  Annotatsiya. Ushbu maqolada bank amaliyotida depozit va kredit operatsiyalarining ahamiyati hamda ularni samarali tashkil etish yo’llari tahlil qilingan. Ayniqsa, “Mikrokreditbank” ATB Buxoro viloyati filiali misolida ushbu operatsiyalarning amaliy jihatlari, mavjud muammolar va ularni hal etish bo’yicha takliflar ko’rib chiqilgan. Maqolada bankning mijozlar bilan ishlash jarayonida uchrayotgan muammolarni bartaraf etish, kredit portfelini yaxshilash va depozit resurslarini jalb etishni kengaytirish masalalariga alohida e’tibor qaratilgan. Shuningdek, ilg’or xalqaro tajribalar asosida milliy bank tizimidagi amaliyotni takomillashtirish bo’yicha tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.

Abstract. This article analyzes the importance of deposit and credit operations in banking practice and ways to organize them effectively. In particular, on the example of the branch of the Bukhara region of the ATB” Microkreditbank", practical aspects of these operations, existing problems and proposals for their solution were considered. The article pays special attention to the issues of eliminating the problems encountered in the process of working with customers of the bank, improving the loan portfolio and expanding the attraction of deposit resources. Recommendations for improving practices in the national banking system have also been developed based on Advanced International experiences.

Betonning cho’zilishga bo’lgan mustahkamligini oshirish asosiy masala hisoblanadi.Bazalt tolalari beton bilan mustaxkam birikishi tufayli betonning cho‘zilishga mustaxkamligi 20...40 % ortadi, yoriqga bardoshligi va chidamliligi, umrbokiyligi shuningdek, boshqa xossalari sezilarli darajada yaxshilanadi. Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqola kosmik geodeziya fanining mohiyati, tarixiy rivojlanishi, amaliy ahamiyati va O‘zbekistondagi hozirgi holatini yoritadi. Kosmik geodeziya Yer yuzasi, uning shakli va gravitatsiya maydonini o‘rganishda sun’iy yo‘ldoshlar va zamonaviy texnologiyalardan foydalanadi. Maqolada sohaning qurilish, ekologiya, tabiiy ofatlarni oldindan bashorat qilish va xaritagrafiyada qo‘llanilishi, shuningdek, O‘zbekistonning “O‘zbekkosmos” agentligi tashabbuslari va geodezik tarmoqlarning yangilanishi haqida ma’lumot beriladi. ANNOTATION: The article discusses the design of metal fermaes for roofing with certain initial data. The maximum forces and deflections in each ferma were determined. Based on the analysis of the production-deformation state of the fermaes, the most optimal fermaes from a design point of view were created. Recommendations are given here for the design of supporting structures of roofs on metal fermaes for single-story industrial buildings.

ANNOTATSIYA: Maqolada tom yopmalari uchun ma'lum dastlabki ma'lumotlarga asoslangan metall fermalarlarni tanlash muhokama qilinadi. Har bir fermadagi maksimal kuchlar va burilishlar aniqlandi. Fermalarning kuchlanish-deformatsiya holatini tahlil qilish asosida dizayn nuqtai nazaridan eng maqbul fermalarni tanlash haqida xulosa chiqarildi. Ushbu turdagi bir qavatli sanoat binolari tuzilmalar uchun metall fermalarda tomlarning qo'llab-quvvatlovchi konstruktsiyalarini loyihalash bo'yicha tavsiyalar berilgan.

АННОТАЦИЯ: В статье рассматриваются качественные металлические фермы для кровли на основе определенных исходных данных. Определены максимальные усилия и прогибы в каждой ферме. На основе анализа производственно-деформационного состояния ферм проведены работы по созданию наиболее оптимальных с конструктивной точки зрения ферм. Приведены рекомендации по проектированию несущих конструкций кровель по металлическим фермам для одноэтажных промышленных зданий.

Особое внимание уделяется лексике, синтаксису, метафорам, сравнениям и другим стилистическим фигурам, раскрывающим психологическую глубину, чувствительность и неповторимость женских образов. Будет показано, как литературное мастерство Цвейга отражает сложность и богатство мира женщины.

Abstract: The article analyzes the linguistic and stylistic techniques of creating female characters in Stefan Zweig's novels. Particular attention is paid to vocabulary, syntax, metaphors, comparisons and other stylistic figures that reveal the psychological depth, sensitivity and uniqueness of female characters. It will be shown how Zweig's literary skill reflects the complexity and richness of a woman's world.

