In this article, the author examines marketing strategies that have contributed to business development and success in the fashion industry. The author pays attention to the importance of using branding and adapting the product to various trends. The article provided marketing cases using examples of such brands as Payless and Nike. A survey was also conducted among a group of people that helped to understand how effective marketing can influence the decision of buyers.

Over the last few years there has been offered diverse techniques and methods for removing email spam and some of them are intended to divide and classify them into different subgroups. A group of software engineers has developed several techniques, including a genetic algorithm, K-NN algorithm (which will find а set of K-nearest neighbors), and clustering method (classifying spam messages into several subclasses) to deal with these problems. However, the main function of all the above-mentioned techniques is to promote the user interface and experience of email spam messages by dividing them into subgroups or removing and blocking non-requested messages. This research project will explain algorithms related to eliminating email spam messages and put forward а new suggestions/methods to the problem.

Particular attention is given to analyzing the subjective aspect of the individual who committed the crime, especially in the context of illegal handling of pyrotechnics. The author also emphasizes that the punitive measures for such violations will be intensified due to the specific nature of these actions and expresses his opinion on the need for appropriate qualification of such acts.

The article considers the impact of households' being overly indebted, including microloans and consumer loans, on the insolvency of individuals. The main attention is paid to the analysis of current realities in Uzbekistan, where high debt burden of the population in combination with insufficient transparency of credit conditions can cause an increase in the number of bankruptcies. The article also explores international approaches to solving the problem, such as limiting interest rates and improving financial literacy, and offers practical recommendations for their implementation in Uzbekistan.

This article analyzes the issues of responsibility of management bodies of joint-stock companies both to the company itself and to its shareholders. In the development of corporate governance in joint-stock companies, issues of responsibility of management bodies play a significant role. The author analyzes the current legal norms and existing shortcomings in law enforcement practice in the matter of establishing the responsibility of governing bodies.  The author comes to the conclusion that the legal norms governing these relations should be improved taking into account advanced foreign experience.

The article analyzes the processes of detention and detention on suspicion of committing a crime in the Republic of Uzbekistan from a legislative and theoretical point of view. The main attention is paid to identifying problems in the current legislation, assessing the level of compliance with human rights protection standards, as well as developing proposals for improving these processes. Islamic commercial principles are based on honesty, fairness, and mutual consent, and the rights and obligations of the parties involved in the conclusion of the contract must be fully protected. The article examines the concepts of ribo (interest) and karar (uncertainty), their prohibition in sales contracts, as well as the basic conditions of honest trade, the liability of the parties and the protection of property rights. Furthermore, the clearness, comprehensibility of contracts, and the honesty of the parties play an important role in Islamic law. The article also covers the rules for concluding contracts based on the principles of jurisprudence. Islamic financial transactions ensure that trade is beneficial for both parties, ensures social justice, and is fair.

The article describes the socio-political situation that developed in Turkestan at the beginning of the 20th century, the role played by local political parties in the national liberation struggle for state independence, the approaches of political parties to human rights issues, the goals, programs and activities of the "Shuroi Islam", "Shuroi Ulama", "Ittikhad va tarakkiy" parties, the political and social reforms they implemented, including their initiatives to ensure the right of the local population to education, free the education sector from the control of the Russian invaders and build it on the basis of national and religious identity, ensure freedom of conscience, and protect women's rights.

This scientific article explores the use of operational-search and forensic methods in combating crimes committed by bypassing customs control. It examines scientific approaches proposed by both Uzbek and foreign scholars regarding the essence of customs control evasion methods. Additionally, the article analyzes the specific features of operational investigative and forensic techniques employed in the fight against such crimes. Furthermore, it presents scientifically grounded proposals and recommendations aimed at addressing challenges related to the application of these methods in combating customs offenses.

This article focuses on the issues of determining the objects and types of investigative inspection in criminal proceedings. The author analyzes the role of correctly identifying the grounds, objects, and types of inspection in the effective investigation of a criminal case and making a lawful decision. The study examines the scientific and theoretical views of domestic and foreign scholars on this issue and identifies problems encountered in practice. In particular, it is proposed to legally enshrine digital data and vehicles as objects of inspection. Furthermore, the author develops original definitions of inspection types, including initial, additional, and repeated inspections, and substantiates the need for legislative consolidation of the grounds for conducting them. The article puts forward a number of proposals aimed at further improving the procedural order of inspection.

