In modern society, the formation of speech ability is of great interest, since there is a big problem associated with a clear lack of language education, low language ability of most of the population. Therefore, a person should learn to master the basic skills: to think independently, to look for the most correct ways to overcome difficulties; to possess a rich vocabulary, to be sociable, to work independently on their own development.
It is intended that this annotated bibliography be used as a stand-alone resource or in tandem with the related literature review about Language Planning and Policy: Factors that Impact on Successful Language Planning and Policy. A variety of literary sources, such as research reports and journal articles, are consulted in the bibliography. In order to give a summary of the main ideas and shared comprehension of the elements that influence successful language planning and policy, especially in relation to the revitalization of Indigenous and minority languages also upkeep. The goal was to find more modern works of literature, created about approaches and materials on language policy and planning (LPP). Interaction in society involves interaction between people that might be identified as intercultural

This article examines legal translation and its role in the interpretation of international legal documents from both theoretical and practical perspectives. Regarding the theoretical aspects, legal translation from the point of view of civil law and common law systems, the status of legal translation in international law, the principles of plain language, and the equivalence of legal words are discussed. Comics, animations and cartoons are great ways for students to learn English. Regardless of age, most students are overwhelmed by a lot of grammar practice, so we should use different teaching aids to keep students interested in English. Even students who are reluctant to speak or write English will be interested in animation, and their dislike of English will instantly turn into a love.
