Evolution of bronchitis in young patients from the point of view of instrumental and bacterial examination methods
We examined 128 patients with the age from 18 to 35 years. 20 individuals without preexisting lower respiratory tract diseases were chosen for comparison as a seperate group. They were clinically and endoscop-ically dignosed with a foreign body of the respiratory tract and underwent bronchoscopy with bronchoalveolar lavage for bacteriological analysis. 108 patients were diagnosed with recurrent bronchitis (ICD-10 J.40). These patients were further divided into 3 groups. We also performed the additional bacteriologic analysis of feces in order to determine the relationship between changes in the bronchial microbiocenosis under the influ-ence of the antibiotic therapy in comparison with the changes in the intestinal biocenosis. 80% of patients from the group III (no lactobacilli bacteria and bifidobacteria), who received antibiotics, demonstrated chages in bronchial microbiocenosis, which were statistically different (р
0,05) from the parameters of the microbioce-nosis in the group I (control), where antibiotics were administered in 47,5%. In the patients from the group II, where antibiotic therapy was used in 72,2% of patients, either lacto- or bifidobacteria were found. However these changes were not significantly different (p0,06) from the parameters of the group I, which may indicate the incompleteness of negative changes in the bronchial microbiocenosis. Application of the halo-apparatus in the treatment of patients with injuries of ii cervical vertebra
The paper analyzed the treatment of 18 patients with ruptured-vision of the C2 vertebra. Men -15 (83,3%) women 3(16,7%). Age of patients varied from 18 to 47 years, an average of 31 years. The mechanism of injury was dominated by road traffic accidents -12 (66,6%) of cases, at least - drop – 4 (22.2%), and snor-kelling in shallow water–2 (11.2 %). In the neurological status was dominated by a syndrome of cervicalgia, limitation of motion of the cervical spine, paresis in the limbs. Application of Halo apparatus makes it possible to eliminate the displacement of bone fragments, to restore anatomical relationships in the craniovertebral re-gion with simultaneous fixation of the cervical vertebrae and allows you to start the RAS element the revitaliza-tion and rehabilitation of victims. The installation of the show-on all patients when there is significant bony deformity. If the reduction is achieved by the regression offset, the further treatment is carried out in a Halo machine. Lipid metabolism and its correction with pharmaceutical preparation on the basis of galega officinalis in experimental metabolic syndrome
An integral part of the pathogenesis of diabetes mellitus type 2 is the metabolic syndrome, which is also a perspective target for therapeutic correction. The modern direction is the usage of nanotechnology. Using nanoparticles can optimize the effectiveness of therapy, minimize side effects and improve compliance. Based
on the model of the experimental metabolic syndrome induced by the high-fructose diet, the influence of the combined medicinal product on the basis of Goat’s Rue and its liposomal form was studied. The results indicate that the effectiveness of Galevit exceeds the one of the pharmaceutical agent based on Goat’s Rue in the usual form and is not inferior to the reference preparation Arfa Kombi, which is confirmed by a significant reconstruction of the indices. The obtained data provide evidence of the prospects of further pharmacological research of the liposomal form of the new combined drug, Galevit, with subsequent implementation into clinical practice.