The article comprehensively analyzes international standards in the field of special economic knowledge. The study examines the standards of the United Nations, the Financial Action Task Force (FATF), the European Union, the Basel Committee, and other international organizations. The paper also analyzes the expansion of special economic knowledge in the digital economy and the use of special knowledge in investigating new types of crimes related to crypto assets and blockchain technologies. The article examines problems arising during the implementation of international standards into national legislation, ways to solve them, and puts forward proposals on the need to adopt a separate law regulating the use of special economic knowledge, making appropriate amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code, and improving the system of training qualified personnel. The research results serve to improve the practice of combating economic crimes.

This article examines the issues of evaluating the scientific validity and evidentiary significance of an expert reports in criminal proceedings. It specifically analyzes the concept, procedure, and conditions for assessing this type of evidence within the framework of criminal procedure legislation, focusing on scientific validity as a special requirement for evaluating expert reports. The research comprehensively analyzes the scientific perspectives of both national and foreign researchers regarding the significance-based assessment of expert reports as the final stage of evaluation. Through detailed investigation, the study identifies the distinctive features of expert reports compared to other institutions of criminal procedural law, drawing conclusions about their purpose, scope of application, legal essence, and impact. The research includes a comparative analysis of foreign legislation and develops proposals and recommendations for implementing this institution into national legislation. The article proposes necessary legislative changes to improve the institution of expert report assessment, considering both theoretical foundations and practical applications in the criminal justice system.

This article presents a theoretical and practical analysis of the legal foundations governing the activities of private higher education institutions. Additionally, the author has examined foreign experiences in establishing private universities and put forward proposals and recommendations for improving national legislation in this regard.

The article is dedicated to the conceptual foundations of improving the institution of exemption from legal liability. The significance of this institution in the legal system, its role in humanizing law enforcement practices, and achieving a balance between public interests and the protection of individual rights are considered. The principles, forms, and foundations of exemption from legal liability, including international experience, have been analyzed. Particular attention was paid to the practice of Uzbekistan in the context of ongoing reforms aimed at liberalizing legislation and strengthening the rule of law.

In this article, the author covers the issues of criminal liability for interference in the investigation or resolution of judicial cases in most foreign countries. According to the author, the concept of interference in the investigation or resolution of judicial cases is not used at all in the criminal legislation of some foreign countries. We believe it is advisable to analyze the analysis of the legislation of foreign countries, dividing the sources of criminal law norms defining liability for interference in investigations or the resolution of judicial cases into the following four groups: 1) CIS member states and previously member states; 2) states in the Anglo-Saxon legal system; 3) Member States of the European Union; 4) Roman-Germanic law.

The article highlights how the high speed and unpredictability of vehicles contribute to their status as a source of excessive risk, potentially beyond human control. Furthermore, the article analyzes the legal framework for compensation related to damages caused by such risks.

Juvenile justice is a special judicial system created to provide legal protection to juveniles who have committed crimes, their resocialization, and crime prevention. The article examines the emergence and development of juvenile justice in the United States and the significance of this system on a global scale. It also discusses the basic principles of juvenile justice and its role in protecting the rights of young people.

Pharmacontrol is a key system that ensures control over the safety of medicines and the protection of the health of the population. Its development is linked to historical events, such as the thalidomide disaster, which stimulated the creation of international monitoring systems. In Uzbekistan, the national pharmaceutical control system has been actively developing since 1998. The Health Ministry, the Pharmaceutical Industry Development Agency and the Pharmaceutical Product Safety Center play a leading role in this process. These structures are involved in collecting data on side effects, risk management, informing the population, and developing international cooperation. Effective coordination between these bodies contributes to the implementation of advanced standards, improvement of the regulatory framework and increasing the level of citizens' trust in the healthcare system. The purpose of this study is to analyze the pharmacontrol system in Uzbekistan, its role and effectiveness in ensuring the safety of medicinal products. The research aims to study the current state of the national system, identify its problematic aspects, and develop recommendations for its further improvement. The relevance of the topic is determined by the global increase in the use of pharmaceutical products and the need to minimize the risks associated with side effects and adverse reactions to medications. The research methodology includes an analysis of the regulatory framework, statistical data, as well as a comparative analysis of international pharmaceutical control standards and the practice of their implementation in countries with a developed monitoring system. The research findings demonstrate significant achievements in Uzbekistan in establishing a pharmacovigilance system. Improvements have been achieved in the regulatory framework, risk management, and international cooperation. However, challenges remain related to integrating international standards and improving the quality of data collection.

