Functional status of kidney and upper urinary tract in congenital obstructive uropathy in children
Comparative evaluation of the results of a comprehensive survey of children with congenital obstruc-tive uropathy revealed that children with congenital hydronephrosis, obstructive and reflux megaureter I de-gree obstruction of the functional state of the kidneys do not suffer. At the II degree obstruction of the func-tional state of the renal parenchyma is not deteriorating significantly, this is confirmed by the lack of trust differences dopplerographic (the IR), rentganplanimetry (RKI and PI) indices with normative data. When III degree of obstruction there is a violation of kidney function on the affected side, this translates into a signifi-cant reduction of the renal parenchym and the increase in rates on US IR, lower PI values at the excretory urograms.

Course of prolonged jaundice in newborns and the role of torch infections
Aim of given research was included to study the changes of clinic laboratory indices in prolonged hy-perbilirubinaemias occurring in TORCH in infections. 86 patients at age from 1 to 2 months were examined in the neonatological department of RCHMMC. In all cases hyperbilirubinaemia continued over 14 days. The results of our research showed that the patients were determined evident disturbances of biochemical indices: hyperbilirubinaemia, hypoproteinaemia, hypomagnaemia, hypoglycaemia, increase C- reactive pro-tein, increase of hepatic tests. So infectious factor in prolongedhyperbilirubinaemia in neonatal period of children may cause in cases

Clinical and laboratory characteristics of osteoporosis in women with rheumatoid arthritis
Overall, 113 female patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) had examined. From 16.9 to 48.7% of patient’s analyzes revealed clinical symptoms of osteoporosis (OP). According to the results of questionnaires, 87.6% of patients need to analyze parameters of calcium-phosphorus metabolism. The level of blood calcium was below than 2.2 mmol/l at 65.5% of patients, and the level higher than 2.8 mmol/l revealed at 15.9% of patients respec-tively. It found an increased activity of acid phosphotases (APs), parathyroid hormone (PTH) - markers of bone resorption and decreased alkaline phosphatase activity (ALPs), calcitonin (CT) - bone formation markers. The results of computed tomography (CT) and rentgendensitometry showed that, 40.0% of patients had signs of I de-gree, at 26,7% - II degree and 33,3% - III degree of osteoporosis (OP)

Clinical characteristics of gout, combined with metabolic syndrome
In 49 patients (mean age - 50.6 ± 1.6 years, duration of disease - 9.4 ± 1.7 years) male gout were investigated anthropometric data, lipid profile, depending on the extent of the clinical and laboratory parameters. It has been es-tablished that the basic 3 clinical factors of the metabolic syndrome - obesity, hypertension, diabetes mellitus occurs in 49.3% of patients with gout. Dislipedemiya, hypercholesterolemia and increase in low density lipoprotein and very low density detected in 60,0-67,3% cases. In patients with urolithiasis frequency, severity of the violation rate of lower limb function, the number of affected joints, the number of subcutaneous tophi, arthritis incidence in the last year, the duration of the latest exacerbation and severity of gout own index higher than that of patients without meia-bolicheskogo syndrome. The degree of hyperuricemia and duration of the disease have a direct correlation with the degree of increase of total lipids and cholesterol in the blood serum

Causes of formation of groups frequently ill children associated with maternal medical history
The article presents the history data somatic maternal health and obstetric history weighed 146 fre-quently ill children (FIC) and 50 DDL. Revealed that anemia in mothers FIC was registered in 88.3% (146 - 129) cases. Similar results were obtained in studies of anemia in mothers DDL. Among the chronic diseases occupies a special place chronic tonsillitis (65.7%) and chronic pyelonephritis (33.5%), which is much less than recorded (respectively 12% and 8%) in the DDL mothers. It should be noted that chronic foci of infec-tion have a depressing effect on the immunological status of mothers and create preconditions for the devel-opment intrauterine infection (IUI) fruit. There is no doubt that a child born with IUI may be frequently ill

The role of ray diagnosis in rheumatoid lungs
The analysis of ray diagnosis in rheumatoid lungs. The radiographs(with the help of KXO-50, Toshi-ba, Japan) of patients’ thorax organsaged from 25 to 70 with RA, and CT (Sonratow, Silmens) of 2 mm sec-tion in chest among 10 patients with general disease have been done. In radiographs of R Apatients’ thorax organs the following radiographic changes have been identified: Among 75% patients with general disease increasing the size of lungs and deformation with focal shadows, among 14% patients pneumonia focus (pic-ture 1) and of them 11% pleurodiaphragmatic scar have been found. Conventional radiograph and CT check-ups of thorax organs are considered as a main method of ray diagnosis. However, incomplete acuteness of early diagnosis of radiographic method and low level of identifying pathological process weakens the diag-nostic importance of this method. Because of this, radiographs of RA patients’ thorax organs cannot identify the changes of lungs. Therefore, radiography and CT methods are not contradictory, but complete each other in identifying morphological changes

Influence of anaemia on biochemical indexes at chronic illness of buds for children
To evaluate the effect of anemia on the course of chronic kidney disease in children, identifying the re-lationship between the level of hemoglobin, endocrine and renal excretory function. All the children are di-vided into two groups according to the level of hemoglobin at the time of admission: group 1 - the children with hemoglobin <110 g / L, 2 group - children with hemoglobin levels £ 110 g / l. All children common blood and urine tests were conducted, as well as fecal helminth eggs. In order to identify the impact of ane-mia on the anemia rate of progression, we selected a group of 65 people, who for the time of our study GFR was determined by 2-fold or more. Of these, 27 children at least once recorded anemia, and the remaining 38 children hemoglobin level corresponds to the age norm. Renal anemia is more common in children with a current active pathological process in the kidneys, leading to deformation chashechno- pelvis system, re-vealed the results of excretory urography. Renal anemia is associated mostly with clinical and laboratory changes typical of CKD and reduce its dependence on renal excretory function appears only in the later stag-es of the disease

Efficiency of laparoscopic adheolisis in acute adhesive colon obstruction
During the last century till today adhesive disease is one of the difficult problems of abdominal sur-gery and its developing in 2-15% of postoperative patients. The aim of this research is improvement of the results of surgical treatment of patients with acute adhesive intestinal obstruction by using laparoscopic ad-hesiolysis. Ultrasound examination should be performed to the patients who were operated before with lapa-rotomic access which may to find adhesive process. Ultrasound examination dates adhesive process to op-portunity suppose availability adhesive and determine volume of operation. Laparoscopic adhesiolysis re-duced the risk of developing recurrence of adhesive process of abdominal cavity and it’s mini invasive method which helps fast rehabilitation patients with acute adhesive intestinal obstruction
