  Assessment of the effect bronchodilators in obstructive conditions in children By the purpose of work was the comparison of clinical efficiency Bronchodilatation at children of ear-ly age. Carried out analyzing of clinical results at 48 patients. The received results have shown, that at the patients 1st of group (24) applications Salbutamol promoted faster reduction of tachiapnea, improvement of a common condition of the patient, reduction of cyanosis at nose lips triangle and cough, disappearance of bronchobstruction symptoms. Whereas at 2 nd group (24) of children receiving auphilin positive dynamic is marked in later terms and in small quantity of the patients. For 2-3 days of treatment the patients with auphilin купирование обструкции it was marked only at 66, 6 % of the patients, at application Salbutamol the complete removal bronchobstruction was marked at 91 % of the patients.   Efficacy of nebulized acetylcysteine in the treatment of acute obstructive bronchitis in infants The purpose of the study: examine the effectiveness of using acetylcysteine inhalation in the treatment of acute obstructive bronchitis in infants. The study involved 52 patients with acute obstructive bronchitis. All patients were randomly divided into two groups. 26 patients were observed in group I (control) who re-ceived therapy as mucolytic ambroxol orally. 26 patients included in the II group were treated with inhaled nebulized acetylcysteine through compression nebulizer via 10% solution. According to the study, II group of patients, treated with nebulized acetylcysteine, were noted: significant reduction in the intensity of cough compared with the control group at 5 and 8 days (P<0,05; P<0,01), the improvement of sputum discharge on 5, 8 days (P<0.01; P<0.05), improvement of SSA scale indicators on 3-8 days of the disease (P<0.05; the P<0.001), reduced duration of oxygen therapy and length of hospitalization (P<0,01; P <0,01). Thus, using of acetylcysteine as an nebulized inhalation can be regarded as effective and safe drug for the treatment of children with acute obstructive bronchitis.

  The identification of causative agent of cutaneous leishmaniasis with polymer chain reaction The molecular-biological method (polymerase chain reaction) for identification of causative agent of cutaneous leishmaniasis was used. Revealing of deoxyribonucleic acid of causative agent of antroponotic form of cutaneous leishmaniasis (Leishmania tropica) in the samples taken from patients living in Mubarek – traditionally known as zoonotic focus of cutaneous leishmaniasis - allow us to make the conclusion that intensity of epidemiological process is increasing and that the antroponotic form of cutaneous leishmaniasisis spreading in this region.   Effects of chronic colostasis the quality of life children according to conservative treatment efficacy A questionnaire to assess quality of life in 68 children in the study group and 42 children in the control group. To evaluate the quality of life specific questionnaire SF-36 is applied. So "the physical health compo-nent", grouped in the first four scales improved from 28,3 ± 0,5 to 76,5 ± 1,4 points (p <0.001) in the study group and 28,7 ± 0,8 to 50, 2 ± 1,3 scores (p <0.001) in control group. In the component "the psychological component of health" from 27,8 ± 0,6 to 75,2 ± 1,1 points (p <0.001) and 28,8 ± 0,7 to 52,1 ± 1,1 points (P < 0.001), respectively.

  Surgical treatment of disseminated forms of renal cell carcinoma The basis of this research were the results of examination and treatment of 170 patients with renal cell carcinoma who have adressed to the Samarkand Regional Oncology Center in the period from 2000 to 2012. 115 (67.6%) patients were admitted to hospital with primary generalized form of renal cell carcinoma and 55 (32.4%) patients with local renal cell carcinoma. Among these were 104 males (61.2%) and women - 66 (38.8%). The age of patients ranged from 22 to 83 years, avarage- 57,5± 6,8 years. Implementation of pallia-tive nephrectomy improves survival of patients with primary generalized forms of renal cell cancer and pro-longs median (4 times) of expected lifetime. The worst figures for median expected lifetime and life expec-tancy observed in the localization of distant metastases in two or more organs (2.5 months and 6 + 1,2 months). Indicators of 5-year survival rate among patients with liver metastases totaled -7.9%, 33.5% in the bones of the skeleton. No patient with metastasis to the lungs, as well as the defeat of two or more bodies have not lived up to the 5-year period of observation

  Options clinical manifestations of giardiasis in children In our study of patients identified the following options for the clinical manifestations of giardiasis contact allocated latent, subclinical and clinical form of giardiasis.   The survival of patients with advanced kidney cancers after combined treatment The basis of this research were the results of examination and treatment of 170 patients with renal cell carcinoma addressed to the Samarkand Regional Oncology Center in the period from 2000 to 2012. From 68 patients in 27 (39.7%) the metastases were located in lungs, 4 (5.9%) – in liver, 9 (13.2%) - a skeletal bones, 6 (8.8% ) - in soft tissues, and in the ipsilateral adrenal gland, the pituitary gland, a pleura, the brain the me-tastases were determined with 1 (1,5%) accordingly, however in 18 (26.5%) - in two or more organs (lung, liver, skeletal bone, soft tissues). Defeat retroperitoneal lymph node in patients with metastases to one or more organs was observed in 24 cases (35.3%). In patients with primary generalized forms of renal cell can-cer metastasis can be located anywhere in the body and tissues, but most often they are found in the lungs, and make up about 40% of all metastases. The worst survival rates after treatment are observed in patients with metastases in two or more organs, as well as in patients with liver metastases. Indicators 5-year survival rate among patients with liver metastases totaled -7.9%, 33.5% in the bones of the skeleton. No patient with metastasis to the lungs, as well as the defeat of two or more organs have not lived up to the 5-year period of observation.