ANNOTATSIYA: Mazkur tezisda iste'molchi xulq-atvoriga ta'sir qiluvchi asosiy omillardan biri bo‘lgan turmush tarzi konsepsiyasi tahlil qilinadi. Unda turmush tarzi iste’molchi tanlovlariga, xarid qilish qarorlariga va brendga bo’lgan munosabatiga qanday ta’sir qilishi yoritiladi. ABSTRACT: This thesis explores the concept of lifestyle as a major factor influencing consumer behavior. It examines how lifestyle impacts consumer choices, purchasing decisions, and attitudes toward brands. The study also presents practical examples to illustrate how the needs of different demographic groups vary depending on their lifestyle.

Abstract: This study explores the effectiveness of using authentic materials to develop speaking skills among B1 level French language learners. The research was conducted over six weeks and involved an experimental group using authentic French-language media and a control group using textbook-based instruction. Through pre- and post-tests, classroom observation, and student feedback, the study measured fluency, vocabulary acquisition, pronunciation, and learner confidence. The results indicated that authentic materials had a significant positive impact on speaking performance, especially in terms of natural language usage and learner motivation. The findings suggest that authentic resources should be integrated into communicative French language teaching to enhance speaking skills at the B1 level.

ANNOTATSIYA. Ushbu maqola ta'lim muassasalarida o'quvchilarni kasbga yo'naltirish va tarbiyalashning nazariy asoslarini tahlil qiladi. Подробно рассматриваются классификация основных средств, их первоначальная стоимость, методы начисления амортизации и процессы списания. Также анализируются различия в ведении учета основных средств в соответствии с международными и национальными стандартами бухгалтерского учета.

Abstract: This article covers the concept of fixed asset accounting, its importance in accounting, and the principles of its implementation. The classification of fixed assets, their initial cost, methods of calculating depreciation, and write-off processes are examined in detail. Differences in the accounting of fixed assets in accordance with international and national accounting standards are also analyzed.

Annotation: The article examines the role of play as an important means of developing cognitive activity in children of primary school age. Play contributes to the formation of attention, memory, thinking and imagination, as well as increases motivation to learn. Special attention is paid to didactic and role-playing games, their impact on the educational process and the development of cognitive abilities of students. The article analyzes the main approaches to the use of gaming technologies in pedagogical practice, and examines examples of their successful application.

Анализируются приемы языковой игры и использования метафор, раскрывающие специфику испаноязычной культуры и определяющие уникальный стиль аргентинского писателя. Особое внимание уделяется тому, как Борхес посредством языка конструирует реальность, отражает национальную идентичность и исследует философские вопросы бытия.

Abstract: The article examines the role of the Spanish language as a cultural code in the prose of Jorge Luis Borges. The techniques of language play and the use of metaphors are analyzed, revealing the specifics of the Spanish-speaking culture and defining the unique style of the Argentine writer. Particular attention is paid to how Borges constructs reality through language, reflects national identity and explores philosophical questions of existence.

Abstract: This article analyzes the socio-political, economic and cultural products implemented within the framework of the New Uzbekistan Conference and their reflection in international ratings and indices. It examines how Uzbekistan's democratic changes, the fight against corruption, investment climate, innovative development and tourism are assessed by international organizations. , global recognition in the fields of cultural heritage, education and science is also studied. The study analyzes data from various international ratings and indices and highlights Uzbekistan's place and prospects in the world.

Abstract. This article analyzes the role and importance of marketing in the logistics sector. The main tasks of marketing are considered in the areas of market research, service development, establishing beneficial relationships with customers, and ensuring competitive advantage. The study reveals the impact of marketing strategies on logistics processes, their role in identifying customer needs and improving the quality of effective service provision. Abstract. The article talks about the developing field of logistics in the economy of Uzbekistan. Logistics, i.e. ensuring the effective movement of goods and resources, is today considered one of the main factors of economic growth both globally and in our country. This article analyzes the development of logistics in Uzbekistan, its economic importance, innovations in transport and storage systems, as well as its role in strengthening domestic and international trade relations. The article presents the current problems in logistics networks and offers to solve them, while also considering the future prospects of this industry and the place of Uzbekistan in the global logistics network.

Annotation. The use of key performance indicators (KPIs) is an effective tool for evaluating employee qualifications. The article discusses various aspects of the application of the KPI system in the framework of personnel management, including methods for measuring and evaluating the professional activities of employees. KPI allows you not only to objectively evaluate the success of employees, but also to direct their efforts to achieve the strategic goals of the organization. The article focuses on how KPIs contribute to increased productivity, improved employee motivation, and the creation of an achievement-based reward system. Special attention is paid to the implementation of the KPI system in various sectors, such as manufacturing enterprises and scientific organizations.

Abstract: This article examines the concept of memory, the characteristics of children's memory, the development of memory in preschool children, the main processes in the field of memory, figurative memory, imagination, and life issues.

Aннотация. Автор анализирует представление о национальном образе Испании в массовом сознании в контексте принадлежности обеих стран к пограничным культурам. Стереотипы, стиль поведения, ментальность представлены сквозь призму наблюдений исследователей. Делается вывод, что познание “другого”, часто интуитивное и мифологическое, должно проходить через реальное понимание “картины мира” с учетом исторических трансформаций.

