New Ways to Measure Intraocular Pressure in Children with Microphthalmia and Blepharophimosis

Lola Khamraeva, Dildora Narzullaeva, Lyubava Bobokha , Dilorom Makhmudova

Childhood glaucoma is a chronic vision threatening condition that may significantly impact an individual’s psychosocial well-being. The prognosis of glaucoma largely depends on early and accurate diagnosis and successful treatment, including control of increased. The purpose is to determine the effectiveness of modified tonometers (Maklakova) NGm2-"OF TP" in performing tonometry and tonography in infants and children with microphthalmos and blepharophimosis. We have proposed modified models of Maklakoff tonometers weighing 5, 10, and 15 g, made of silver, the weights on both sides have contact plates, which are made of medical plastic and have a diameter of the applanation area d=8 mm. Methods: Tonometry and tonography using the simplified method of Nesterov A.P. were carried out in 30 (60 eyes) children aged from birth (0) to 16 years. Results: Our recommended design of weights showed results that do not differ from those obtained using standard Maklakov tonometers. At the same time, modified weights provide the opportunity to determine tonometric IOP and eye hydrodynamics in newborns and patients with microphthalmia and/or blepharophimosis, which greatly facilitates the work of pediatric ophthalmologists and reduces examination time.

Nargizakhon Valieva
After the transition to the anthropocentric paradigm, several
scientific studies are being conducted in cognitive linguistics; in
particular, attention is paid to the concept since it is one of the main
concepts of this field of linguistics. This article is devoted to a
comparative analysis of the verbalization of the concept of “heart” in
English, Russian, and Uzbek languages. The author of the article
gives the meanings and features of the term “concept” from the
perspective of foreign and national linguists and also identifies the
features of the concept structure. The study of the verbalization of the
concept was carried out based on lexicographic data given in
explanatory and phraseological dictionaries of the English, Russian,
and Uzbek languages. The cognitive map of the concept of “heart”
was made based on the structure of the concept given by cognitive
scientists. The relevance of the topic of the work is that the work was
carried out within the framework of a new anthropocentric linguistic
direction - cognitive linguistics and the importance of the comparative
study of languages to identify their national and cultural specifics.
The novelty of this article is the fact that it was the first to make a
cognitive analysis of the verbalization of the concept of “heart” in
English, Russian, and Uzbek languages. The results of the study
showed that despite the universal representation of the concept
“heart” in any language, the concept in question has certain features
of verbalization in each of the languages being compared.

Khadicha Usmonova
Effective treatment of trichophytosis in cattle with the effective use of systemic
drugs. To do this, the animals infected with trichophytia should be divided into groups, each
drug should be used and monitored every ten days. Early treatment is based on the results
obtained. It consists of taking skin and wool samples from the recovered part of the disease in
laboratory conditions, planting them in food, making differential diagnosis in other similar
diseases, and studying the effects of the used drugs. Treatment in this way is to increase the
productivity of farm animals and reduce the rate of transmission to humans. In addition to
these, lecoformulation by taking blood samples from animals that have recovered from the

Environmental constitutionalism is a growing movement that seeks to protect the planet through legal frameworks. This approach recognizes the importance of environmental protection in national constitutions and aims to ensure that the environment is given the same level of legal protection as other fundamental rights. By enshrining environmental rights and responsibilities in national constitutions, countries can create a legal framework that prioritizes the preservation of the natural world. Environmental constitutionalism also allows for the establishment of legal mechanisms to hold governments and corporations accountable for their environmental impact. This can include the right to a healthy environment, the protection of natural resources, and the promotion of sustainable development. By integrating environmental principles into the highest law of the land, countries can ensure that environmental protection is a priority for future generations. In this article, we will explore the concept of environmental constitutionalism and its potential to drive meaningful change in the fight against climate change and environmental degradation. Shavkat Baliyev, R Urakova, T Gaznakulov
Annotation. The article talks about measures that should be taken to clean up the reservoirs of fisheries in our republic. It is interpreted that fish care should be carried out primarily on the basis of improving the quality of the pool water, timely application of fertilizers to the pools according to the norm, and the use of fertilizers based on hydrochemical and hydrobiological methods. The importance of using mineral (nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium) and organic (manure, cow manure, cow manure, green manure) fertilizers was discussed. Regardless of the type of soil in the basin, it is emphasized that the required concentration of phosphorus in the water, with the exception of sandy and acidic soils, is important for the development of fish in fishing, ensuring the normal development of bacteria and algae in the water.

Distribution and pathomorphological changes of marek's disease in poultry farms of Kashkadarya region

Khurshid Murodov, B Akhmedov
Our study showed that 5709 poultry heads were clinically examined at poultry farms in Kashkadarya region, 150 heads of chickens with suspected disease were isolated and clinical signs and pathoanatomical changes were studied. It has been observed that the disease occurs mainly in chickens aged 1-15 days, the incidence can reach 65%. The virus has oncogenic and immunosuppressive activity, which weakens the immunological protection of poultry, as well as increases the susceptibility of poultry to other diseases
The chronic form of Marek's disease manifests itself as an enzotia or sporadic condition, and the acute form as an epizootic. At the first appearance of the disease, almost all susceptible birds become ill. In stationary unhealthy farms, only unvaccinated young birds become ill.
Marek's disease occurs at any time of the year, often in combination with other infectious and invasive diseases. When effective measures to combat Marek's disease are not used, she goes to a hospital with high rates of morbidity (35%) and mortality (84%). There will be many deaths among the birds kept in cages.
