through the paternal line. Along with the traditional (bad habits, dietary failures, food stereotypes), the extrovert type of character is also a phenotypic risk factor. The predominant increase in systolic pressure and increased heart rate during the daytime are peculiar signs; overweight (12.5%), obesity of the first (20.8%) and second degree (16.7%) are frequent comorbid conditions; and dyscirculatory encephalopathy (37, 5%) is the most frequent complication of hypertension among young patients.

  • Arrhythmia is a violation of the sequence and frequency of heart contractions. The human heart contracts in a certain mode. This mode forms the conducting system of the heart. It represents knots and bundles of nervous tissue - accumulations of nerve cells and fibers located in areas of the myocardium, which generate bioelectrical impulses in the heart and conduct them [4,10]. There are the following types of arrhythmias: sinus (tachycardia, bradycardia, extrasystole), atrial fibrillation (AF) of the atria or ventricles, paroxysmal tachycardia, heart block [8].

  • The rights of authors, inventors and innovators are protected by law [5,13,14,20]. One of the objects of legal protection is the discovery - the establishment of previously unknown objectively existing patterns, properties and phenomena of the material world, introducing fundamental changes in the level of knowledge. The state registration and legal protection provided for by the “Regulations” do not apply to discoveries of mineral deposits, as well as to geographical, archaeological, paleontological, i.e., discoveries that have the character of expeditionary finds. State registration is also not subject to discoveries in the field of social sciences [9,10]. The object of legal protection is an invention - a new technical solution of a problem with significant differences in any area of the national economy, social and cultural construction or defense of the country, which gives a positive effect [10,11,17]. Rationalization proposal - a technical solution , which is new and useful for the enterprise, organization or institution to which it is submitted, and provides for a change in the design of products, production technology and applied equipment or a change in the composition of materials [19]