Abstract. The author gives the analysis of the Spain national image, stereotypes, style of life, mentality represented in mass conscience in the context of belonging of the two nations to the border cultures. The conclusion is that the knowledge of the “other”, intuitive and mythological, must be prepared to accept transformations of the “world picture” in new historical conditions.

Аннотация: В статье анализируется использование метафор в некоторых коротких произведениях Абдуллы Кадыри. Слова могут иметь не только буквальное, но и переносное значение. Буквальное значение возникает из буквального значения слов в языке. “Когда слова используются в переносном смысле, они не только называют предметы и события, но и служат для описания этих предметов и событий”. Слова с переносным значением играют важную стилистическую роль в изображении природных ландшафтов, раскрытии внутреннего мира персонажей, в лирических отступлениях. Abstract: This article analyzes the use of metaphors in some of Abdulla Qodiri's short works. Words can also have figurative meanings in addition to their literal meaning. The figurative meaning arises on the basis of the literal meaning of words in the language. "When words are used figuratively, they not only name objects and phenomena, but also serve to describe those objects and phenomena." Words with figurative meanings play an important stylistic role in depicting natural landscapes, revealing the inner world of characters, and in lyrical digressions. One can encounter metaphor, metonymy, synecdoche, simile, and other types of meaning transfer. When we analyze the works of the great word artist A. Qodiri in a linguo-epic manner, we witness the existence of all their manifestations.

Abstract: Currently, great attention is paid to reservoirs in our country. Reservoirs will be built in mountainous regions and lowlands. Most of the reservoirs in the territory of Uzbekistan belong to lowland regions. It should be said that reservoirs in low plains have a higher amount of sediments in water than in mountainous regions. Анализируется существующие подходы к решению данного вопроса и предлагается рассматривать отрицание и модальность как различные категории, поскольку у каждой из них своё функциональное назначение. Анализ фактического материала показывает, что можно говорить о зонах пересечения модальности
и отрицания: ряд конструкций в русском языке можно интерпретировать как модальные и как отрицательные одновременно.

Annotation. The article examines the conflict between Eastern and Western values in the works of Uzbek writers Timur Pulatov and Hamid Ismailov. The analysis of the authors' works considers both the main plotlines and deeper cultural and philosophical aspects, reflecting the clash of two worldviews. Through the works of Pulatov and Ismailov, the authors explore the issues of identity, modernization, the preservation of traditions, and integration into the globalized world. The process of adapting to Western values is examined through the personal and social tragedies of the characters, who are faced with the difficult choice between preserving traditional culture and following new, Western models.

АННОТАЦИЯ: В статье рассматриваются особенности операций с ценными бумагами, осуществляемых коммерческими банками Узбекистана. Целью исследования является оценка текущего состояния, выявление тенденций и разработка рекомендаций по повышению эффективности операций с ценными бумагами. ABSTRACT: The article examines the features of securities transactions carried out by commercial banks of Uzbekistan. The purpose of the study is to assess the current state, identify trends and develop recommendations to improve the efficiency of securities transactions. The work uses methods of comparative analysis, statistical data processing, as well as empirical materials on the activities of the country's leading banks. Particular attention is paid to the investment policy of banks, the structure of their portfolios and the risks associated with market and government securities. Based on the results of the study, specific areas for optimizing securities transactions are proposed, including digitalization and expansion of financial instruments.

Abstract: This article thoroughly explores the role of teachers’ pedagogical mastery in the effective application of modern educational technologies. It begins by clarifying the concept of pedagogical skill and analyzing its essential components such as methodological preparation, psychological and pedagogical knowledge, communication abilities, and reflective thinking. The paper then examines different types of educational technologies, including information and communication tools, interactive methods, problem-based learning, and project-based approaches. Emphasis is placed on the fact that a teacher’s ability to skillfully and purposefully implement these methods significantly enhances the quality and efficiency of the teaching-learning process. Furthermore, the article underlines the need for continuous professional development, adaptability to innovation, and lifelong learning among educators. Recommendations are provided for developing pedagogical competence aligned with the demands of modern education systems. The study concludes that the success of implementing educational technologies is intrinsically linked to the teacher’s pedagogical excellence, innovative mindset, and commitment to improving their teaching practice, which in turn fosters student engagement, critical thinking, and academic achievement.

Abstract:The rating of perceived exertion (RPE) is a non-invasive, cost effective, and time efficient strategy to measure training loads. However, data can be collected without following specific procedures and across a range of methods (e.g., different RPE scales and/or different operational questions). Consequently, practitioners working in professional volleyball can use this information in various ways with different assessment standards between them. Therefore, the purpose of the current review was to systematically and critically evaluate the use of RPE-based methods in professional volleyball athletes. Electronic searches were conducted in four The main findings indicate that, to minimize the effect of the last exercise of the session, the athlete should be presented with the RPE question 10 to 30 minutes after the session is finished .