The article analyzes the procedures and methods for resolving disputes arising from credit agreements. With the global development and transformation of credit relations, effective and fair mechanisms for resolving disputes in this field are necessary, including mediation, arbitration, and the court system. The article examines international experiences, particularly the practices of Germany, the USA, and other European countries, and explores how these methods can be applied to Uzbekistan’s legal framework. By comparing national and foreign practices, the article proposes efficient mechanisms and approaches for resolving disputes arising from credit agreements.

The issue of the difference between inheritance by right of representation and inheritance by transmission remains one of the most pressing topics today. Currently, as the scope of inheritable objects continues to expand, matters of inheritance law are becoming increasingly important. The desire to give or donate one's property is natural for any person, which is why inheritance issues have practical significance. It is possible to determine to whom a person intends to bequeath their property through a will. The testator decides this independently, without any pressure, of their own free will and volition. In the absence of a will, the property is inherited according to the law. Inheritance rights primarily guarantee personal disposal of material assets in the event of a person's death. The article examines certain legal issues that ensure the transfer of the right to accept inheritance from "unsuccessful" heirs to other persons, namely the legal successors of the heirs. Conclusions have been drawn regarding the distinction between inheritance by right of representation and inheritance transmission.

The article examines transnational mechanisms for combating cyberterrorism in the era of digital transformation. It explores the implementation of programs and initiatives adopted by international organizations, with a focus on resolutions, conventions, and other legal documents established within the framework of the United Nations. The roles of international entities such as NATO and the European Union in addressing cyberterrorism are also analyzed. The article proposes measures to enhance international cooperation in combating cyberterrorism. Specifically, it offers recommendations on the international legal classification of cyberterrorism, the adoption of a unified international framework, the creation of a centralized data exchange center, and the enhancement of mechanisms for international legal collaboration.

In this article, we examine the pedagogical approaches used by professors and teachers in developing students’ research skills at higher educational institutions in Uzbekistan.

Developing a teacher’s research competence calls for reshaping both the nature and content of pedagogical education. This shift entails fostering a new intellectual vision, including the style of scientific thinking, whose key indicators include discreteness, continuity, staticity, and syntheticity. Scientific thinking is also characterized by systematicity, dynamism, problematicity, categoricality, reflexivity, evidence, predictability, projectivity, inquisitiveness, creativity, and other related traits [1]. From our perspective, these features are the most important indicators of the “quality” of a teacher’s research competence.

Modeling the process of developing research competence is a particular mode of inquiry wherein the object of study is this very development process. This involves cultivating research skills such as posing questions, analyzing information, formulating hypotheses, conducting experiments, and interpreting results that form the foundation of any professional activity and play a critical role in shaping the research competence of future teachers.

The article is dedicated to the study of pedagogical support as an important condition for the formation of a digital culture among future teachers. The concepts of support and pedagogical support, their influence on the development of digital competencies, are revealed. It highlights the most effective approaches to preparing young athletes for achieving high performance. The training process incorporates modern methods aimed at developing key physical attributes, such as strength, endurance, speed, and coordination, with a particular emphasis on interval, plyometric, resistance, and flexibility exercises.

The article explores the theoretical foundations of methodology for developing speech competencies in future teachers through variable modeling. It examines modern pedagogical approaches, including competency-based, individualized, and communicative approaches, as well as their integration with digital technologies. The article substantiates the importance of variable modeling as a tool that allows adapting the educational process to students' individual needs and professional goals.

The aim of the research is to determine the theoretical foundations and key principles of variable modeling for the formation of speech competencies. The research methods include analysis of scientific literature, comparative study of foreign practices, and synthesis of experience in implementing innovative methods in the education system of Uzbekistan.

This literature review summarizes significant results from three studies on the efficiency of video games as educational tools, highlighting their strengths, limitations, and consequences for future research. Although existing research indicates significant potential, it also reveals methodological flaws and areas that require additional study.

In the formation and development of the organization, the structures in a certain field that were originally established served as a basis.