  Integrated system of forecasting multifactorial risk of complications during delivery and anesthesia in obesity patients The article presents the results of a study of 256 pregnant women between the ages of 28 to 40 years old with gestational age from 28 to 41 weeks. All the women had overweight varying severity: overweight (BMI 25-29.9-kg/m 2 ) - at 18, obesity 1st degree (BMI 30-34.9 kg/m 2 ) - at 67, obesity 2nd degree (BMI 35-39.9 kg/m 2 ) - at 96, obesity 3rd degree (BMI - ≥34.9 kg/m 2 ) - at 75 patients. Had conducted a study of the diagnostic and prognostic significance of risk factors for complications. Were conducted replace of group of diagnostic parameters for one integral indicator of high information content. Thus, based on a survey prena-tal pregnant women with overweight and obesity should be based on an integrated system of multivariate prediction of the risk of complications. The integrated system of multivariate forecasting the risk of compli-cations during delivery and anesthesia in patients with obesity allows a high degree of reliability to establish individual risk, timely to conduct the complex therapeutic and preventive measures, to determine the optimal obstetric and anesthetic tactics, eliminate possible tactical mistakes.

  State of the cardiovascular system in pregnant women with obesity and preeclampsia In order to assess the nature and degree of functional disorders of the circulatory system in pregnant women with preeclampsia and obesity in 3rd trimester of pregnancy at 36-38 weeks of gestation were stud-ied 107 women, of whom 73 patients with overweight and obesity during pregnancy complicated by preeclampsia. Comprehensively surveyed patients presented by 3 groups. The 1st group included 48 women with light degree of preeclampsia, the 2nd - 25 patients with severe preeclampsia. 3rd (control) group con-sisted of 34 healthy women of the same gestational age, whose pregnancy considered uncomplicated. Is traced a definite correlation between the degree of obesity and the severity of preeclampsia. It should be not-ed that patients with obesity during pregnancy, which was complicated by of preeclampsia light degree dom-inated hypokinetic circulation mode (70.8%) and in women with severe of preeclampsia, this type of circula-tion occurred in 100% of cases. Hypokinetic type of blood circulation matched hypertensive-hypodynamic dissociation and was characterized by a sharp decline in minute performance of the heart (CI - less than 2.5 liter / (min × m2)), high systemic vascular resistance (over 1500-2000 dynes × sec × cm-5) against the back-ground of arterial hypertension (ADP over 100-110 mm Hg over).   Ultrasound sonography in differential diagnosis of breast tumors To achieve the objectives 321 women were surveyed. Age of patients ranged from 24 to 82 years. Traditional ultrasound has enabled us to detect breast cancer in 96 observations, representing 83% of all pa-tients with breast cancer. Based on the analysis of ultrasound findings, it was concluded that the accuracy of conventional ultrasonography in differential diagnosis of palpable cancers is 84%, and 73% in difficult pal-pable cancers. The diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound examination was 84%. The main criteria for cancer with ultrasound are hypoechoic formation of irregular or indefinite shape, with indistinct contours and the vertical orientation of the long axis in the breast with respect to skin tissue. The diagnostic accuracy of ultra-sound in the diagnosis of cancer is difficult palpable does not exceed 73%. Verification of breast cancer, which is palpated, the procedure of fine-needle aspiration biopsy under ultrasound guidance is possible with an accuracy of 76%.   Morphological condition of the timus and sepsis of the newborn In this work a study of clinical, anamnestic data and characteristics of morphological and morphomet-ric changes of the thymus in children of the first year of life, died from various forms of sepsis.   Effectiveness of complex therapy iron anemia in children The prevalence of iron deficiency anemia in children at an early age according to WHO ranges from 17.5 to 30%. The causes of iron deficiency in children are quite diverse. Efficiency ferrotherapy is an inte-gral indicator of two components - the actual therapeutic effectiveness in relieving anemic syndrome and tolerability of a ferropreparation sick. The study involved 55 patients with grade 1-2 IDA children aged 1 to 3 years. The main group received iron (III) hydroxide polymaltose complex in grape juice (IHPCGJ) as monotherapy, the control group IHPC syrup, without the addition of juice. The effectiveness of IHPCGJ con-firmed what is already on the 15-20 day of treatment, there came a certain regression of clinical symptoms and positive changes in the system morfofunktsional eritrotsitary sick children. These results allow us to rec-ommend IHPCGJ, and bioavailability and bioassimilaty IHPCGJ significantly higher as a safe and effective phytopreparation for the treatment and prevention of iron deficiency anemia in children older than 1 year, rather than iron supplementation with oral administration

  Heredity and lifestyle as a risk factor for obesity and hypertension in children and adolescents The paper presents the survey data of 55 children and adolescents with obesity. It was found that the main risk factors for different types of obesity in children, including hypertension are hypercaloric nutrition, physical inactivity, family history for obesity and hypertension in both parents and diabetes through the ma-ternal line, and smoking in the family. Of great importance in the progression of obesity and hypertension manifestation was during puberty. The identified risk factors should contribute to an active educational and medical work among children, to prevent the development of obesity (especially abdominal) and the for-mation of complications from the disease