Interdependence of processes of lipid peroxidation and antioxidant protection in animals of different age in case of polytrauma
The experiment model of polytrauma of animals 3, 6, 24-month old was conducted according to the method of A.A. Hudyma. The research was conducted after 1, 3, 24 hours and for 14 days after modulation of polytrauma. The activity of processes of lipid peroxidation was judged by the content of TBK-active products. Activity of superoxide dismutase, catalase and the content of ceruloplasmin was determined by biochemical methods. Statistic processing of material was carried out by parametric methods. The analysis of the relation-ship between the two features in the presence of a normal distribution was estimated by the results of the corre-lation analysis by Pearson. We have established the relationship between lipid peroxidation and AOS in three-month young rats in the early stages after the polytraumatic modeling. At 1, 3 and 24 hours after the polytrau-matic modeling, lipid peroxidation indexes increased and enzymes of AOS were activated. In late terms after the modeling of polytrauma (14 days) in animals of 3 months old AOS protection was absent by the established
direct strong correlation between the activity of SOD of the liver and blood CP (r= 0,73, р0,05). In 6 and 24-month old rats, after 1, 3, and 24 hours after polytraumaticsmodeling, there were found inverse statistically significant correlation connections between MDA level and AOS indicators. In the late stages of the modeling of polytrauma of animals of 6 and 24 months old there was a depletion of enzymatic link of AOS on the back-ground of high content of MDA. The increase of intensification of lipid peroxidation processes leads to a de-crease in the adaptation resources of AOS in animals of different age groups with polytrauma and vice versa, increase in exhaustion of the AOS potential leads to activation of lipid peroxidation which induces peroxidation
processes in polytrauma. It predicts the progressing of misbalance in antioxidant system in injured animals in
different terms of polytrauma.

Anemia in chronic diffuse liver diseases
Relevance. In recent decades, in many countries of the world, there has been a trend towards an increase in the number of patients with chronic diffuse liver diseases (CDLD), especially among people of young working age. CDPD is characterized by a severe course, poor prognosis, and is one of the main causes of disability in patients in developed countries [1,2]. According to WHO, cirrhosis of the liver (LC) ranks eighth among the causes of death. Therefore, the study of the features of epidemiology, clinic, diagnosis, treatment of these diseases is one of the urgent problems of modern hepatology.

Morphology of the solid phase of biological liquids as method of diagnostics in medicine
Laboratory diagnostic methods are of particular importance in scientific research and medical practice in conducting comparative diagnostics and facilitating the diagnosis.
At the same time, the most convenient and widely used method is the study of biological fluids, in particular, the composition, functional state of various organs and systems, hormonal changes, integration of anabolism and catabolism norms. However, modern analytical methods do not provide integration of data evaluation in biological fluids, since they determine only the quantitative composition without analyzing the interdependence of the quality of individual metabolites through large amounts of substances in biological fluids.

Applying colostomy in case of large intestinal diseases
The term "colostomy" currently refers to an artificial anus, surgically imposed on one of the sections of the colon for permanent or temporary removal of feces from the distal intestine. The term is used to distinguish an artificial anus formed for therapeutic purposes from a colonic fistula resulting from a disease (appendicular or other peritonitis, intussusception, etc.) or colon injury. In recent years, the number of diseases of the large intestine, requiring the imposition of an unnatural anus, not only did not decrease, but also increased by 2-8% according to different authors [1,5,16].

Correlation analysis of the interrelation of disorders of intestinal microflora in children, patients with diarrhea living in conditions of the southern near the sea aral
The idea that there is some kind of relationship between the various signs of living beings originated in ancient times (Hippocrates 460-377 BC). However, the first major generalization in this area belongs to J. Kovier, who in 1806 first proposed the term "correlation", and in 1815 put forward two principles - coordination and correlation.

Some problems of treatment of gastropaty caused by the acceptance of nonsteroid anti-inflammator
In patients with rheumatic diseases, complications in the gastrointestinal tract are more common than in the general population - in 10-40% of patients treated with high (anti-inflammatory) doses of NSAIDs and having appropriate factors risk. At the same time, severe complications can develop in 25% of cases: peptic ulcers, bleeding, intestinal inflammation [1-4]. The extremely widespread use of NSAIDs, including low-dose aspirin (for the prevention of thrombotic complications), especially in elderly and senile people, who have a particularly high risk of gastrointestinal complications, necessitates the development of methods for the prevention and treatment of NSAIDs. - gastropathy.

