  Lazer photodynamic therapy in the treatment of purulent-necrotic lesions of the foot in diabetes Analyzed the results of complex treatment of 125 patients with purulent-necrotic lesions of the foot in diabetes mellitus. Application of local laser photodynamic therapy in the complex treatment allowed a short time to achieve the cleansing of the wound surfaces from pathogenic organisms, to ensure the normalization of the signs of intoxication in a shorter time compared with the traditional treatment, reduction of the num-bers of the progression of the pathological process in the foot from 29.3% to 5.9%, and reduced the number of deaths from 8.6% to 1.5%.

  Condition of physical development and formation of physical preparedness of schoolboys, going in for track and field athletics Long-term observations suggest that at all stages of child, adolescent and youth, age physical culture and sports have a huge impact on the development and improvement of the growing organism. Track and field exercises contribute to improvement of metabolism, strengthening of the nervous, cardio - vascular and res-piratory systems, as well as to formation of correct posture. The study included 50 boys aged 11-15 years. The control group consisted of 50 boys of the same age. Integrated monitoring carried out systematically al-lows us to identify common patterns and peculiarities of physical development changes and physical fitness of schoolboys. Additional athletics cause favorable changes in schoolboys health condition, indexes of phys-ical development that allows us to recommend them to be drawn into the educational process of physical training.

  Influence of the inactive way of life on health of teenagers Research objective: to study influence of an inactive way of life on health of teenagers. Materials and methods of research: on the basis of the carried-out questioning of 1350 children living in Tashkent and Syrdarya area. Examination was conducted among teenagers at the age of 14-18 years, from them at 663 girls and 687 boys. Results. Among 39,8% of teenagers the inactive way of life which had direct impact on their health was noted. The insufficient volume of physical activities in educational institutions is the factor reducing physical health of the studying teenagers. Among teenagers with an inactive way of life 3 times more often anemia was observed, and at 17,9% increase of arterial pressure, whereas at 25,3% on the contrary decrease was reg-istered. 49,5% of teenagers have these or those forms of diseases which were characterized in most cases by diseases of endocrine system and a gastrointestinal tract

  Comparative assessment of sub-lay and on-lay methods of alloplastics of the anterior abdominal wall in patients with postoperative ventral hernias Current article provides comparative assessment of two methods of front abdominal wall alloplasty (sub-lay and on-lay). Study group consists of 96 patients with postoperative ventral hernias. After surveil-lance, we have come to a conclusion that it is preferable to place mesh under aponeurotically. It allows sig-nificantly reduce the number of local complications as well as hospital stay and both early and late follow up - care. On-lay method of using allotransplantant upper aponeurotic fixation should become a second priority and should be conducted on the basis of strict prescription in case when sub – lay placement of the prosthesis is impossible or difficult.

  Medical diagnostic videolaparoscopy in emergency surgery The basis of research included results of diagnostics and treatment by videoendoscopic interventions of 2701 patients with urgent surgical diseases of abdominal cavity and also the videolaparoscopy was done pa-tients with diagnostic purpose. During the carried-out researches it was established that the video laparosco-py is highly effective, safe, less traumatic way of surgical treatment.   The functional state of the pituitary-adrenalovoy system in boys with obesity A total of 65 boys with overweight and obesity. The examination included the collection of medical his-tory, physical examination, the nature of the distribution of subcutaneous fat, the presence of stretch marks, gynecomastia, blood pressure measurement, functional tests with dexamethasone and a synthetic analogue of corticotropin prolonged action and glucose tolerance test. The studies revealed that boys with different body mass index when it detects a decrease in blood cortisol indices / cortisone in the blood and the free cortisol / cortisone free urine sample is recommended with a synthetic analogue of corticotropin to identify deleted forms of congenital adrenal hyperplasia.

  The role of trace elements in the development of thyroid disease The study of trace element status in diffuse toxic goiter appropriate, depending on the functional activity of the thyroid gland. Investigated a number of elements that are "goitrogenic" or "strumogen" factors - the essential trace elements such as selenium, cobalt, copper, manganese and others. The study included 51 pa-tients with diffuse toxic goiter. The survey included: general clinical research study of thyroid status, study trace element status (determination of the content in the hair of patients with iron, selenium, manganese, co-balt, copper, zinc). The studies revealed deficiency of trace elements (iron, manganese, cobalt, copper, zinc) in diffuse toxic goiter, as well as the ability of hair to reflect long-term trends in trace element status of the body allow us to consider the above micronutrient deficiency as a risk factor for diffuse toxic goiter.