Резюме: Описан случай экстренной эндоскопической декомпрессии толстой кишки при острой левосторонней толстокишечной непроходимости опухолевой этиологии у больного 57 лет. Опухолевое поражение ректосигмоидного отдела толстой кишки установлено с помощью нативной рентгенографии, МСКТ и ирригографии. В экстренном порядке выполнена колоноскопия, которая подтвердила наличие опухоли ректосигмоидного отдела толстой кишки, проведена успешная эндоскопическая декомпрессия кишки и установка саморасширяющегося металлического стента. Через 6 дней больному вторым этапом выполнена радикальная операция – открытая резекция ректосигмоидного отдела толстой кишки с наложением десцендоректоанастомоза конец в конец. На 7-е сутки после второй операции больной выписан из клиники в удовлетворительном состоянии.

Рассматриваются понятие профессиональной компетентности, ее структурные компоненты и процесс формирования, а также важнейшие социально-педагогические факторы и существующие проблемы в этом процессе. Аннотация: Настоящая статья посвящена анализу депозитных операций коммерческих банков Узбекистана в условиях модернизации финансового сектора и роста конкуренции на рынке банковских услуг. В рамках исследования рассматриваются объемы и структура депозитов, изменение долей вкладов физических и юридических лиц, а также влияние процентной политики на привлечение ресурсов. Основными методами исследования стали статистический анализ, сравнительный метод, а также динамический и структурный подход. В работе использованы официальные данные Центрального банка Республики Узбекистан, отчетности отдельных коммерческих банков и открытые аналитические материалы. По результатам анализа выявлено, что в период 2021–2023 годов наблюдался устойчивый рост депозитной базы, особенно за счёт вкладов физических лиц в национальной валюте. При этом существенное влияние на поведение вкладчиков оказали изменение ключевой ставки, развитие цифровых банковских услуг и введение новых депозитных продуктов. Научная новизна статьи заключается в комплексной оценке факторов, определяющих эффективность депозитной политики банков Узбекистана, а также в предложении стратегических мер по усилению доверия населения и бизнеса к долгосрочным сбережениям в банковской системе страны.

Abstract: Analyzing depository operations of commercial banks in Uzbekistan and the conditions for modernization of the financial sector and direct competition in the market banking system. Аннотация: В статье проводится комплексный анализ доходов и расходов коммерческих банков Республики Узбекистан в контексте их финансовой устойчивости и прибыльности. Целью исследования является выявление ключевых тенденций в структуре и динамике банковских доходов и расходов за последние три года, а также определение факторов, влияющих на эффективность банковской деятельности. Методологической основой послужили сравнительный анализ, горизонтальный и вертикальный анализ отчетности, а также расчет финансовых коэффициентов (рентабельности активов, чистого процентного дохода и т.д.). В процессе анализа были изучены данные крупнейших коммерческих банков страны, включая их годовые финансовые отчеты, статистику Центрального банка и другие открытые источники. Результаты исследования показывают, что основную долю доходов банков составляют процентные доходы, при этом наблюдается рост доли доходов от комиссионных услуг. Среди расходов наибольший удельный вес имеют процентные расходы и административные издержки. Научная новизна заключается в выявлении взаимосвязи между структурой доходов/расходов и уровнем прибыльности банков, а также в предложении рекомендаций по оптимизации затратной части для повышения рентабельности. Практическая значимость статьи заключается в возможности применения полученных выводов в управленческой практике банков для повышения эффективности деятельности в условиях рыночной конкуренции и финансовой трансформации.

Abstract: The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the revenues and expenses of commercial banks of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the context of their financial stability and profitability. The purpose of the study is to identify key trends in the structure and dynamics of bank revenues and expenses over the past three years, as well as to determine the factors influencing the efficiency of banking activities. The methodological basis was a comparative analysis, horizontal and vertical analysis of reporting, as well as the calculation of financial ratios (return on assets, net interest income, etc.). During the analysis, data from the largest commercial banks in the country were studied, including their annual financial statements, statistics of the Central Bank and other open sources. The results of the study show that the main share of bank income is interest income, while there is an increase in the share of income from commission services. Among the expenses, interest expenses and administrative costs have the largest share. Scientific novelty lies in identifying the relationship between the structure of income / expenses and the level of profitability of banks, as well as in proposing recommendations for optimizing the cost part to increase profitability. The practical significance of the article lies in the possibility of applying the obtained conclusions in the management practice of banks to improve the efficiency of operations in the conditions of market competition and financial transformation.
