In the absence of a will, the property is inherited according to the law. Inheritance rights primarily guarantee personal disposal of material assets in the event of a person's death. The article examines certain legal issues that ensure the transfer of the right to accept inheritance from "unsuccessful" heirs to other persons, namely the legal successors of the heirs. Features of the pedagogical approach to the development of research competencies among students

Nasiba Abdullaeva

Scientific thinking is also characterized by systematicity, dynamism, problematicity, categoricality, reflexivity, evidence, predictability, projectivity, inquisitiveness, creativity, and other related traits [1].