  The use of cyprinol in emergency surgery The analysis for the treatment of 23 patients has been carried out (14 cases of destructive appendici-tis, 7 destructive cholecyctitis, 2-perforation of the duodenal ulcer). The frequency of the pyoinflammatory complications at the patients after operations has been studied as well as the efficiency of the usage of Cy-prinol 100 mg in ampoules in the cases of destructive appendicitis, cholecyctitis, pyoinflammatory. No postoperative complications at the patients, who got antibiotic therapy with Cyprinol, has been ob-cerved. Besides, the carrying out of the monotherapy at which the injection is given 1-2 times a day (compar- ing to 5-6 injections within other treatment regimens) is quite perspective.

  The character and frequency of complications in patients with chronic toxoplasmosis 90 patients with chronic toxoplasmosis were observed. 24 men (27.0%) and women - 66 (73.0%) were examined. It was found that the frequency of pathology of the vision organs (weakening and loss of vision) and psychoneurotic symptoms (psychosis, encephalopathy, kraniokaltsinats) were increasing with duration of the disease. The frequency of detection of various reproductive system disorders in women with chronic toxoplasmosis are also increase with duration of the disease.

  Analysis of results of surgical treatment of patients with nodal formations of the thyroid gland On the basis of studying of the remote results of treatment of patients with a nodal craw the optimum volume of surgical intervention at various morphological forms of a nodal craw is determined. Adequate volumes of expeditious treatment are the gemistrumektomiya, extremely subtotal resection of a thyroid gland and a tireoidektomiya. When carrying out adequate replacement tireoidny therapy the number of recurrence after the carried-out surgeries sharply decreases. The greatest percent (4,7%) of recurrence irrespective of a morphological form of a nodal craw is revealed when carrying out an economical resection and enukleation of knot of a thyroid gland.

  The role of lipid peroxidation productsand anti inflammatory cytokinesin blood during the development of oral diseases in hypothyroidism Clinico-laboratorial part of the work is based on a survey of 96 patients with chronic generalized perio-dontitis (CGP). 22 people of the patients have chronic generalized periodontitis mild (HGPM), patients with chronic generalized periodontitis average degree (HGPA) and chronic generalized severe periodontitis (HGSP) 42 and 32 people respectively, combined with hypothyroidism. For objectification of the clinical research of the periodontal tissues, we used indicators such as the periodontal index, papillary-marginal-alveolar index and the index of Ketze. For aexact determination of the intensity of the inflammatory process used Schiller-Pisarev trial. To measure the depth of periodontal pockets also held X-ray examinations. It was found that a significant activation of lipid peroxidation and reduced antioxidant defense observed in patients with severe CGP on the background of hypothyroidism. It is shown that thyroid dysfunction occurs pro-nounced activation of the immune system, manifested by increased levels of cytokines in the serum. The highest concentration of TNF, IL-1 and IL-4 were detected in patients with moderate CGP thyroid hypofunc-tion.

  Assessment of efficiency of complex treatment of diabetic makulopatiya with use of the peptide bioregulator (retinalamin) and lazerkoagulyation Results of the laser treatment in patients with diabetic maculopathy complicated by macular edema have showed that the combined using lasercoagulation and peptid bioregulator Retinalamin contributed the resolu-tion of macular edema and allow to enhance of the visual functions. At application of traditional conservative therapy at DM only at 11,4% visual acuity, in 6 months after treatment doubtfully improved, visual acuity was authentically below initial. As a result of the combined treatment of DM by means of laser photocoagu-lation and Retinalamin's preparation visual acuity improved, with 0,140 to 0,333, changes of the area of rela-tive and absolute scotomas at DM, during treatment wasn't noted, the reached effect remains more than 6 months that speaks about stabilization of function of a retina.