Molecular-genetic markers and features of the course of chronic hcv infection in Uzbekistan
The aim of the study was a comparative analysis of the genotypic variants of the TNF-α and CTLA-4 genes in patients with chronic hepatitis C and liver cirrhosis and their effect on the course of the disease. The analysis of the influence of the genotypes of the TNF-α gene on the course of the disease indicates an increased risk of CVD with both moderate and highly active course of the disease in carriers of the combination of geno-types G / A + A / A. The obtained data allow us to conclude that the carriage of the allele "G" and the combina-tion of the A / G + G / G genotypes of the -49GG polymorph of the CTLA-4 gene are associated not only with a decrease in the risk of development of HCVF, but also with a lower intensity of inflammation and fibrosis in the liver and a high probability favorable course of the disease.

Elektroencephalography in norm and with epilepsy in different age groups
EEG analysis was performed in norm and with epilepsy in different age groups. As a results of the ob-servation of 168 patients with epilepsy, a prounced immaturity of the broun is determined in the group of chil-dren, which gives the risk of high epileptic activity. Epilepsy in the older age group should be considered as “invasive”, if there is an attack on the EEG, there is no change.

The role of streptococcus pneumonia in the development of acute purulent middle otitis in children
In the article is illustrated results of the survey 51 children (64 ears) aged 1 to 15 years with acute puru-lent middle otitis. Detected etiologic spectrum of causative agent of acute middle otitis. Among etiological de-crypted acute purulent middle otitis, 24% are caused by streptococcus pneumonia. When determining the sensi-tivity of the causative agent of acute otitis media to antibiotics revealed that S. pneimoniae retains high sensi-tivity to amoxicillin, pefloxacin, cefazolin, cefuroxime and ciprofloxacin. Slightly reduced sensitivity to azithromycin

The study of the state of trace elements in patients with hemophilia associated hematomesenchymal dysplasia
With the purpose of studying the state of trace elements, a study was conducted in 50 patients with he-mophilia associated with hematomesenchymal dysplasia which there cured in the hemophilia center. It was established that in patients with hematomesenchymal dysplasia, there was an imbalance in the microelement status, which was characterized by reliable Mg² + deficiency - 1.6 times, Ca 2+ - 2.1 times, iron 1.2 times com-pared to the control group. The pronounced deficiency of magnesium and calcium can be explained not only by the low consumption of microelements with food products, but also by their dependence on the level of iron and potassium in the human body.

The role of determination of bnp with chronic heart failure diagnosis in patients with metabolic syndrome
In 72 patients with metabolic syndrome, an enzyme immunoassay was performed to determine the BNP. Of these, 37 (51.4%) patients who had chronic heart failure on the background of metabolic syndrome had a higher BNP of plasma. And in 35 (48.6%) who did not have clinical and instrumental signs of chronic heart failure on the background of metabolic syndrome, 23 of them had a lower BNP. In the remaining 12 (34.3%) patients, the number of BNP was 220 + 10.5 pg / ml. This means that in this group of patients against the back-ground of MS, there is still development of chronic heart failure. To mean a determination in the blood plasma of the BNP makes it possible to diagnose chronic heart failure in the early stages

The advantage aspects of modified plasmapheresis method in comparison with standard method
Plasmapheresis sessions were performed among 45 patients in JSC “RSCS named after academician V. Vakhidov”. The results revealed that the positive reaction of the pathological process was observed in all pa-tients, regardless of the used method. However, different session number was required to achieve a significant reduction or normalization of the investigated parameters. The session number of standard method ranged from 4 to 5, the same results were observed after 2-3 sessions of modified method. The conducting of plasma-pheresis according to developed method revealed the prominent advantage over the standard method. In all cases, regardless of the reasons for detoxification procedures, we managed to reduce the number of sessions, i.e. to improve the detoxification quality. Thus, developed plasmapheresis method combines detoxification mechanisms of efferent therapy (plasmapheresis) and and indirect electrochemical oxidation of blood (electro-activated solution exposure, i.e. neutral anolyte) which made it possible to increase the effectiveness of the per-formed treatment.