  Intracoupling the factors to functions of the external breathing with mass of the body at obesity beside sick surgical profile The paper presents results of a study of external breathing parameters in 46 patients with morbid obesity undergoing holetsistektomy preoperatively. Study of external respiration (BH, ML, MML, VC, FVC, IRV, ERV, FEV1, IT, MT). Comparison of produced by sex, age, place of residence and by body weight. It was found that the difference in terms of external respiration by sex and place of residence were not statistically significant, whereas age and body weight showed high reliability. Revealed that with increasing body weight and age of the patient there is a decrease of ML, MML, VC, which should be considered in the preoperative preparation of this category of patients.

  The use of laser photocoagulation corneal herpetic keratitis Ophthalmoherpes in the statistical analysis of ocular disease comes first corneal pathology in the world. We examined 18 (18 eyes) of patients with various forms of herpetic keratitis. Among the patients were 11 men and 7 women. All patients before and after treatment was performed standard ophthalmologic examina-tion. Laser coagulation of corneal infiltrates was performed by affecting the cornea by laser radiation with a wave length of 532 microns, the energy of 300-400 mJ / sm 2 , the laser spot diameter of 200 microns. Infiltra-tion of the cornea stained with Collargol. Visual function was assessed before treatment and after 1week. 1, 3 and 6 mth. after therapy. The use of laser photocoagulation in the treatment of herpetic keratitis leads to an acceleration of reparative processes, rapid relief of inflammatory processes and better healing of the corneal defect. Аfter laser coagulation of corneal visual acuity of patients with this pathology increased to 0.8-1.0. Average time epithelialization of corneal epithelium of the cornea in the application of LC was 6-7 days. Re-covery we noted in 82.6% cases. Relapses occurred 4.3% of cases. Conducting corneal infiltrates LC patients with herpetic keratitis in the early postoperative period leads to permanent removal of corneal syndrome, a certain increase in visual acuity development epithelialization of the cornea, reducing its thickness and re-duce swelling.

  Optimization of surgical treatment of hemangioma of the maxillofacial region in children Hemangioma in children make up 80% of all benign neoplasms . Exposed areas of the skin (head, face, neck) affected in more than 80% of cases. In the center of Samarkand Pediatric Surgery PSRSSPMCP for the period 2005-2014 76 children with hemangioma of maxillofacial region from neonatal period to 17 years, were hospitalized. 48 children with hemangioma were treated surgically in the form of excision, 28 children received conservative treatment in the form of oral administration of propranolol. From 28 children in 4 was noted complete resolution of tumor, in 22 was noted the cessation of growing and shrinkage of tumor. Thus the use of β-blockers in the treatment of hemangioma of the maxillofacial region in children significantly improves the cosmetic result.

  Results of treatment of patients with bile leakage after cholecystectomy

  To develop surgical tactics and to improve results of treatment of patients with a leakage in the next postoperative period after a holetsistektomiya. Material and methods of research. We analysed results of surgical treatment of 2247 patients who trans- ferred a holetsistektomiya in clinic of SamMI in the period of 2010 – 2014 year. In the early postoperative period it were marked out leakage at 52 (2,31%) the patient. For the purpose of identification of a leakage applied the following methods of research: Ultrasonography, KT, fi-stulografiya, ERPHG. Results. For an assessment of a postoperative leakage used the modified classification of L. Morgenstern (2006), for definition of damages of magistral bile ducts used E.I. Galperin's classification (2002). Consid-ered not only a daily output of bile on a drainage of an abdominal cavity, but also liquid congestion volume in projections of a bed of a gall bladder, and also availability of free liquid in an abdominal cavity according to ultrasonography. Conclusions. Leakage frequency after holetsistektomiya makes 0,74% (after THE – 2,44%, after LHE – 1,08%, after MHE – 2,47%). "Small" damages of bilious channels and 25,26% cases – damage of the main bilious channels were sources of a postoperative leakage in 54,72% of supervision. In 20,02% cases the source isn't established. Ultrasonography is an initial method of diagnostics of a postoperative leakage. At a leakage of 1 degree, lack of signs of irritation of a peritoneum and symptoms of intoxication it is necessary to adhere to tactics of active dynamic supervision. At a leakage of 2-3 degrees repeated intervention – a lapa-roscopy, a laparotomy is shown.
